  • Not bad but also not too good!

    • Pretty good imo. MK11, FF12, Fury are all good games. Super TFU is great if you haven’t played it. I’m still waiting for Gamepass to add or list the January games other than 3 no name games. WTH is Pupperazzi?

PSNow + PS+ killing Gamepass + GwG for January..

Persona Strikers, Dirt 5 PS5, Deep Rock PS5, MK11, FF12, Fury, STFU, and FFVII Remake PS5 because we just got the next gen edition free for PS+.

      Gamepass + GwG January:

Pupperazzi, Anacrunus, Aground, Neurovoider, Space Invaders? Umm some other ancient arcade game I forget the name. That’s pretty much it. Don’t tell me that certain games are already on Gamepass it happens both ways, I’m talking about the quality of January’s additions only.

I have Gamepass and it’s a nice service but this month is garbage. They better add something big, Weird West would’ve made my month but unfortunately it’s been delayed. I expect a huge day one game to replace it.

    • @iamtylerdurden1 I’m only interested in MK 11 and Fury Unleashed, don’t care much about Game Pass or GwG tbh!

    • If you have gamepass, like you claim, you would know that gamepass puts out many games all throughout the months; not just the beginning of the month. 👎

    • @iamtylerdurden1 ain’t no Xbox player who wants to talk about Gold free games yet it’s mandatory to play online games.

    • Here’s a few ideas that the good people at PlayStation could implement.
You already have PS3 server blades.
How about, on top of getting the PS3 PS Now library, that you could stream EVERY SINGLE GAME that you’ve purchased digitally from the PS3 and play them on the PS5?

I mean, you’ve already bought them, they are yours, so why not include them?

You could also add PS3 Remote Play where your PS5 can access and play your PS3 games from another room. With how quiet the PS5 is, I’d rather play my games that way now and have the PS3 in another room, those fat ones are loud.

I mean that’s what Nvidia GeForce Now does essentially.
If project Spartacus could have all your digital library to be played anywhere on the go, that’d be amazing.

    • Home cash earning job to earns more than $500 per day. getting paid weekly more than $3.5k or more simply doing easy works online. no special skills required for this job and regular earning from this are just awesome.====> 𝐖𝐖𝐖.𝐍𝐄𝐓𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐇.𝐂𝐎𝐌

  • decent month. Starting to see some real parallels with Game Pass, but that’s not a bad thing imo.

    • Right now Gamepass looks trash for January though.

    • really bro? You think that as a paid service Xbox gamepass is not destroying now? really bro

    • @iamtylerdurden1 Game Pass just got The Pedestrian, Gorogoa, and Olija which are all good games. They already got MK11 weeks ago. The first wave of Jan titles has also yet to be announced (prob coming today) and a second wave will be announced mid month as always. Not sure what you’re on about.

    • Tyler – Get out of here, PS fanboy try-hard.

    • PS Now has over 1000 permanent games. Game Pass barely has a few hundred.
Imo Halo Infinite suffered greatly in development and it’s mediocre at best and wasn’t ready for prime time yet, IF YOU DON’T BUY THE GAMES YOU CLAIM TO LOVE, THEY DON’T HAVE THE FUNDING TO GIVE YOU THE BEST POSSIBLE GAME SO YOU END UP WITH THE GAME YOU DESERVE.
Then again, why would anyone buy an incomplete game?
No Co-op, no forge, no mission select, no alternative worlds, no story details, no memorable epic boss battle. Best Xbox Game Evar.
Clearly, fans voted Halo Infinite as the best game of this year at the VGA when it wasn’t even released when they casted the votes…

… broken online multi player that you can’t select what game mode you want to play…
Idk what to say, Xbox players praises mediocrity.
      True Halo fans knows better.
Was it a good deal for Game Pass?
At least you can claim DLC Skin codes for Master Chief when you buy your nail polish. Actual true story, you can do that.

    • Let it all out.😢

  • Nothing for me here but I can’t complain because last year had lots of good games like ‘The Last of Us Part II’, ‘Red Dead Redemption 2’ and ‘Desperados III’. I’m waiting for ‘Death Stranding’ or ‘Ghost of Tsushima’.

    • In my opinion, “Ghost of Tsushima” is utterly fantastic and worth buying outright & not waiting for. I reccomend getting the “Ghost of Tsushima: Directors Cut”. If can’t play the PS5 version right now, then you can buy the PS4 version now and upgrade to the PS5 version. later for 10 dollars.

  • Again mortal Kombat , thing un tjepeople who always p the sucription , and You put this te on the plus to so. Bad month! And tlou2 y nioh 2 leave so……

    • Fury Unleashed

    • Was that english?

    • MK11 is a solid addition and it’s never been on PS+ if that’s what you are referring to. The biggest games are often short lived on Now and Gamepass. Look at Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTAV for example. And before anyone jumps on me I said the best games, not first party games. I know Microsoft keeps most of its first party games on Game pass but sadly they are not what I would classify as the best games. I guess Forza maybe has some claim to that but that’s about it. The Red Dead Redemptions and Stalker 2’s of the world are 3 months and gone. It was also disappointing to see the Yakuza Mass Exodus begin this month. It’s just the nature of the business and it happens on both sides buddy. Sony first party games are too good and too valuable to be day and date or permanent fixtures on the service. It’s just not an apples to apples comparison. And please don’t mention Halo, if you think Halo Infinite is a great game you are gullible. It’s a gimmick. They had to turn half of it into a free to play with atrocious micro transactions in order to make Game pass work. I’m running through the campaign right now and the game is hideous. Microsoft absolutely snowed the public. Unreal. I’m loving Game pass because it has a lot of solid indies but it doesn’t somehow magically make Halo infinite a high quality next-gen flagship title.

