first i want to say that unlike a lot of people here i am really happy with the psn and the fact that you bring us more demo, it’s good that finally someone listen to us…
on the other hand I want angel love online too, , if you can bring agarest senki too it’d perfect, you should bring us more 2d jrpg.the playstation brand his known for his diversity after all and there’s not a lot of next gen 2drpg…

RPGs take time to bring to any platform… remember it took awhile before a RPG showed up on the playstation 2.

This is my first post so hello everyone. I personally don’t understand the need for localised content. Why not have one single PSN and then allow people to select their preferred language?
Surely this would make it easier to update and also provide all regions with access to the same content. Based in the UK i had to create an account for each of the main PSN stores to get access to up to date demos.
Since all PS3 owners feel that we are coming out of the drought, it would be nice for Sony to reward our patience with some more content. My big idea is that with all the bigger games on the horizon, surely now is the perfect time to develop the software and get 2.0 out of the way????
But what do i know, now where is the ruddy Simpson demo??? Come on Sony!

The update usually gets completed late afternoon.
Seriously guys.. You need a PES demo on here. I got a PS3 and my mates laughed hard.. so far, your proving them right. They have XBOX 360s.. they are playing PES, they have extra things on GTA when its out, they have better games.. losing faith in Sony. A Simpsons demo goes very little way to restoring it.
@ cocode36 – Ignore your friends because I can guarantee you that you will be the one laughing at them when either…
A. They get the red ring of death and have to wait weeks before being able to play their PES game
or
B. Their system gets completely phased out in another 2-3 years and thus have to purchase a totally new system in order to keep playing the games that they love

I should of made it clear I only bought the PS3 for 1 game lol. At the minute.. they are playing the demo of it, and therefore laughing at me as I have to wait until (at least) next week :(

.cocode36 a lot of people dont like me 4 telling the truth about 360 getting demos a month before ps3 …most of the time ps3 dont even get the demos….i think that means the game is trash….
over half of the people that complain were the guys telling me it takes time…. now they are seeing the truth…360 is running things right now u can try out every game 360 has on store shelf wich is like 170 games plus 100 arcade games..i would love a refund

Thats the first intelligent thing you have said. I’m an adult and a consumer and i like others have been surprised by the lack of content,adoption and support currently out there for the PS3. In truth i work in branding and advertisement and i can say that the new branding campaign will have little impact. The problem i see with the PS3 right now is that it is trying to be all things to all men. Console, HD player and DVR yet it fails on its core function of being a games machine. In the UK people are wary due to the high price but more so at the lack of support and seeming non-show of key titles.
It seems that the PS2 and lessons learnt have been totally forgotten. But I still believe the PS3 will turn the situation around, maybe not to the success of the PS3 but enough to eclipse the 360 which if we’re honest is a PC and a very poorly put together one at that. My brother has gone throw 7 and due to the fairly good consumers law in the UK was able to get a full refund.
I guess Sony need to keep talking and making good on the promise of harnessing the power of what i believe is a great console!!!!!
