Starting today you might notice something different in the comments of the blog. We’ve created a plugin for WordPress that allows our blog authors to reply directly to a comment and have that reply appear next to the original comment. This should minimize many of the “@username” responses in our comments.
Currently, this feature is only available to the blog authors (you’re used to seeing their responses in red). We’ve debated opening up the option to everybody (and we may still), however, the question we always ask is, “Are we trying to replicate too many forum functions?” The other fear is that threaded comments would turn into this:

– do not open up responses to public in red. How about a different color (green) and closed like the ‘Twisty’ plugin used in Twikis? That way I as a reader have a choice to read just the reply and if i want to, the community replies…

Good feature. Hope to see more feedback from the people at Sony too regarding various issues, not least the region locked DLC issue which is preventing people who imported games from using any subsequent DLC released. There is a 300 post thread on this in the Warhawk section of the Playstation forum by people who can not use/purchase the Omega Dawn pack. Some response from Sony would be appreciated instead of the blanket of silence.
Can I beg for a digg style voting system to show my personal approval/disapproval of what others have to say and how I feel about a story in the blog? I think Sony would find it much more valuable to see that someone’s comment got a +352 and a few replies than to see the same post repeated 1000 times.

I have a question is there any chance of having an edit button so you can edit your posts. Also is there any chance of adding a delete button too. Like say your PC sent in two posts this way you could delete one and make the blog not messy at all.

Sony you are starting to get annoying with your updates 2.10 is crashing the network!. and my Blue-Tooth sucks it keeps freezing the PS3!
