  • So what is the price on the MLB themes?

  • Nice Update.

I personally could care less about the lack of PS1 games on the store, but I really can not believe that Sony hasn’t released more of them. Every update people complain about it,and I am sure tons of money would be raked in if more PS1 games were released.

I know there is a lot of licensing issues and red tape that needs to be cut, but damn! There is a HUGE library of PS1 games out there that people are dying to give you money for. Is there some other reason behind the lack of PS1 games or does Sony just not like easy money? I don’t get it.

  • Still no Crystal Defenders… has anyone tried getting this from the JPN PSN, I talked to a guy who got the demo from the Japanese PSN and said that it came out in english. I may just have to do that.

  • wow thanks again for no PSOne Classics, you guys are REALLY living up to your promises

  • Shouldnt Catan be coming out soon? it’s been out in Japan for a while now…

  • I had hopes we would get a Guitar Hero Metallica Demo today… Hopefully next week! Would like to see more Demos in Store.

  • no demos?? i’ma go play kz2 cod waw blitz or mlb 09…i’m broke so i cant buy any dl games haha…oh well…

  • ehhhh kinda dull guys i might go check out the superhuman co-op but not to interested in the skins and competitive maps for r2 ..

i actually bought the maps for r1 and ended up not even touching them same with cod4’s maps so im holdin off on the map packs for a while..

no new ps1 titles or demos for psn??? what the hell guys atleast give us the ps1 Resident evils or all the ps1 command and conquers [DELETED] EU and JP stores have them why not us?? i dont see why EU is [DELETED] about ps1 titles or JP users at that they got like 3x as much games as us .. i think we’re up to what 24 at that

  • Looks like alot of stuff this week. Does that R2 Multiplayer map pack work for the Co-op stuff also? There needs to be new areas for Co-op, please and thank you.

Makes me wish I was not broke.

  • Now we jsut need PSN cards in Canada.

  • Y’all should check out this gameing blog it’s like ps3fanboy just they post more.

  • Thanks for the update. Im getting worms and the R2 stuff.

  • woooh, r2

  • WORMS is $5.00 for the other system and there’s 4 other maps for sale. Why is this one $13.00 there both the same port of the PSP game.

  • Terrible. Again, no PSX games.

  • No PS1 titles AND no demos? Weak.

Anyway, looking forward to the firmware update!

  • just spent 10 minutes typing to be told its too long and instead of allowing me to make changes, it just deleted the whole fvcking thing!

  • Grace, Jeff, Peter and Kaz,

PSone games please! Capcom said it was coming, now bring it!

  • Wish I has the money right now, I really, really, really want to play Burn Zombies Burn.

  • I’ve downloaded everything I want today but everytime I try to download the Wanted: Weapons of Fate Launcher Trailer it freezes my PS3 everytime. I’ve tried many other items on the store with no issue.

  • It would be nice to have a resistance 2 demo. well atleast I haven’t spotted one yet.

And since I don’t got no credit card I can’t buy anything from the store anyway.

And I’m also quietly waiting for the new platinum games and for the price of R2 to drop >.> and for PSN cards in europe.

Really SCEE needs someone new to lead them >.> someone like SCEA :B

  • R2 made the update nice

  • Holy smokes! Worms came in faster than I thought!! Agh I might get it very soon! YaYyYyUuUuhHh!!!!

  • what abot the metallica demo sony or some ps3 demos?

  • I have to say for these past few weekly updates there has been nothing that stands out for me as must get. It’s been pretty “meh” all this time. Hopefully Fat Princess will come out soon enough and change that.

  • after watching pulse I really am disappointed that I cant get the video content in Canada.

  • Looks like th only thing I’ll be dl-ing is Pulse….

  • No demos at all this week? Bummer.

Where’s the PS1 Classic Silent Hill for North America????? The UK PSN has had it for 2 weeks now!!!

  • Good update, still waiting for PS2 compatibility though

  • Thanks for all the PSX titles, you lazy jerks.

  • Nice update.
    Thanks Grace

  • nothing for me in this update. maybe burn zombie burn, gotta wait for reviews though.

  • Next Tuesday will be a very special PlayStation Store Update!

A special sale on your favorite PSOne Classics! All titles released in 2009 are available for 50% off their regular price. That’s a lot of savings!

Stay tuned for more information on this special sale!

  • Please refrain from rereleasing games that were intended for the cell phone market as high definition PS3 games. I shouldnt have to turn on my console, my receiver and my plasma tv just to play 5 minutes of Bejeweled, I’m just saying.

  • Sekoku took the words out of my mouth – Worms is a nice surprise, but i’ve been waiting for PQ:Galactrix to show up, since it failed to show weeks ago.

  • awwwwww no demoes, demoes are the closest i can get to new games without the money lol…..well that sux butt…..ok well hopefully next week an infamous demo?!?!?!?!?

  • Nice update ;/

No worms on the European store.

    Titan pack not working.

Still no Red Alert 3 demo.

SCEE – A track record of laziness and incompetence.

  • Yeah, so about that Sonic Unleashed DLC…

That IS coming out on PS3, right?

  • Nice update though I am a bit surprised that no GH Metallic demo since 360 got it last week. Burn Zombie Burn looks good though.

  • Ok, seriously, how many of you will play PS1 games even if they come on PSN?I doubt that every single one of you will rush to the PSN store and buy every new ps1 release that they come out with..

What we should be begging is PS2 games. That would be PERFECT.

  • Worms?! Freaking awesome. I had no idea that it was coming to the PSN. I already own the 360 version, but I just may download it to have twice the amount of opponents to play online.

  • The Resistance maps sounds ok. If only my PS3 hadn’t broke 5 days ago I could download them today. :(

  • wtf happened to 2.70 anywayS?

  • [This post ONLY refers to this week’s PS Store for PSP Update.]

This update seems to be pretty decent and a bit early as well. Though I don’t know anything about that Platypus game, it sounds interesting since I like side-scrolling. I just wish that a demo of the game was also available so I can try it out before I consider buying it. Anyhow, thanks for the update.
