  • Awesome !

  • So… a bunch of stuff that’s already been free for Plus members or on sale a hundred times already. Exciting.

  • I might buy something just to support that you guys finally brought back the list of games on sale, instead of forcing us to click through to a not really intuitive listing on the website. :)

  • does the spend 100 get 15 back work with ps now sub, preorders? and is it capped at 100 or for every 100??????

    • Read the fine print. You can only get one $15 credit per account. You probably could create a second account (or more), but it’s a hassle to have purchases linked to different accounts (especially on Vita).

“Each SEN account may only accrue a total of $15 USD (CAD) in SEN Wallet credits pursuant to this promotion.”

    • They usually leave pre-orders OUTSIDE of these “offers”…so I don’t think now will be an exception.

    • There’s nothing in the fine print that suggests PS Plus subscriptions or pre-orders won’t count. In the past, they’ve actually included those exceptions to the fine print when there were exceptions. That said, I’d make sure that everything you’re buying in that $100+ purchase are things you REALLY want and would have bought regardless. I get Sony Points cashback on my PSN card purchases with SonyCard so I’ll still save some money regardless.

    • @Kharmeister : Not always. They’ve done that in the past (the fine print thing), yeah…but not always.

  • Silly Sony. The Vita doesn’t exist at E3!

  • As a current, PS+ member I am unable to buy Batman Arkham Aslyum and Tomb Raider (2013) because I got it as part of the IGC. I wish there was a way for current PS+ member be able to buy games that they got on IGC. Sony should allow us to free up the license so that I can buy the game. I want to own the game. And no, I do not want to create another PSN account.

    • Amen! I feel the same on that as well!

    • I’ll give this a +1

    • @bigsgg71 what I do is that I buy different version. For example, I brought Batman Arkham City Ultimate to get Batman Arkham City and Deadly Premonition Ultimate Edition to get Deadly Premonition. My PS+ ends in 6 months. I am going to buy Arkham Asylum and Tomb Raider then.

    • Try to get them on disc. The day Sony decides to shut down the PSN infrastructure serving the PS3, the only thing you’ll own is air…

    • @steeler192 all my digital games are downloaded to my PS3 and backup to 2 external HDD. PSN games, except for online only games, can be played offline while not logged into PSN. So, I disagree with you. Also, this is why I want to pre-purchase them to own/

  • At this point we’re supporting the vita more than you guys. What a great sale…not. Give us Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth!!!

    • Digimon Cyber Sleuth localization was the one thing I wanted to see at E3. A few days ago Bandai Namco EU twitter account tweet “wow, 64K signatures. Thanks for the support”. Like what the heck. Announce a western version already.

  • buying MGS ($74,99) + The witcher 3 Expansion pass ($24,99) get 15 cad?

    • Nope. 74.99 + 24.99 = 99.98

The only way you “could” get those $15 back is by talking to Customer Support. Otherwise…I think you’re out of luck.

  • Eh, same recycled crap over and over. Guess I’ll just buy some dlc this week or something.

  • I just noticed that the crew is listed as 34.99 on the store for ps plus. Is there a typo on this list?

  • I have to say I knew we would get a E3 sale, but this one is bad maybe one or two games I might look at. These prices that are on “sale” are already that price or lower for a physical disk, I mean Far Cry 4 is already $30 on Amazon, so you are getting a deal at all. If Sony or Microsoft wants you to buy digital they have to start looking at retail and price and than put their games on sale accordingly. I have to laugh Surgeon Simulator at 6.49 lol, bought that game for .99 if I am not mistaken.

  • Thank you for bringing back the sales chart

    • Don’t be naive…THEY DIDN’T.
They’ve ALWAYS done “special sales” this way. Just wait for the weekly post tonight and you’ll see. >_>

    • At least…I’m HOPING for the weekly post tonight…since they didn’t post anything yesterday.

Especially considering that only an idiot would believe that with the pathetic E3 Conference they had on Monday they’re now “too busy” to post the weekly thing…right?

Ah, what am I saying…? *sigh* SMH

  • Also, to anyone who grabbed Oddworld for PS4 back when it was free on PS+, you can now download the PS3 version for free as well.

  • Wonder if Flash sale this weekend?

  • Instead of focusing on the negatives, like most people, I’m going to focus on the positives. While there’s nothing in this sale I’m really interested in (Unless the DLC for Agarest War Zero also takes a price dive) at least it’s better than last week.

    “Square Enix sale!”
    OH BOY!
“But it’s Tomb Raider and other franchises we’ve bought in the past eight years, not the stuff we’re really known for, like Final Fantasy.”

Last week was the most sadness I’ve felt in a while. I really want to pick up the remainder of the FF series, and I thought that was my chance. And then Tomb Raider. So at least this sale didn’t get my hopes up so much, only to crush them by what I’m sure was a Square decision.

    • Don’t worry, they do Final Fantasy sales at least 3 or 4 times a year. I think they’re had two already this year.

  • South park says $18 on psn why is it not $11 like it says here

  • Please remove the discount sale list because I don’t like scrolling down too much. Put the links on to make it easier for everyone.

