Welcome back! This week’s highlights include Horizon Shift ’81, a retro-inspired wave-based shmup; The House in Fata Morgana, a dark visual novel making its PS4 debut, and more.

  • Light week due to E3 2019 but I’m in for The House in Fata Morgana and Dragon Star Varnir. Bus Simulator looks kind of interesting too.

  • Cant wait for e3 announcements

  • Might get Dragon Star Varnir, depends on the price.

  • “The House in Fata Morgana
    PS4 — Digital (Cross-Buy)”

Cross buy with PSV? Doesn’t mention the little guy directly.

  • Interested in Dragon Star Varnir and The House In Fata Morgana

Though holy moly Fata Morgana, based on the Vita price, is WAY more expensive than on other platforms

  • Bus Simulator needs PSVR support and a battle royale mode.

  • Small request. I always go check these games out on Youtube. I think you could just link a youtube trailer instead of a thumbnail?

Maybe give the developer the option to put the trailer together and provide you the link?

  • I thought about buying Dragon Star Varnir, but I remembered one thing………so….nevermind…

    • GameOverComesAll

What are you going to do about Super Neptunia RPG? That one particularly sings for me, since I was especially looking forward to a 2D Neptune game.

    • The problem isn’t the game…Because I’m getting the Steam version and Super Neptunia RPG too…the problem is the BSSC.

  • When Bus Simulator is your lead, you know you’re in for a wild week of triple A releases!

    • True that! I got curious though so I googled some reviews (64% positive for Steam edition). Gameplay and graphics were way better than I expected. The PC version came out a year ago. If they’ve ironed out the bugs and optimized it, it looks to be a fun ride.

  • The twitter account for Bus Simulator said the game is coming “later this summer”, definitely not on 6/12.

Also, The House in Fata Morgana is being released for the Vita as well, and only the PS4 is mentioned here. I understand how much Sony wants to pretend the Vita doesn’t exist, but it’s in their best interest to promote sales.

  • I may give “Bus Simulator” a go. It looks like it might be a blast to play.

  • The House in Fata Morgana – finally in English and not on a pc…

  • Horizon Shift looks bananas! Now I REALLY want to get one of those Samsung vertically rotating TV’s!

  • It was a great help ! Thank you very much for sharing this !

  • The list is incomplete without Contra Anniversary Collection. I realize games are left off these blog posts rather often but I’m surprised Contra was overlooked.
