  • This is a disappointment

    • why? this service has a huge library and its not expensive,my only problem is with my isp data caps cuz otherwise i would be already a subscriber

  • really tempted in to getting this service since i have the bandwidth to be a subscriber but my only problem is my isp data know what? you guys should include vita and psp games on this service.just a suggestion 👀

    • You say in the above there is plenty if catalog value, it’s not a disappointing month. Then in the next that you are not even a sub, yet really feel it needs vita and psp games.

w the actual f, vita is dead, psp is long dead, it’s a wonder the stores are even still supported for digital.

if you thing the service is great as is sign up, for bandwidth you can manage what you do and monitor it.

ps4 is about to be legacy, and guess what this month is weak. the shell version of sfv 5+ year old now and the shell version if a game no one wants wd2 and some indie garbage 🗑.

    • @skeetlejuice SFV is a good game to add (can’t say about the others). Even if it’s older, it’s a big deal and definitely not a game PS Now should simply ignore and never add lol. Older games are just as important as newer games, just like older shows on Netflix. Though maybe because PS Now’s balance of older to newer games leans so far toward older, it’s harder to appreciate yet another older game and no newer games. New games is definitely the biggest weak point of PS Now.

Though Perrandy didn’t contradict himself so not sure where you got that idea. He made it a point to say it was just a suggestion. You somehow inferred the opposite, as if he was saying the service needed handheld games. It was a good suggestion for an already good service. I don’t play handheld so all the games would be new to me, like handheld versions of Twisted Metal and Uncharted.

As for catalog value, you don’t have to subscribe to see the library and costs. I monitored costs and games for a long time before subscribing. I knew exactly the value I would be getting at various points throughout the service’s life, and didn’t subscribe until the value was right for me, based on which games I already owned.

  • KratosRisesAgain

Why do you never show the full list of additions? Missing The Turing Test and Infinite Golf (for UK any way)

  • LoL

  • You could at least add the full list on the PS Blog…

    • Watch Dogs 2
    • Street Fighter V
    • Hello Neighbor
    • The Turing Test
    • Infinite Minigolf

  • They are not even TRYING to compete with gamepass lmao!

  • We hope to have access to PS NOW at the launch of the PS5 in Brazil.

  • SFV is very mediocre. Watch Dogs 2 should not be added, the online has been broken since day 1! Constantly says lost connection to Ubisoft Servers.. you shouldn’t support them when they leave a game broken! What makes me laugh is you don’t even mention the other 2 games, Infinite Golf and Turning Test which are actually imo better.

  • Not only you don’t include the entire list but also you don’t post drops which are present on some random gaming sites but not the official PS blog (!).

Besides, I think some people would be more interested in PS Now if it included more PS3 games. PS4 titles everyone can buy and keep forever and besides they are often on sales.

Speaking of sales and PS3… yep, here I am again with obligatory: Please bring back sales for PSX, PS2, PS3, PSP and PS Vita games/DLC/bundles that are not cross-buy with PS4!

Because of lack of those I started to fill in my Nintendo library – I guess you should be interested in me completing rather Sony library.

  • Turing Test for me. Will give Infinite Minigolf a go too. Bigger titles on NOW are usually a no for me, I’ve usually played the ones I’ve wanted to play, in this case Watch Dogs 2 and Hello Neighbor, and fighting games are the only genre I don’t dabble in. If I did I expect I would have played Street Fighter by now also. Would like to see NOW go back to it’s roots, more smaller, indie titles please.

    • Or both. Shouldn’t just focus on “big titles” or “smaller” ones. This month had a good mix. Whether you like the games or not. Having a fighting game, an indie, and a AAA game is a good mix. Wish they added more than 3 games a month like they used to but still

  • At what time will this be released though?

