Start off the year with free avatars available for PS5 and PS4 players.
In 2021 there were a lot of fantastic experiences that many PlayStation fans enjoyed, such as Returnal, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, and Deathloop. As the new year is in full swing, we’re pleased to bring back the PlayStation 2021 Wrap-Up report, celebrating your gaming achievements on PS4 and PS5.
Starting today through February 20, PS4 and PS5 users* can access and share their PlayStation 2021 Wrap-Up report, with stats such as the number of games played, earned Trophies, playtime on PS4 and PS5 titles, and more.

You can also view stats achieved collectively by PlayStation players from around the world in 2021, including the most popular weapon in Returnal, total number of wrecks in Destruction AllStars, and the percentage of players who have met Kit in Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart.
A code to download four free avatars will be available to both PS5 and PS4 users who access their PlayStation 2021 Wrap-Up report. For more details, you can visit the PlayStation 2021 Wrap-Up page.
*Users need to have a registered PSN account in their region, be age 18 years or over, have played games on a PS4 or PS5 console for at least 10 hours between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021. Users who have not consented to the collection of “Full Data” from their PlayStation 5 system settings, may be unable to participate in the Wrap-Up campaign.
Users located in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australasia, India, and Russia, who have not consented to the collection of “Additional Data” from their PlayStation 4 system settings, may be unable to participate in the Wrap-Up campaign.
Mine worked, first time (UK). BUT, even though I have 2FA turned on, I had to complete 20 (TWENTY) capture checks to log in to be able to see the summary and a further 20 (TWENTY) to redeem the avatars. I’m not exaggerating, it counted the attempts up to 20 both times. There’s “being secure” and there’s this, it’s too much.
3 days later and still no fix
Still doesn’t pull up any info for me…. wtf
Its not working for me and i switched full access to my data but still giving me the “Uh Oh” message. Please fix this issue 🙏🙏

Definitely meet the criteria for the wrap up but I get the “we’re having problems accessing your data error”. Highly frustrating- please fix!
Unable to view my statistics in this PlayStation wrap up event. Sad that sony is such a loose cannon and not even listening to their fanbase. That’s why Microsoft is being Sony by acquiring studio’s like Zenimax and Bethesda and Activision Blizzard as well. SONY has received a stinging slap to its face and has been bashed up pretty nicely. I have been a sony fan since PS3 era, but alas all hopes have gone. It seems time to turn back my attention to PC or even Xbox. Sony being Greedy and power hungry should learn this as a lesson from Xbox and Microsoft.

Perplexed as to how Kristen can call herself a Content Communications Specialist. The content does not work for quite a lot of people and the communication non existent. Wrap-Up worked for me ok the last 2 years however this year I cannot access it. The details I am sharing has not changed and Full Data is provided. I have play more than 10 hours on some days so that is not an issue. My account is still linked to my home country. Finally as far as I am aware I have not got younger and under 18 years of age. Contacting PS Support is just brain freeze, if you ask them why you cannot access Wrap-Up they send you here erm we have been here and why we contacted yourselves, if you say you have been here and that is not the problem you get ignored. Support is NOT sending someone to where they have been poor automated robots do that, clearly an blind man could sense there is an issue and support would be ‘We know there is an issue and are looking into it’ However clearly PS are not looking into it.
To be honest I am not really fussed about Wrap-Up and its content however I am concerned that there appears to be an issue with my account if I cannot get access and why this needs to be addressed.
It’s beyond frustrating…..
At this point I don’t even care about my stats, I just don’t want to miss out on the free Avatars.
