Win a Trip to PlayStation Experience with PS Heroes

PlayStation Experience 2015 will be taking place December 5th through 6th in San Francisco, and PlayStation Heroes is giving you a chance to win an all-expense paid trip to attend the event in style. Just purchase Foul Play, Mediatonic and Devolver Digital’s side-scrolling brawler set entirely on a theater stage, and register online. It’s that easy!

Purchase Foul Play for PS4 for $2, $5, $10, $20, $50, $75, or $100 via PlayStation Store to enter and support the USO, Make-A-Wish and The V Foundation. Each dollar you spend on Foul Play will act as one entry for your chance to win a trip to San Francisco for you and a friend to attend PlayStation Experience. You’ll both receive VIP seating at the press conference and panels, front of the line access to play games coming to PlayStation, exclusive PlayStation swag, and developer meet and greets.

PlayStation Heroes

Get a taste of what Foul Play is all about straight from the team at Mediatonic:

Mediatonic’s Foul Play is proud to be joining PlayStation Heroes to add some extra dramatic tension to our debut on PS4!

Our theatrical brawler comprises various plays recreating the scarcely believable, but ENTIRELY ACCURATE tales Baron Dashforth’s daemon banishing exploits. The lovingly crafted sets vary from the automatons of Atlantis to werewolves on the misty moors of Somerset and even a cult inadvertently starting the great fire of London!

No expense has been spared for the Baron’s one night only spectacular show and it’s a game that rewards performance over pummeling, as every strike and combo has to keep an eager audience entertained! You don’t have a conventional life bar, but a “Mood-o-Meter.” Keep it filled with audience pleasing action and you’ll be met with cheers, whoops and hats in the air aplenty! Miss your cues, get beaten around by the adversarial actors and you’ll find yourself booed off stage… Storm the theatre solo or with a friend and wade through hordes of combat trained actors in a variety of menacing (and/or ridiculous) costumes!

You have until September 15th to purchase Foul Play at the price of your choosing, so don’t wait. Pick up Foul Play and register online today for a chance to win a trip for two to San Francisco for PlayStation Experience 2015, all while supporting three great charities. I hope to see you at PlayStation Experience in December!

90% of the purchase price of each PlayStation Heroes Theme will be divided equally among Make-A-Wish®, a charity that grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions the USO, a charity that supports America’s troops and their families and The V Foundation for Cancer Research, a charity that’s making strides in the fight against cancer. Learn more about Make-A-Wish at wish.org. USO is a 501(c)(3) org., Tax ID 13-1610451, uso.org. The V Foundation is a 501(c)(3) org., Tax ID 13-3705951, jimmyv.org.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Making a purchase will not increase your chance of winning. The purchases are not tax deductible. The promotion period is from September 1, 2015 1:00PM PST through September 15, 2015 11:59PM PST. Must be a legal resident of the U.S. and 18 years old to participate. • Who is in that pic. I recognize John Cena, Adam Boyes and is the huge guy Gronk?

    That’s all I got.

  • lol John Cena

  • Just bought the $5 version. Be nice to win but the support it goes to is better. Hope a lot of people support it as well… Hope it’s a good game, too. Don’t know a thing about it.

  • Cena sucks.

  • I like that this version of the PS Heroes promotion has expanded to be the purchase of a full game instead of themes. If you choose you could get Foul Play for only $2 even though it’s priced at $9.99, and have most of the money go to charity, AND be entered to win the PSX tickets. That’s like a Humble Bundle deal but even better! Very cool :-)

    • Not better than Humble Bundle, as with that there’s more games and you can choose how much goes to charity, but this is still a good promotion. :] Is the PS Vita version coming soon?

  • To be clear. We do not need to purchase this game from the Playstation Heroes App in order to participate on the contest? I am explaining this to some friends and they can’t wrap there heads around it for some reason. 2 of them are away from home and their PS4s.

  • awesome!

  • @6

First buy it directly from the webstore (and probably a ps4), then you go to the site linked above and register (username, name, email, phone number) to actually ‘register’.

  • Well, as a Canadian this kinda sucks… but do we at least have the option to purchase the game with our money going to charity still even if we’re not eligible to win the trip?

  • Since I’m seeing confusion from people elsewhere on other sites, is it correct that 90% of the purchase of this game also goes to the charities and not just the purchase of the theme?