  • USA

  • All of these exclusives should be permanently added to PS Now.
    Jak & Daxter, Jak 2, Jak 3, Jak X (PS4)
Ratchet & Clank Collection and Deadlocked
    PS All Stars Battle Royale
    Twisted Metal Black
Gran Turismo 5, 6, and Gran Turismo Sport
    The Order: 1886
    Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection
    Uncharted 4 & Lost Legacy
    The Last of Us: Remastered
    inFamous Second Son/First Light
    Horizon: Zero Dawn
    PaRappa The Rapper, PaRappa 2
Gravity Rush & Gravity Rush 2

    • PS Now needs more franchises permanently added to the library.
      GTA IV
      Max Payne 3
      Yakuza Collection
      Mass Effect Trilogy
      Dead Space 1 & 2
      Hitman HD Collection
      Splinter Cell HD Collection
      Megaman Collection
      Ghost Recon
      Prince of Persia HD Collection
      Kingdom Hearts
      Final Fantasy 7, 8, 10/10-2, 13 series, & 15

    • Yakuza Dead Souls really needs to be added. It’s the only PS3 Yakuza title that hasn’t been re-released on the PS4.

  • 1. All older exclusives should be on the service permanently PS2, PS3, & most PS4
    2. PS Now on mobile devices.
    3. Option for 1080p/60fps
    4. More PS4 versions of PS3 games.
    5. More franchises

    • 2. PS Now on mobile devices.
CANNOT, the PlayStation is strong for having EXCLUSIVE games, it has to be played on a PlayStation.

    • @ Tew-SP-BR That’s not true at all. PS Now is on PC. And remote play is on mobile devices right now. Not only that, but Sony did say putting PS Now is one of their goals in the near future. Just like xCloud, Geforce Now and Stadia.

    • @ UltiGamer500 A big mistake, Sony will destroy the entire history of the PlayStation, the games have to be played on a PlayStation, a console without exclusives its destiny is failure.

    • @ Tew-SP-BR Again, you clearly don’t know what you’re talking about. PS Now has been on PC for years. And PlayStation is still fine. I can play PlayStation games on my phone right now, with remote play. And PS is still fine. The console still has exclusives, you just have more choices when it comes to how you play it. Dont be stupid. I mean, it still hasn’t even come to Brazil yet lol

    • @ UltiGamer500 does not decrease the level of conversation that I am not offending you.
Sony needs to remove PS Now from the PC, never AAA games on the same day of launch on PS Now, only after 3 or 4 years, the games need to be sold and not rented.
PlayStation will fail without exclusive games, as several consoles have already failed for that reason.

    • @Tew-SP-BR Again, for the last time. No one is saying get rid of exclusives. But CLEARLY PS Now being on multiple devices doesn’t hurt the platform. How do u explain PS Now bring on PC? PS seems to be doing well.
So there is ZERO proof that you have that says that putting PS Now on multiple devices will hurt PS.

    • @ UltiGamer500 PS Now started in 2014 was a failure had few subscribers were less than 700 thousand until 2018, after adding the download option the subscribers rose to 2.2 million, most are subscribing on PS4 and downloading games, streaming games it will be a failure as well as not being profitable.
If a PlayStation game can be played on another device such as a PC or mobile devices, it is no longer exclusive and PlayStation will lose its greatest attraction.

    • @Tew-SP-BR Its been around since 2017. Remote play is a thing. PS games are being played on other devices. And guess what. Playstation is still doing fine. And it’s still an exclusive. PS is doing FINE. You keep saying they’d be doomed but clearly, they’re not. Sorry bud

    • @Tew-SP-BR Your “exclusive” claims here are not true.
Not everyone wants to have games streamed to them as not everyone around the world has super fast Internet which is required for streaming (which is why you don’t see PS Now in certain countries including Brazil.) and downloading is limited to PS4 since you can’t directly run PS4 games on PC. (and mobile devices either if PS Now comes to mobile devices since they can’t run those either.)

Those subscribers only went up just because of the download option, not because PS Now was exclusive to PS since PS Now already had a PC client at the time of the said download option.
You also have to pay Sony to use PS Now after the free trial ends which means they will still make money regardless of where it came from.

