well if ppl are getting tickets then the traffic is slowly dying down which will help everyone else a bit

  • There is hope…I finally got through and have my tickets safely in my email. If it matters, I used google chrome and had to turn off adblocker so that stupid popup would stop showing up. I made a gofobo account when this was first announced also. Hopefully you all will find success soon!

  • Just got tickets to the Burnaby BC showing but they sent me a 2 pass even tho I clicked 1! What the heck……I guess if anyone wants a pass let me know?

    • Same thing happened to me in Chicago! But my tickets are going to my friends that wasn’t able to get the page to load!

  • Finally got my tix bout damn time

  • I FINALLY GOT THEM GOOD LUCK EVERYONE JUST KEEP TRYING YOUR HARDEST

  • You guys that are having success, how are you logging into gofobo for your passes? Do you guys have gofobo accounts, or are you using a different option?

  • Wow this is the best. I tried to get tickets for montreal andI got tickets for LA for another person.

  • I FINALLY was able to log in, chose my tickets, got them emailed to me…..
Then I noticed THEY ARE NOT EVEN MY TICKETS!
I GOT TICKETS FOR A JOSEPH GALINDEZ AT VIRGINIA BEACH!
    I LIVE IN LAS VEGAS!

Is there a Joseph galindez in the comments? I have your tickets….

  • Whoa, I got more than one email with tickets. The second email is for a C. Valerio for tickets to a screening in NY.

If anyone here is C. Valerio and you did not get your tickets, send me a message on PSN. If you can confirm your first name and it matches the ticket, I’ll email it to you.

  • After almost an hour f trying and a huge fight with my ex, I got the tickets to my email!! At least that went well!

  • Yep yep keep at it everyone. Really hope you all get through and get your tickets!

  • After 45min of non-stop login in and refreshing, Success!!!!!!

  • I FINALLY was able to log in, chose my tickets, got them emailed to me…..

  • I feel no closer now than I was an hour ago. Frustrating.

  • Holy crap finally I got my tickets, that was an experience I hope to never deal with again

  • You would think that SONY, a giant electronics and entertainment conglomerate who produces ACTUAL MOVIES, could find a ticket distribution vendor that could handle the demand of a screening in less than 100 movie theaters.

    • Meh, Sony Pictures and PlayStation are essentially completely separate companies that both happen to be under the Sony corporate umbrella.

    • You’d think they would utilize the resources they DO have (not hard to call up Sony pictures to hook them up with the best distribution channels…) to make their WHOLE company run smoother. Nothing is perfect, but it would be smart of Sony or any other company to take advantage of the strengths of their different branches.

  • After trying for a full hour I myself was able to get 2 tickets for the showing at AMC on Santa Monica BLVD… anyone want to go thats in the LA area? message me on PSN

  • James S. in Topeka, KS, I have your tickets…

  • Finally working now, I got one and my friend got one too. Keep tryin guys.

  • I got the ticket too. Just try over and over

  • I don’t believe it…as I type my order is still processing but there’s my ticket for Charlotte in my email.

  • FINALLY GOT THEM!! Sorry to all in Nashville area, they sent me two emails for two tickets each…. I hate that it has been so glitchy to do that Good luck ladies and gents

  • Finally got my passes. What a nightmare. I hope that everyone in here is able to get one, because we ALL deserve to go after this fiasco…

  • Finally got two tickets! I need one more though. Here we go

  • If you’re getting two emails, check the actual PDF. One was for my name and theater, the other was for another person for another theater.

  • This has been the absolute worst experience ever. Two days in a row of a non functioning site to order tickets is just unacceptable.

  • I’m glad mine hav my name on it, and for the guy who asked it was a gofobo account u gotta jus keep trying

  • Also, for those of you who are getting someone else’s tickets via email, if you go to the GoFoBo website and log into your account, you can download your passes from there.

  • I have the same issue. The emailed confirmation ticket is for someone across the country literally. I got the right ticket by going to your account and there should be a download pass link there.

