The ultimate gaming shopping list - we’ll keep it updated as more are unveiled
Over the past few weeks and months, we’ve announced a huge number of PS4 games right here on PlayStation Blog – from AAA blockbusters and ambitious MMOs to striking indies and innovative downloads. In an effort to keep track of everything, we’ve challenged ourselves to draw up a comprehensive list of every single PS4 title scheduled to launch this year (note: games announced for 2015 are not included). Take a look at mk.1 below – we’ll keep adding to it as more games are announced.
Of course, the usual caveats apply: release schedules can change and titles can slip, so please treat the below as a guide.
Finally, let us know if we’re missing anything!

I miss the days of console exclusives.
OK, nice …. Bring them on !!
Very nice ,.. Bring them on.
Very good idea to share with us this listing.
Each times we heard more than 100 games on PS4 in 2014 without list it’s hard to believe :)
This is a really nice list, but War Thunder was released at launch, so I’m not sure what it’s doing on the “Spring” list.
Nice list. I’ve been reminiscing about games from my childhood as of late. One game that stands out is boxing manager on the spectrum. I loved that game and can’t see why it hasn’t been tried since. Fred, I assume you occasionally meet small and large game makers, that being the case could you ask if any of them would be interested in making a game like that?
Can you please make a similar list for the Vita so I can start writing things down im my #PSVcal :)
Not nice at all
Pool Nation FX?
What on earth has happened to #DriveClub? Is that ever getting a release? (I know it says TBA 2014, but even so….)
I read Dreamfall Chapters is coming to PS4: http://redthreadgames.com/games/chapters/
Hopefully more point and click adventures will come to PS4.
Any news on Golf Club? It was aiming for a spring release.
http://thegolfclubgame.com/
Putty Squad has been out since 2013, and Assassin’s Creed: Unity should be on there somewhere
April looks like a good month… can’t wait for Trials and Child of Light
So Shadow of Mordor and The Division confirmed for 2014, very nice. A little too many indie games here on these lists, thanks but I’ll keep my eyes on the AAA stuff.
Great list, I didn’t know about most of those games :D
You can probably safely add FIFA 15 and CoD 11 to the ‘winter’ list, too…
Shame about Uncharted not being announced for 2014, expect some more details in E3 though :)
This list is obviously incomplete as there are plenty of titles still to be announced: FIFA 15 for instance, the new COD, unannounced SCE titles for 2014 and plenty more. p.s you’ve missed Project Cars and Assassin’s Creed: Unity :D
Indies, multiplatform-games and re-releases of old PS3 games. Give me a single reason to invest on next-gen. Slightly higher resolution isn’t one. Can’t see why “Fez”or “Hotline Miami” are so much better in 1080 than 720.
Wolfenstein in May :D
Next years list hopefully includes a PS4 version of the Last of Us and a new Uncharted. You know it makes sense
I thought EA Sports UFC is out this spring… And what is happening with DriveClub?
And also does this list mean that we won’t get next Uncharted and Gran Turismo this year?
No Rime?
Fine, and what about the Vita and PS3?
Now remove the B list games like the indies.
Fred
any update on the guitar hero tracks discount? U said u would investigate … but there’s only 4 days left before they are removed :(
I don’t see why War Thunder is on the Spring release list. It came out last year at launch.
TBA 2014: #DriveClub
I honestly seem to remember to have read somewhere in the past that this would be a launch game.
Can we get this for Vita too? Vita always needs more love.
So many entitled little whiners on this blog lately, it’s hilarious please continue.
@ShadowDoGGG. What you was supposed to say was “waaaaaaaaa shtop liking fings I dunt like waaaaaaa”
Shadow of the beast?
Come on Sony Warhawk 2 we need a WARHAWK 2!
Cannot wait for Wolfenstein: The New Order, have always played First-person Shooters and Wolfenstein is the series that started this amazing genre. Big fan of the Wolfenstein series since a 3 year old on a PC along with some of the other leading FPS’s in the world like Doom, Quake and Half-Life. Pre-order Wolfenstein bring on May 23rd cant wait. ;) :)
Here’s my upcoming games for the PlayStation Vita if anyone is interested: http://community.eu.playstation.com/t5/PS-Vita-Games/Forthcoming-retail-games-2013-2014/td-p/19877693/page/3
Remember, this is only retail release titles but I can do PSN titles as well if you want.
This list is not making me want to upgrade, apart from DriveClub and Destiny I can’t see any other exclusives. Can’t wait for E3, some big announcements and I’ll be running to the shops with cash in hand.
@OpelManiac93, so was Watch_Dogs… many games announced for launch got delayed ;)
As for DriveClub, it wont be arriving anytime soon:
http://www.gamespot.com/articles/sony-s-ps4-racing-game-driveclub-goes-back-to-the-drawing-board/1100-6418217/
Looks impressive until you actually realise 64% of the games listed are indie games and quite a large percentage of those indie games have been released already on other formats. So they’re actually ports of indie games!! The AAA games listed look really weak and unoriginal. Microsoft must be killing themselves laughing! It’s staggeringly unprofessional that Sony can’t give a release date for Drive Clue! More than four months after is was dropped from the launch line up. A completely pointless article that makes me want to sell my PS4 for an Xbox One not keep it.
Where is Rime!!!!!!!!!!
More exclusives please!
Where is Rime!
Is there a date to the day, for the strike suit zero release?
I don’t see a Hyperdimension Neptunia on that list
Wow just wow I’m not impress I’m now regret getting a ps4 I not use it much since I got mine those titles you speak of while ps4 is power then the ps3 but those titles don’t look different on ps3 & ps4.
Sure there is slight difference between the 2 version but 2D pixel do look the same on all consoles where is FF15 & KH3 those will be very nice because it not coming on ps3 at all I bet ff14 still have when the camera pans across the screen there is a slight jugg effect that the screen jump.
I got both ps3 & ps4 of MGS-5:GZ both intro look the same on both version so I can’t tell that difference again a slight difference in gameplay the model of snake look the same as ps3.
Only watchdogs and drive club on that list, ps4’s been a bit disappointment so far for me.
I haven’t enjoyed killzone or infamous, I’m looking forward to relaunching my ps4 on May 30th.
@Voodoo341
Agreed, but don’t sell your PS4 yet, hopefully E3 will have more good news for us that are longing for more AAAs and Exclusives.
someone say the list is incomplete because missing SCE 2014 games or announces, witn so many lay offs on 1st party studios i don’t think we see something new on E3 this year except the order and uncharted and maybe the drive club if is still alive i hope to get wrong but yeah great list, nice jod ps blog. A list from upcoming games for ps vita it wiil be good too because i don’t know other games this year only the counter spy
To all of those wondering about why War Thunder is there, I assume it’s because it’s a formal launch date for the game as it’s only a BETA on the store.
great games to look forward to. hopefully the ps+ update will be good for ps4 and not some rubbish indie game again. or it really will be “why did i get rid of the ps3” but heres hoping. is there any word of dayz standalone maybe coming to ps4 ?
90% indie games, i’m done with sony and PS4.
What about Shadow of the Beast? :)