    • *I said biggest, I meant best lol.

    • Halo Infinite is badazz. “I don’t like badazz games” – iamtylerdurden

    • As you can see that you have the service recently, Mortal Kombat was already there and they removed it and also gave it away as a PS plus. I paid an annual subscription for three years and that is what I say that old customers should take better care of not repeating the games so much

  • Again mortal Kombat, think un the people who always pay the suscription, and You put it un plus to and tlou2 and nioh leaves so….

  • Terrible start to the year, already getting a fighting game on Plus so disappointing to get another for Now… A bunch of indie games nobody cares about. And thank god that’s the end of Final Fantasy games taking up the main games, what an awful thing that was for people that don’t like them games.

Nioh 2 left without warning, sick of games leaving without warning!! and The Last of Us 2 leaving. So yea this is terrible.

    • There’s no fighting game for Plus. If you’re talking about Persona Strikers, that’s a hack-and-slash like Dynasty Warriors or Hyrule Warriors.

    • I agree with you again this month on everything. I’m not a fan of the FF games and even gave them a try. Not for me. Then when I decide don’t I back and play something its gone.

  • Pretty uninspiring, nothing of interest at all for me this month.

  • Awesome, got both Kerbal and Fury in my wishlist but had not bought them yet, big hype from me :)

  • Juegazos me parece un gran mes 6 juegazos le dare al mk 11 y al space y furia desatada

  • Pretty interesting to see Final Fantasy 12 the zodiac age on the list. Never thought that game would be on the service.

    • They announced it 4 months ago. A FF for every month. I think that is the last one. I don’t believe 13 or 14 are slated. I would be surprised if 13 and 15 weren’t already on there. Not that it matters.

  • Disappointing for me. As a mature gamer I don’t care for indie platformers, and really don’t care for hack’n’slash or fighting games. Everyone has already played the big titles that have come on – give us an action adventure, that is a hidden gem. No one cares about final fantasy.

    • I’m a mature gamer too, and I often like indie platformers. I actually believe that genre mostly appeal to mature gamers. And noone cares about Final Fantasy? I don’t, but it’s a tremendously popular series, so I do believe some people care.

  • FF XII is the best game of the month and this is not a good sign. I’m also a Plus subscriber, you put MK X there recently and now MK XI here and I’m not a fan of fighting games. 4 indies do not cover TLOU2 leaving the subscription. Last game I played was Mafia: DE, two months ago. Where are recent triple A titles sorry? This month even PS Plus is better with P5: Strikers, no more to add…

  • A nice truck load of games… Some of them are pretty solid. Plus It’s pretty cool to see “Mortal Kombat 11” in there; although to get the most out the game you should really Invest in the “Aftermath” expansion and other character passes. Although I have to say the real prize this month is “Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age”, an great role playing game made truly excellent by refinements of this remastered version.

  • It’s about time you put FINAL FANTASY 13 back on there. It was on there originally, no idea why you removed it 😒

  • I agree with you again this month on everything. I’m not a fan of the FF games and even gave them a try. Not for me. Then when I decide don’t I back and play something its gone. This is why I buy monthly subscription. Because I only end up getting it like 2 times a year now.

  • Why don’t you download the latest games in a Plus subscription like Xbox as Sony doesn’t want to download the latest games in Plus

  • PS Now in Brazil?

  • Can’t wait for Unturned, all the kids I am Going to hunt, camp and rob for everything they have while they are screaming through the mic 😁😁😁😈😈

  • Pretty decent addition, lately PS Now has been adding excellent games to its list.
When are you guys going to merge PS+ and PS Now?

    It’s about time I believe :)

  • Bad Games 🥲😂😅

  • Huh, Super Time Force Ultra has already been a freee PS+ game before during September 2015. Odd to see Sony repeating games when there’s so many other ones out there.

    • So they shouldn’t put a game on PS Now because it was free for 1 month on PS+ almost 7 years ago? You know how many people came into the PlayStation ecosystem since then? I’ll tell you: tens of millions.

  • This is not the games that were announced last night… I really wanted Persona strikers for free.. I got so excited for nothing

  • Are you a blog post writer or a director of CA&O? Isn’t this task a bit underneath your position, Adam?

  • This is an alright line up for me i already got mk 11 def edition but theres 5 other games mainly wana try ff12 fury unleased and kerbal space

  • I will NOT be renewing my PS now subscription when it runs out.. taking AAA games like Red Dead Redemption 2 off is unforgivable ! forcing me to BUY the game in order to finish it ! its basically a scam.

    • The big name games are only on the service for three months. It says it on all blog posts about the games added and if it says nothing then they are on service longer. Never expect things like the last of us two to be on here more than a few months as they are the bait to make you sign up just like January plus is always strong to keep the Christmas period people on the plus subscription a few months or even longer. Once they have completed the Christmas subs it’s back to sub par games that most people don’t want.

  • Does that mean it will be free is so when

  • As you can see that you have the service recently, Mortal Kombat was already there and they removed it and also gave it away as a PS plus. I paid an annual subscription for three years and that is what I say that old customers should take better care of not repeating the games so much

  • i would not buy a ps5. have what i like i will go back to xbox

  • i have a ps4. do you buy them back. i wont the money so i can get me a xbox.

  • So where’s mk11? It’s Dirt 5 in eu..

  • Guys can u see mk11 in ps pass cause i can’t & I’m waiting for it only , if u get mk11 plz let me know