  • FINALLY AFTER 2 DAYS OF HITTING THE F5 BUTTON I GOT MY TICKETS TO PLAYSTATION E3 EXPERIENCE 2017!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!OMG OMG OMG OMG

  • I literally cannot believe how completely inept these Gofobo people are. After like 30 attempts, I managed to successfully complete the transaction for my local screening here in Seattle, WA. So when my confirmation e-mail arrives, sure enough, I have been sent passes for someone named Gus Giannopoulous in Chicago, IL.

    FML.

Sony, I know you really don’t care about this stuff, but come on. This reflects on you, whether you want it to or not. How does this get corrected?

    • Same exact thing happened to my friend and others on here it seems… Not sure if Sony / Gofobo will be able to fix this without having to wipe out all the tickets and start over?

Lets hope not, cuz I got my ticket and dont wanna go thru this BS again.. and I’m sure others dont either.. so hopefully they find a way to get the tickets to the correct people…

  • Hey It looks like I just got mine. Never made it to the Gofobo confirmation page but got an email.

  • SaviorRoseDragon

and the site is back to immediately saying invalid code.

  • And we’re back to invalid code at the beginning :(

  • If Dan McCaughan who was going to the showing in lincoln square cinemas in bellvue WA sees this i got your tickets in my email

  • Got mine, and it’s the correct info. See you there Houston folks!

  • lol got my tickets but for a casey pugh in ohio ahah wth sony

  • For the swags, will they be distributed to all events, or just the one at E3?

    • All events. The last few years it’s been like $5 PSN credit that you get after like 3-4 months, some closed beta, poster, lanyard, cup, etc…. Nothing too expensive, but free nontheless.

    • If I remember correctly we got 10 last year

  • YES!!!!!!

  • Finally got it to work! Got the email and the confirmation page on gofobo.

  • the site is back to invalid code and I can’t even login to my account so I can be ready for it.

  • yup, no more tickets for los angeles, sony please next time ¿can you place a guy in the rooftop of each theater, throwing the tickets to the crowd? that would be more effective & civilized

  • My friend got a ticket BUT gofobo sent him SOMEONE ELSES TICKETS to his email… and since they check ID… well, I guess HE can’t go and probably the other guy cant go too.. I’m guessing they’re not the only ones being sent wrong tickets…

    What a mess…

Hopefully Sony will finally learn from this next year? Maybe?

The solution is simple.. sell tickets to a few cities at a time. Problem Solved…

    • Your friend can log in to his Gofobo account (when all the hype dies down and their servers are stable) and retrieve his actual ticket through his account.

    • Is your friend named Joseph galindez?

And I did mine with guest account (only thing that would work) so no logging in later for my real tickets for me….

    • Which would be great if it were actually even possible to access the account page on Gofobo in the first place…….

  • Now clicking through from the Playstation site leads right to “Invalid Code”. *Sighs sadly*

  • Seems like its doing this just like yesterday. Only a small amount of people are able to get through and then it crashes. But from the comments some people are getting the wrong location and stuff,

  • One hour to get a ticket for the event at Montréal.

  • Was able to select that I wanted two tickets and then got nothing but errors. Now it seems the LA screening is full…

    • And now gofobo no longer recognizes my account and says the email does not exist. Ha, this just keeps getting worse

  • I just got mine after trying all night last night and since 4:30 EST today. Keep at it and I hope everyone here gets theirs, BTW, the name of the attendee is on the attachment in the email. I saw someone ask before about that.

  • Good lucks guys. I’ve been there since 10 am yesterday trying and actually landed up getting them via my phone browser, (again no confirmation page on Gofobo but got my confirmation email) as I was getting no where on my home computer.

    • I’m pretty sure my phone browser is what got me through too. I tried on Chrome and Firefox on desktop and they both were slow, but Chrome on my phone was significantly faster. Less retries too.

  • And NOW we’re back to invalid code and logging in NOT. WORKING.

The first year I can finally go to this damn thing and you guys have completely blown it. Amazing…
