Ghost of Tsushima tops the PS4 charts.
Sucker Punch’s epic open world adventure Ghost of Tsushima claimed the PS4 top spot in PlayStation Store’s top downloads last month for Europe and the US.
Iron Man VR soared into first place for its US PS VR charts debut, while Fortnite continued to perform strongly across the DLC and F2P charts, claiming first place in both Europe and US for the former, and only being pipped by Call of Duty: Warzone in North America’s F2P charts.

But people said that TLOU2 sales dropped off a cliff after that 4 million opening lol. Congrats to Ghost for taking #1 and for TLOU2 continuing to do well. Also glad to see Iron Man VR take top VR spot. I knew Cuphead would make top 20 despite releasing so late in the month.
How is that good? Sales dropped like a stone and so many people wanna return the game while GOT is sold out.
People are dumb, TLOU2 had a spectacular launch, and as usual with most games it falls from the chart a little. Then if it wins some awards, people will check it again.
It’s pretty interesting that it has a higher completion percentage than the original so fast.
I was one of the people who bought Far Cry 3 for £2.50 this month. Crazy price! Didn’t think it would be enough to get it to the number 2 spot!
Bought it too :)
Ghost of Tsushima is one of the best open world games this gen and Iron Man VR is the best Superhero VR game. Both well deserved. Tsushima is great, but it’s so enjoyable. It wrecks any Assassin’s Creed game this gen. The exploration and side activities/quests are excellent. Combat imo is vastly superior to Sekiro. It’s weighty and simply the best AAA swordplay i have ever seen.
Idgaf about anything Mercenary says, i still think it’s shameful that Dreams hasn’t sniffed the top 20 since its launch week. The game SHOULD be a hit. User creations should be plastered all over the Internet. Sony did a poor job marketing the game and they were scared to publicize the very creations that would bring the most attention. I know Nintendo is strict, but why didn’t they publicize recreations of their own IPs? I posted a Ghost of Tsushima creation to Twitter a month after Dreams came out and it got 500k views. More views than most of Sony’s own Twitter advertisements. I got 40k views posting someone’s Wipeout clone, and thousands of views on other user recreations. I only have 600 followers and i did that, for free. Imagine if Sony focused it’s efforts and put more than a low budget, grass-roots advertising campaign in? The Pilgrim and the Resogun clone were arguably the best things i played week one yet i never saw them in advertising. Truth is, Microsoft would’ve turned Dreams into a Minecraft-like creation Juggernaut if they had the game. If somehow Microsoft didn’t ruin it with MTs they would’ve put Dreams out there as thee vital game that every XB owner needed. It has a built-in YouTube-like social system as well. It screams cultural phenomenon and VR implementation was but a blip on the radar. Poor Mm, they spend an entire generation on the most important game this decade and it sells a fraction of what their previous IP sold. Even LBP3, essentially a by the numbers 3rd party effort from Sumo appears to have been a larger sales success. Here’s hoping PS5 gives the game legs. PS4 is a monster with 110m install. Dreams should’ve hit harder.
Pistol Whip better be here next time on VR, it has a 93 Metacritic atm. PSVR has been rolling lately. Too many games.
It’s embarrassing to see Path of Exile not making the f2p list. Probably the best f2p on console.
It shows how the industry is going that the entire DLC list is MT related, for games with in-game currency/MTs. Actual quality DLC just can’t compete. Expect more GaaS and more MTs, particularly with the dev costs next gen. P2W/egregious in-game currency it all exists bc people allow it.
Calm down with your rants.
Yup, Dreams deserves more success but it may just take more time.
IMHO, it should grow to be as prominent as Minecraft. Especially with addition of VR.
I agree with Dreams
Well deserved, GOT is GOTY 2020!!!
Ghost of Tsushima!!🔥🔥🔥
Fall Guys is gonna chart for sure
Ghost and Iron Man at the top, as they should be!
Glad to see The Last of Us Part II holding up well. It is an experience that will live with you forever. Truly a must experience peice of work for anyone interested in stroy telling, charater development, and just life in general. Truly incredible experience.