You claim about “exclusives” almost all the time but all you do is create baseless claims that has no merit whatsoever. Why should Sony and/or SIE listen to someone who makes such baseless claims?

    • @ PhilS1990 Answer me then. If PlayStation users buy on PC Grand Theft Auto, FIFA, Call of Duty, Sony will profit from how much?

Wouldn’t it be better to keep
PlayStation users buying everything on PlayStation.

How to keep these users? EXCLUSIVE GAMES.

    • @Tew-SP-BR All those games you mentioned aren’t even made or published by Sony. Those belong to third-party publishers (Rockstar Games, Electronic Arts, and Activision, respectively.) that Sony legally can’t do anything to prevent them from releasing games on other platforms.

  • Where the heck are all the ps1-2 games what the f Sony lazy excuse of a company lol.

  • Weak month in comparison to the previous ones. Older titles IMO

  • Man, my son owns Watch Dogs 2 and Hello Neighbor on Xbox One. I own Street Fighter 5 already on PS4.
I going to miss Spider-Man and going to have to buy it.

    • There should be a discount when buying PS Now games if you’re a subscriber. Similar to gamepass

  • Sweet, was thinking of getting SFV recently, so very happy with that. Watch Dogs 2 is another i haven’t played yet, get that in before Legion. Only joined PSNow since the Days of Play sale but I must say its a brilliant service, lots of good content there. Really good value. 👍

  • What a joke. If could get my money back from this shyt service I would done it.

  • PlayStation said that they wanted to start adding indi games to PS Now every month (something that I’ve been saying they should do for months now). I think some of them should be: Celeste, Dead Cells, Goose Game.

    • They actually added two indies (The Turing Test and Infinite Minigolf) this month, but for some reason they didn’t list them on this post.

  • PSA: Watch Dogs 2 is free on PC this Sunday!

  • When i press x to download watch dogs 2 from psnow it just shows an error and when i search it up it doesnt even show please fix this

  • It wont let me play watch dogs 2 or street fighter says not found all other games work

  • Eh :/ its an ok month i guess…
    Still dont get why the older exclusives are not on the service yet;
And i get it theyre trying to bring attention to the bigger titles, but they should atleast put the full list of added games on the blog.

  • also really hope that with the ps5, ps now gets new features like “blocking” a game or make its colour faded, so when searching for new games its easier to find new titles instead of seeing the ones you played/ are not interested in over and over again

  • Very disappointed considering Ubisoft are giving this game away for free on PC on the 12th. So what are you offering Sony?

  • Ps now since I have subscribed has been disappointing. The only good feature is the streaming part. I think I have 9 months left on my sub but I dont use it much.

  • 11 months without adding a single PS3 game! The mad lads are actually going to hit the 1-year mark!

  • How about some Kemco and Artifex Mundi titles next month? UK has a bunch of Artifex Mundi games that US doesn’t have on PS Now.

  • Yeah, Watchdogs. Hello, neighbor sound interesting.

    • I thought the same about hello neighbour. I tried it out earlier and deleted it from my hard drive about 20 minutes after to never see the light of day again, it was complete crap. Probably one of the worst games I’ve ever tried.

  • Incredibly underwhelming month.

Need to add more ps2 classics or even just rotate some of the PS3 catalogue to keep things fresh for long standing subscribers

  • f* yea!!!!!

    Omg yes!!!!

    Thank you

  • Rolfe_The_Great

This Blog is a mess…. can we have our European one back pretty please…..

  • PlayStation Store is no longer sending email receipts when purchasing content. Please fix it ASAP.

I can’t believe the Store is full of issues. First the Download queue and now this. Pitiful.

  • I wish people didn’t complain so much about the additions to this service but I have to say that it only being the base game (with the CE updates but the dlc characters locked) is disappointing. I know you can unlock them with in-game currency but how much playing would it take to actually get all of them? Or even just the ones I want?

Also I might be interested in WatchDogs 2 if it wasn’t just announced it’ll be free on PC this weekend. That’s totally free with no subscription and no time limit.

