  • Smh, done with share of the week. Glad i don’t have the candy covered Mad Max sequel that id modded into an fps so Bethesda could slap a Rage logo on in hopes of milking a few extra bucks out by tricking fans of the original into believing it might have anything in common with the original. Quite frankly, the only thing Rage 2 has in common with Rage is that they shoehorned a far less satisfying version of the wingstick in. Rage 2 is not the planned sequel that id had originally wanted, it’s a bad Avalanche game in every way other than the bad azz id combat pulled from DOOM. It’s a bad version of Mad Max meets Just Cause with id combat, then, sprinkle on the levety of a Saints Row game to ensure the story and characters are entirely meaningless.

The second to last pic by Unclassprojectx is brilliant and the first pic is creatively framed, well deserved on those two. This was actually the best crop in share of the week (Days Gone) by a mile, but i still sit here slack jawed at some of the selections.I assume the selections are largely based on social media following rather than actual merit. It’s a shame because photo mode is quite deep. From Bloom to saturation to custom filters, playing with FoV and color spread, focus, contrast, grain, lighting. Even a gimmick like facial expressions can be used effectively on rare occasion. You can use the advanced settings to create a custom filter that literally makes it look real. Photo-realistic. I see a whole lot of default settings and that’s too bad. I guess “eye of the beholder” and all that.

  • Nice…the 1st 3 pics are impressive.More and more I wish I had kept ma pre-order of Days Gone, now it’ll have to wait and I’ll have to live with the wish to play it for a while.

  • Nice shots
