Starting on the first Tuesday of the month, a new lineup of free games comes to PlayStation Plus members, including Super Meat Boy and Broken Age on PS4.
Super Meat Boy will challenge even the most devoted platforming players with teeth-grinding levels, insane obstacles, horrible traps, and smiling chunks of meat. Yum! Can you stand against the gory onslaught of near-impossible tasks in Super Meat Boy? You’ll find out soon enough…
If that’s a little too intense, why not point and click at things, instead? Broken Age is joining the PS Plus lineup, too! In it, guide two teenagers through strangely similar circumstances but on two different worlds. With a gorgeous soundtrack and award-winning cast, Broken Age is perfect for gamers that grew up with the adventure genre. Or people that just want to hear some jokes. Jokes are always good.
Last thing! Driveclub PlayStation Plus Edition will no longer be available as a free download for Plus members starting on October 6th, 2015. If you haven’t downloaded it yet, be sure to go to PlayStation Store now before October 6th!

Sorry if this is a double post but after several minutes my post didn’t appear
I originally chose Sony over Xbox because Xbox charge to play online I detest being forced to pay for something twice and PlayStation Plus deal was pay a small amount get games every month I wouldn’t expect them all to be a list of titles but once every three to four months getting a nice game that’s a little out of date made it worth it for the most part I have little interest in most online multiplayer aspects of games so I would have to throw my hat in with the people complaining of constant Indies I do own Xboxes but generally for only one title I’m sure you can guess which one
People complaining about getting Super Meat Boy and Broken Age for free instead of The Order or Knack… Seriously….I for myself am more than pleased with my PS Plus account, and particularly excited to see those two beautifully crafted games coming on my Playstation.
You guys you keep saying we are entitled for complaining have it wrong you are obviously all new to play station and have been on Xbox forever the main reason Sony was greater than Microsoft was because they did not charge for online usage it is not an extra it is a perversion of the PlayStation Plus membership PlayStation Plus was pay a small amount for games they picked monthly not all of them great but on average decent it is not an extra they are not free they are what I originally paid for
There seems to be a lot of hate around no AAA games but to be honest you can’t blame them. developers are charging high prices for games which dont fall in price for least 8 months or so. i do think in the new year we will see more AAA games in our budles but for now i dont have a problem paying £1 per game which is completely random and could actual be a gem in a box. Also, Super Meat Boy is an amazing game and to me that is worth the fee for PS Plus

Ahhh god! stop the moaning please! why do people expect AAA titles when those are normally priced in the £50-60 range…
Not only that personally I’ve realised that the the majority of AAA titles out there are not worth the price tags and Im finding more and more enjoyment out of £10-20 indie titles, I’m super pleased to see super meat boy this month and time force last month was an amazing title!
If you want AAA titles you have to buy them thats the bottom line, no one is going to give you a £60 game for free! and if you’re not interested in indie-games then why did you buy a PS4 in the first place, it was marketed as being big on indies right from the start!
Wow, these are some pretty average games. “Next gen” is turning out to be the best platformer gaming console yet.

Why SONY Why! Give us something good please!!! I guess I will be skipping another month of free games. That damn Xbox1 been letting go of some pretty cool games lately. They’re really tempting me to switch.
Another ****** line-up smh the only good ps plus games are rocket league and maybe First Lady of light, (I think that’s wat it’s called) , every month we get these kiddie games …. It’s like Sony gave up on us, wat you got some soccer mom controlling the ps plus line up every month? Puttin games up that her kids would like!
Another month of bad indie games. I’m not trying to knock on indie games, some of them have been amazing, like Shovel Knight. But you’re picking the worst of them…Super Meat Boy was okay, but it’s outdated and no one cares about it anymore. If it weren’t for the fact I couldn’t play Bloodborne online without PS+, I would drop my subscription here and now and never renew it again. This just isn’t worth it. Unfortunately, you have me and so many other players in a bind even though you don’t even host game servers. Either make online game play, something built into the games we’ve already payed for, included with a standard PS account; or start giving at least 1 good game a month away for free.

