Details on new indie games coming to PlayStation 

I hope everyone’s been having a fantastic summer filled with many hours of great gaming! Today, we showcased three indie titles coming to PlayStation that we hope will encourage players to try something new. Join Jot in this platforming adventure on his quest to save his storybook fantasy and the world beyond. Switching between the 2D worlds found on items throughout the 3D environment of the desktop creates wonderful platforming challenges that use the creative powers you acquire on your journey.

Broken Sword – Shadow of the Templars: Reforged | Coming to PS5 September 19

Adventure games are the foundation of many titles we enjoy today, and the original release of Broken Sword is a timeless classic brought back to life by the people at Revolution Software. The new enhanced version features over 30,000 animation frames and over 50 times the resolution than the original PlayStation version, with the graphics redrawn in 4K. It delivers a modern experience that brings its puzzles and adventure to new generations with updated modern controls. 

Sulfur | Coming to PS5 and PS4 2025

For our players who crave an adrenaline rush and the ability to flex their creativity in combat, Perfect Random has the perfect challenge in store. In this cartoony FPS, you’re given a lot of freedom in how you choose to approach combat, with over 35 million weapon combinations and modifications to fit any playstyle. With silly humor and the driving force to replay encounters with a new loadout, it’s a game for shooter fans and people who enjoy RPG elements.
