The third battleground for the World Tour live event of the 2019 FIA Certified Gran Turismo Championships is set to take place at the PlayStation Theater in New York City next weekend, August 24 and 25.
The pressure of this year’s competition is starting to heat up as the New York event marks the halfway point leading to the World Finals. The best of the best Gran Turismo Sport drivers from around the globe will compete against each other in the heart of Times Square in front of a live audience over two intensive days for top spot within the Manufacturer Series and Nations Cup.
I want to see the competition live. Where do I go?
For all racing fans within the New York area, we are excited to invite you to witness the two-day competition live in person at the PlayStation Theater. This is your golden opportunity to be part of the exciting competition and also your chance to meet the best Gran Turismo Sport players from around the world together with members of Polyphony Digital Development Team.
Admission to the event is free, and those attending the event in person will receive a limited production Gran Turismo License Plate Frame and Gran Turismo Sport In-Game Voucher giveaway (Limited supplies) at the end of each day.
Seats and entry to the PlayStation Theater are limited to first come first serve basis so be sure to arrive early on Saturday, August 24, and Sunday, August 25.

Attendees will also have a chance to enter a raffle for a chance to win some Gran Turismo shirts or hat from PlayStation Gear Store right before the start of the race each day. The Grand Prize for the raffle, to be awarded at the end of each day on or around 4:00 PM EDT, is the official competitive wheel for Gran Turismo Sport, the legendary Thrustmaster T-GT wheel and pedal set.* for official rules.
Lastly, for those who want to be part of the competitive experience, we’ll have the official Gran Turismo sleds with the Thrustmaster T-GT Wheel on demo, and PlayStation Gear Store will also be on-site with limited production Gran Turismo shirts and hats made specifically for the 2019 Gran Turismo World Tour New York.