I would much rather have the PS1 and PS2 games we were promised for PSNow than a bunch of old indie games. This is a garbage lineup, again.
At this rate they should just release the patch to make it backward compatible so we could play all our old games as there not given us anything decent to play
Ok suggest time, here’s mine. Let not make a playstation plus membership a requirement to play online. Since there is no per for having it, make the online experience free again. until you start giving decent games as a perk, or at least maintain your service correctly without getting ddosed all the time, upgrade your security with all the money you are getting for crying out loud. Make it free and let the one who praise all the crap games we are getting pay or Ps plus. Looks like a money grab to me. What are you doing with the subscription money?? Not giving out good titles, not on your security of your online system? Where does it all go? Sony’s pocket? Probably. I love this lineup. I’ve been wanting to check out both Super Meat Boy and Broken Age for a while and now I’m glad I waited. Not sure why this is such a bad deal to a lot of people. Just those two games alone retail at $40 (I also picked up Unmechanical, so another $10 there) , and both were critically acclaimed as far as I can tell. You aren’t going to like every game that shows up here, and any expectation of a AAA title every month is extremely naïve. I tried Grow Home last month, put it down after 5 minutes because it bored the heck out of me, but I don’t come around complaining. I think some people just need a little perspective.
I cant lie, I am disappointed with this months line up. I was hoping we would get a AAA game in the Halloween spirit. Something like the remastered resident evil. That would have been awesome!
Overall, I cant complain about free stuff. I don’t mind indie games either (BUD was great last month, kiddos and I loved it!) but Sony, please send us a AAA game next month!

Quite literally the worst selection. Is anyone at Sony listening? We’re not be ungrateful babies. YOU set us up with an awesome system. YOU got us hooked on good stuff. Now you are delivering the same crap month after month. Indie platformer. Indie platformer. Indie [fill in the blank] boredom.
There’s nothing wrong with indie games and developers, we’re just sick of getting (and paying) for THE SAME GAME OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER…
The other issue is that the lack of variety is what makes this even worse.
I’m all for supporting good developers, whether it be a newcomer or established developer but when I go into the PS store and only see puzzle and platformed games clogging up the free plus library, I feel that Sony thinks of us as a bunch of numb skulls.
Keep in mind that a lot of us have been supporting Sony since day one. We have seen what they’re capable of but lately they have been slacking, the other fault goes to the developers who pay no attention to the fact that the PS+ library is crammed with puzzle and platformed games. There are better options but some people still back this up, no excuse for us to be playing some pixelated garbage every month or some 2D platformed every month back to back.
I save my money by just seeking my gaming needs elsewhere like Steam which I will continue to bring up as a reminder that Sony’s premium service has gone down in quality.
Sony has no excuse for this, how about you remind your developers/indie devs to broaden their genres.
OK, 1st of all: wtf?! is there any chance we can get a game different that what we can play in armorgames? I mean, im not telling to give us FIFA 16, or Witcher, or MGS, but something newer or not indi, even in PS3 (that have a huge amount of games to share) u give us 2D easy puzzles, or dance fighting? (is it like that, i just saw 2 min on a gameplay video and i got bored, i dont wanna imagine how the full game is).
Anyway, its not like we are asking for free games cause we are already paying for them with the plus. So, try to respect the ppl here who got your console and pay extra to online and games monthly.

Broken Age is a fantastic addition to the PS+ game library imo. I’m also excited to experience Super Meat Boy with the brand new soundtrack. I’m much less excited for the vita and ps3 games on offer this month, but they are all great titles for anyone who hasn’t played them yet.
Month after month of absolute garbage games for the PS4. I know you cant please every one but get the hint, WE DO NOT WANT ANY MORE INDIE GAMES.
If I didnt own a PS3 and you didnt throw out the odd ok title there, I would be canceling my PSN subscription.