    • it’s a jebait, we spend on the highest cost premium service and get rick rolled with a 5+year base edition that coincides with a 25% sale on championship upgrade, but the worst part is if you do it your are screwed over on your reup because you need the base to access the, just buy the full version disc plus digital champs or digital everything.

wd2 at you least you do get the shell vanilla game and can play that if you wish and ignore their premium garbage. ubi as always.

this leaves me needing to buy the champs upgrade for my owned version with season 1 anyways.

and it coincides with evo month its very poor form for now, for plus it is expected.

    • it takes forever to get a single character as it stands, so just wait for the full complete or skip. at least you can try vanilla and see if the game is for you. there is a silver lining for me specifically tekken and now sfv can be played online without plus so that is actually something. how it pans out with existing digital copies and the champion dlc will be something i need to try.

they overhauled fight money years ago so now it is a problem, you can get a bunch by doing an all characters grind checklist, eventhubs and shoryuken sites can help but honestly its champs ed or don’t bother. 500 hours on a character is not even a lot if you want to compete so sfv is a tough game to recommend. especially with characters that favor fightstick etc.

tekken has same issue vanilla edition

  • hello if yall can can yall please add a game called dead by daylight special addiction or just the normal one will be fine but if yall could please add it.

    • they don’t take requests if you hadn’t notice, and they sure as hell don’t care what we write on the blog, it is our only formal way to let our satisfaction or lack there of of the services be known.

tbf though dead by daylight is pretty low value so i wouldn’t be surprised to see them shove that into the third slot later this month.

    • later this year, if it really is special addiction that’s pretty amusing for a title.

  • 5 year+ old base edition of SFV being sold as low as $7 cad numerous times is not good enough, and it’s a small wonder that the first sale on the championship ed upgrade coincides with this, one i was waiting to buy regardless with my sfv +s1 digital owned copy. this psnow offering gives me less than nothing. just insulting.

watch dogs 2 another shell glitchy ubistuff game with no real perceived value, on sale every other week in the psn for years in all it’s insulting editions, and as others mentioned free on pc this month anyways. small wonder ubis live services creep hard into ps now, which is essentially just sony b roll indies that weren’t critically or commercially successful and all of bethesdas catalog save 3 games, since they don’t have a streaming partner other than Sony.

    the other games are dross.

i have my year i decided to try till april. the last two months you have added nothing for me and stripped all the wb stuff a big lart of my sign up for me and my son. lego, batman, mordor all ripped off.

service is a joke compared to xbox games pass. streaming is lousy but still better than held to ransom plus.

  • Awesome lineup, indeed! Too bad I own about 600 PS4 games already. 👍

  • Please add dead by daylight

  • Tbh its nothin but a disappointment its been 3rd month theres nothin new for me what a useless service they arent even tryin 2 compete with gamepass! Dear sony players want old ps3 games or games like Nier Automata some final fantasies or old games like gta vicecity and all they add are the trash like these each month seriously just who wannna play nascar heat or infinate golf

  • Spidermichael27

When are you guys gonna bring the ps4 versions of wwe 2k15, 2k17, lego marvel superheroes 1 & 2 and lego avengers on PS now?

  • When is PlayStation Now coming to South Africa?

  • I thought the same about hello neighbour. I tried it out earlier and deleted it from my hard drive about 20 minutes after to never see the light of day again, it was complete crap. Probably one of the worst games I’ve ever tried.

  • I hope spider-man come back.At least spider-man was good.
    -Hello neighbor
    +stay back! it’s corona.
    It’s doesn’t worth it.

  • Thank you for putting on ps plus is watch dogs 2 this is my favorite game ever in the galaxy

  • For the next games to be added into the PS Now game list, could you add the rest of the Ratchet and Clank games, such as: the Ratchet and Clank trilogy, Ratchet Deadlocked, and Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction. It would be great to play the original trilogy in 4K.

  • i can’t download them
and I cant see them on the ps plus games of the month
and if i search for street fighter V it asks me money
    plz help

  • Put some Assassins’ Creed on there for a change.
