Tickets Update: We’re looking into issues users are having getting tickets to this year’s E3 Experience. Stay tuned for updates.

5/31 Update — Some changes and updates on ticket and seat availability:

  • Ticket registration will open today, Wednesday 5/31/17, at 1:30PM PT.
  • There was a brief system test last night which allowed a small number of tickets to be claimed. As of this morning there are still plenty of tickets remaining at each theater.
  • If you received a ticket confirmation email you are guaranteed a seat at the event if you present your valid ticket at least 30 minutes before show time.
  • We will be admitting those without tickets on a first-come first-served basis after all present ticket holders are seated.

E3 is almost here and I’m excited to announce that the PlayStation E3 Experience is returning for 2017! Join us on Monday, June 12th in over 85 theaters across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

This is the fourth year we’re broadcasting our E3 Press Conference live to theaters across North America and I can’t wait to bring the excitement of E3 straight to you. Watching the announcements and news alongside other members of the PlayStation community is an experience like no other.

Attendees will take home an exclusive poster and #76 from the PlayStation Collectable Card series. This will be the only way to get your hands on these, so don’t miss out! Want more than just limited edition swag? We’ve got you covered — everyone will also get a digital gift basket chock-full of goodies from PlayStation Store.

Tickets for US and Canada

Tickets are 100% free and will be available at playstation.com/E3experience starting Tuesday, May 30th at 10:00 AM PT while supplies last. To register for a ticket, you will need to create a free Gofobo account. Tickets will be sent to the email address used to create your Gofobo account.

Attendees who have registered for a ticket will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis until the theater reaches capacity. Make sure to arrive early! Receiving a ticket does not guarantee you a seat. Attendees must be 17 years of age or older to attend this event. A valid form of ID providing age will be required to enter.

    I also agree I’ve gone last 2 years have never had a problem with event grid this year is the worst ever to try and get a ticket I been waiting since 12:55pm lol

    Everyone, I suggest not refreshing the site so often. Won’t help it get back faster and won’t help you get anything done either lol. Just check it every 5-10 min, 5 min only if you’re in a BIG city. The other places likely won’t sell out in a few min…

    Let’s give Gofobo more time, folks. There’s a long list of cities and giving an average of 200 people per city going into the website ASAP, it’s a number I wouldn’t shrug at.

    I’m almost certain it’s a first come first serve thing at your movie theater, so let’s not worry too much about getting our hands on tickets. Sony’s doing their best!

    Found it after searching E3 under movies on the gofobo site but only to say all screenings were sold out. When I tried it again, got the 404 not found. Lets hope they are doing something to give us a second chance.

    No one is in Lansing, Michigan. South East Michigan is the far more of a hub than Lansing is.

      Uhm, I beg to differ. I and a whole bunch of PS Nation are here in Mid-Michigan. I can only guess that the reason they moved it from GR to the Capital City, again, is because it’s centralized in the state. At least from the D, it’s about an hour and a half away.

    Can’t wait for that game by the way, forgot how varied (and underrated) Crash 3 was!

    Someone was saying they can’t wait to see the new Spiderman game at E3… it should look amazing considering Insomniac games is behind it. They haven’t shown it since last years E3 and it looked AMAZING then… it’ll only look better I think, Insomniac is great, from Disruptor to Resistance to the new Ratchet and Clank.. all awesome games technically and gameplay wise too.

    I wanna see Days Gone too, but I hope they’ll make it co-op or something online like Far Cry 5 will be or like Dying Light was. Open world action games are too much fun to leave it just as a 1 player game!

    And speaking of zombies, we need some update on that multiplayer Walking Dead game that is supposedly in the works but nobody has seen…

      Yes, that and The Last of Us Part 2, Death Stranding, and Red Dead Redemption 2.. no games will touch those 4. Maybe God of War if they find a way to take that already epic GOW feel to the next level SOMEhow.

      But as for Quantic Dream, the ONLY thing I didn’t like about their games is that some choices still ended up with the characters doing something you told them not to do – for example, in Beyond Two Souls I was as cold as could be to the main love interest… and they still ended up together… lol. In Heavy Rain, it was more of a plot twist / plot hole problem.. the murderer COULDN’T have been the murderer because they were ON SCREEN in one of the scenes where you hear a gunshot. Very bad plot hole.. hopefully Detroit can improve these things, because the idea for the story and the setting look awesome.

    F.Y.I. Gofobo has been around for years. They’re responsible for early screenings of films but they don’t usually handle country-wide events at once, usually well-timed city-wide events.

    How will we be notified of when it will be available? Will you post on twitter as well?
    Please set a new time so people can have time to be aware and get ready to grab the tickets rather than just having no idea they are available again. Perhaps staggering when the tickets for each city are available will help with this problem.

    Alright I’m done with “work”, so I won’t be commenting anymore but I sure hope Sony gives people an update soon…. this is not how you treat customers lol, asking them to refresh a website over and over all day… would be kind of easy to release a statement saying “we will do this at another time”.

    I’ll keep checking on my phone but I have a feeling you’re going to have more than a few very upset fans after they spent all day waiting for tickets and then ended up not getting them because of the site going up at some random time nobody expects.
