  • I’m happy for LocoRoco, but what I really want is those Patapon rereleases!

    • Agreed

    • I’m upset about harvest moon. That game was pretty cruddy. Stardew Valley has to be 1,000 times better. You pretty much just get to play for 1 year, so there’s not really any minigames, there’s no marrying anyone, so there’s no incentive to really care about any of the characters, and I just feel that the whole game kinda just becomes a self defeating grind, than a game that gets progressively more challenging, and rewarding as it goes on, with a lot of tricks and nuance.

I feel like all Save the Homeland really is, is if you were paying money to pick up trash in a city. You’re a glorified cleanup crew. The best way to make money is to mine, they changed how the farming activities were done. So you basically just grind, and grind, and get bored and then the game ends just as you’re realizing there’s nothing worth while to do or try to accomplish in the game.

    • I meant to add LocoRoco, 1,000,000 times better for a relaxing game to chill with after a long hard annoying day at work. That was the point of my previous tyrade. I might just go pick up Stardew… Kinda waiting for a sale. Like a 20-40% off sale.

    • CommandingTiger

Sony. We don’t need a PS5 to be released next year. You may come out with a new PS4 Elite stronger than the Pro, but logically it’s the only thing that makes sense.

You already have a ton of game in production for the PS4. And Final Fantasy 7 remake hasn’t been released yet.

When the PS5 does come out, it needs to be entirely compatible with the PS4 games library.
This PS4 Elite needs to have a 4k UHD Blu-ray Drive for better movies and games storage with higher read speed than 2x, between 4x and 16x.
It also needs 24Gb of GDDR5 Ram. More than 10 Teraflops of computing Power.
      A better Vega/Nevi AMD GPU.

I would highly recommend to purchase a company that manufactures Ram parts to save on it’s overall cost. Also you’ll need to tweet the CPU like what the Xbox Scorpio did with theirs to make it more adaptable to playing your games and your engine. Have your engineers and your developers work together along with third party developers to enhance the CPU to your liking with better overall performances.

This console can be 500$ or 550$. It’s possible when you purchase a factory that manufactures RAM. It can be Chinese, whatever is cheapest to produce.

    • CommandingTiger: I’m sure Sony will take your advice to them under the most serious consideration.

  • Lethal League and Battlegrounds look interesting.. What is everyone else thinking about picking up this Tuesday?

  • LocoRoco!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i’m so happy!

  • A rail shooter called Polybius. I see absolutely no way that this could go wrong.

    • Well, Llamasoft (Jeff Minter) has a fantastic track record in terms of quality. Tempest 2000, TxK, and his various iOS releases all were excellent, in my opinion.

I don’t have PSVR, though, so I won’t try this unless there’s an eventual PS4 non-VR version, or a release on some other platform I use.

    • It says nothing of it being a rail shooter. Anyways, I wonder if it will have brain washing capabilities like the urban legend arcade cabinet ;p

  • I’m glad Resident Evil Code Veronica X is making it to PS4, I was too lazy to plug in my PS3 again, and I really wanted to see it on PS4. However, I’m not sure how I feel about it being the PS2 version. Is it going to have trophies? And will it be upscaled or will it be the actual PS2 version just emulated without ANY graphical improvements?

    • Assuming it’s along the lines of other PS2 on PS4 releases… PS2 version upconverted to 1080p with trophy support and some network features, if applicable.

  • rafael_martines

Locorocco *_* Hope if it’s sells well, we can get Locorocco 2 Remastered <3

    Plz people buy it

  • So happy to get Locoroco again! It was awesome on the PSP!

  • All right, NBA JAM! Boomshakalaka!!!

Oh, ummm.. yeah. NBA Playground! Woot! Crossing my fingers on this one. Hope there’s a demo, because you just can’t tell if it’s going to be all it’s cracked up to be from a video.

    • I was excited, until I saw who the dev was. They’ve made nothing but half baked copycats in the past… Not expecting more from this!

  • I had no idea Llamasoft had a new game coming out. TxK was one of my favorite games on the Vita! Can’t wait to play this in VR!

  • We’re still waiting for Ape Escape 3

  • Still waiting for ape escape 3 ps2
    Come on Sony!!!!!!

  • Locoroco for Vita please :) Viva La Vita!

  • Weak week weak week weak week!

  • Sa3rOmidSnake55

Hope we will have Metal Gear Solid Series for Ps4 sooooon .

  • LocoRoco should have been on Vita with hardware tilt support but Polybius should help me get over it.

  • RE: Code Veronica?!…Man, a retail copy of the game would a been nicer. Physical games are better!

  • It seems like Sony is now starting to remaster it’s line of PSP games starting with Parappa The Rapper last month and now Loco Roco.

I’d love to see them remaster some PS1 games to the PS4.. Namely games such as Um Jammer Lammy and Motor Toon Racing Grand Prix.

  • How much is Locoroco Remastered going for? And does it have a platinum?

  • Where the hell is flatout 4? This has to be one of the worst marketed games in recent memory.. 3 seperate release dates? Euope, steam, and now ps4? It’s in stores but not in the psn store.. With no news from developer..

    • Flatout 4 doesn’t appear to have a publisher in North America, which is why you don’t see it here. I have no doubt it’s in the European PSN store. Gotta convince someone to publish it here.

Big Ben also published the last Sherlock game and that took several months to find a publisher and get released here. Birdie flatout comes eventually. I like that series.

Hope it sells well…would love to see a new take on the franchise, it has so much potential!

I always hoped for a PS3 version using motion controls, it makes so much sense…would have been a great showroom for the sixaxis back then.

Would still be today, I guess! Love the franchise.

  • Patiently waiting for mah Patapooon!

  • Locoroco and Patapon for PS VITA pleaseeeee! You can do it, Sony! Viva la Vita!

  • I’d Polybius actually coming out tomorrow on the US PSN store?I

The EUR store had it up for pre-order a long while now and for a 20% off discount too. It’s too bad they didn’t extend that here as well.
It really would have helped sell the game, and in turn, PSVR, since it’s essentially a KILLER APP for it.

  • I’m still waiting for Star Ocean 3 to make it stateside. That and I wish the xenosaga trilogy and silent Hill 2, 3 and 4 would get released for ps4.
