Playable from tomorrow, May 4. .
With PlayStation Now’s May lineup, you can try to survive unrelenting yokai in feudal Japan, rub shoulders with manga icons, and battle your way across an entire city. Starting tomorrow, May 4, Nioh, Jump Force and Streets of Rage 4 will be available to play on your PS5 or PS4 console.
Let’s take a closer look at each game.

Nioh
Take up your sword and travel to Japan’s blood-bathed Sengoku period – an era ravaged by warring states and dark, malevolent forces – and cut a violent path through the land as the masterless samurai, William. Cross blades in brutal hand-to-hand combat, wielding swords, axes, spears and even war hammers against foes both human and demon. In this brutal third-person adventure, you must endure the vicious encounters and learn from your mistakes: each death will bring you resurrection and each resurrection a greater resolve to overcome your foes.

Jump Force
Some of the most famous Manga heroes are thrown into a whole new battleground: our world. Uniting to fight the most dangerous threat, the Jump Force will bear the fate of the entire human kind. Create your own avatar and jump into an original Story Mode to fight alongside some of the most powerful Manga heroes from Dragon Ball, One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, Hunter X Hunter, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Yu Yu Hakusho, Saint Seiya and many others. Or head to the Online Lobby to challenge other players and discover lots of modes and activities.
● Jump Force is available on PlayStation Now until Monday, August 2, 2021.

Streets of Rage 4
Sega’s iconic side-scrolling beat’em up is reimagined for the modern generation. Featuring fan favorites Axel and Blaze, newcomers Cherry Hunter, Floyd Iraia (and unlockable guest stars), clean up the streets of Wood Oak City the only way you know: with fist and foot. Pull off stylish combos alone, with up to three friends locally, or team up with another player online. And all the while enjoying a soundtrack – created by industry icons – that perfectly accompanies the action.
● Streets of Rage 4 is available on PlayStation Now until Monday, November 1, 2021.
As we recently announced, PlayStation Now has begun rolling out support for streaming 1080p capable games (requires minimum internet speed of 15 mbps) on PC and PS4/PS5 consoles. The rollout will occur over the next several weeks across Europe, US, Canada, Japan where PlayStation Now is available. Your game streaming resolution may vary, depending on your internet connection.
Absolute joke… This year has been abysmal for PS Now. And this month on Plus we get 2 PS Now games… And on Now we get an old PS Plus game. Excellent choices Sony. Sub cancelled.
Honestly probably there with you. After I check out Streets of Rage 4 I’ll probably cancel my Now subscription. I understand Plus & Now aren’t available in all regions but they’re both available in mine, and the fact they’re continually sharing games is becoming insulting at this point.
I have PS Now and I also have a PS5.
I understand that the PS Now servers can only stream PS4 games, but if a person chooses to download a game they should get the best version available. I really want to play Nioh but I am disappointed to see that it won’t be Nioh Remastered for PS5. Square Enix’s games that were recently included with PS Plus and PS Now, Marvels Avengers and FFVIIR did not get the upgrade either.
PS5 owners are early adopters and are invested in the PlayStation ecosystem and naturally want to experience the superior performance that their PS5 offers. So I would like to suggest that if a game is included with PS Now and it has a PS5 version, please allow players to download that better version. Thank you! :)
While I have crapped on Now for months…I have to be human and not bias when they actually have a good month. All 3 of these are good. Especially Streets of Rage 4, which I own digital ps4 & switch and physical ps4. It’s that damn good to be good enough on it’s own. I own Jump Force on another system
I posted the same thing on on Plus post. Merge both subs already, the constant swap of same game between each is annoying.
Nioh is one of the best games of the generation, but I don’t see why anyone wants PS now when you get great free games with PS+ and could just buy a few games that you really want in the sale.
PS+ in May was the best month for me, in years.
I dabble with services like PSNow, but I don’t rely on them. I almost bought Wreckfest numerous times and to get the enhanced PS5 edition is spectacular.
Does PSNow have the PS5 enhanced edition of Wreckfest like PS+? BFV isn’t on PSNow. Obviously there will be some overlap, it’s life, but for me, PS+ was great in May. Truly great. So please, stop with the PS+ nonsense because May’s lineup was more than acceptable.
As far as this is concerned, Streets of Rage 4 is a great get, Jump force is a big game, but Nioh was on Plus back in the day. It’s not a terrible PSNow lineup but obviously it’s nowhere near as good as last month with BL3 and Avengers.