    • Wow. Have you been reading the PlayStation Blog for the past several weeks? The vast majority of the comments on the weekly PlayStation Store Update posts have been people begging Sony to bring back the sales charts. Most people find it convenient to have all the sales listed on a single page.

If you “don’t like scrolling down too much,” then don’t. If you paid attention, above the chart they actually did put a link to the sale page in the PlayStation Store. Click on the blue text that says, “full lineup of sale titles”.

However, if the blog staff paid attention, they would have noticed that the link goes to the Brazil PlayStation Store rather than the U.S. PlayStation Store. (The URL says “pt-br” instead of “en-us”.)

  • Thank you sooooooo gosh darn much for bringing back the sales list. I don’t even care that there aren’t any fancy pictures and what-not.

  • Those first two movies can’t be real, right? Also the link to the store takes me to the Spanish? store.

    • Also, great price on John Wick! I’d buy it immediately if I could play it on my Roku. I might still buy it though.

    • Those 2 movies are BUNDLES…they just thought “let’s be clever by playing with all the titles”.

    • The first two movies aren’t bundles. They’re parodies that make fun of various movies. I just saw Comedy Central show “The 41 Year Old Virgin…” the other day.

    • @skiernan : Seriously? o.O
Ok…good to know. I guess they’re digital-only movies…since It’ll be impossible to put those titles on a DVD/BD box. xD

  • Uni: “Am I not good enough or something, despite me having millions of supporters behind me, Noire?”
    Noire: “Um…’re good for…..promoting me, I guess?”
Uni: “*big sigh* That’s NOT the answer I was looking for…..”

In Hyperdimension Neptunia, Noire is PS3/PS4 and Uni is PSP/PSV. She and most Vita owners feel very, very sad right now….

  • Nothing really standing out to me but I appreciate the listing for the sales prices.

  • Both Ragnarok Odyssey Ace and Ys Memories of Celceta are $19,99 right now, is that part of sale/deal or is that the usual price? The answer might determine if I get one, both or neither since i’m trying to keep funds in my wallet for sales.

Also thanks a lot for bringing back the chart with the platforms/prices, it’s really helpful!

    • Both games got a permanent price drop to $19.99 some time ago, so you don’t have to worry about missing a deal on either of them.

  • Trashsales for vita as always the least you can do is give us a good sale after only announcing one new game for the system which isnt even a sony game at all have some pride in your own creation.

  • So if you are a PS+ subscriber you already have a bunch of these from the last year. Since you can’t buy a game you received through plus, this is a waste for longtime supporters.

One game on the list that actually interested me was Shadow of Mordor for PS3. Only problem is that the PS3 version isn’t on the store site for sale, only the PS4 version. Prices also don’t always match up between the store and this list.

Disappointing, especially after a really good keynote at e3. Yay, last guardian, finally in 2016!

    • My plus subscription ended last night and I don’t regret it one bit. I grabbed some of those sales from the Devolver sale that was happening this weekend, since I was just RENTING them.

    • @Splodem : “My plus subscription ended last night”

      …but you’re STILL a Plus member. o.O

    • I agree. And I was also interested in Shadow of Mordor only to be disappointed by the fact that it’s on ps4, not ps3. Oh well. I guess I’ll save my money for next time.

  • Sony should have just asked an Xbox fanboy to select the prices, AND game selection for the Vita sales this week. We assuredly would have got better results.

  • Um, you guys need to get the Fallout 4 preorder up on the store. The pre-order link from Bethesda’s site goes to the PSN store when you select it and there’s nothing there. I will preorder as soon as that’s available.

  • I would normally and understandably expect an E3 sale to be the best sale of the year, but this is just as terrible as most of the sales you guys offer. Even the ones that look like good deals at first glance (Dragon Age: Inquisition) are just price-matching Amazon, when they should be priced $10 lower than their retail versions.

  • Is this E3 sales the only update for the US PS Store for June 16 2015?

  • Really hate the new update page. To much surfin to find what i want and the last link i clicked was in spanish .

  • Hate to say it but this isn’t exactly the best sale.

And I’ve been waiting for a sale for the Mass Effect DLC like the one Europe had a couple of weeks ago :(

  • Nice sale,

  • Baaah $38 (without PS+) for Diablo 3 here in Canada. Ah well…

  • Thank you for bringing back the spreadsheet.

  • I usually don’t comment on the actual sales, but this one is thoroughly disappointing. Not only have these games been on sale before or listed on the IGC, these prices aren’t even competitive enough to win over an Amazon shopper. The flash sale prices one most of these games have been better than this.

    But…. one silver lining…..
Thanks for bringing back the sales chart.

  • Man, so much nay-saying in the comments! I’m actually stoked about Alien: Isolation being on saleeeeeeeeee……

Might have to pull the trigger. EEEEEE!!!

    • Not sure how you can criticize “nay-sayers” when there is only one game on this list that appeals to you, and you saying you “Might have to pull the trigger” clearly indicates that you are not satisfied with the price. People are right to be disappointed. This should be the most impressive sale of the year. Remember a few years ago, when PS+ was still new and 7 major games (Uncharted 2, inFAMOUS 2, LBP 2 etc..) were added to the IGC during E3? And this year, not only do we not get even one game added to the IGC, but we don’t get a good sale either. It’s just another, typical day.

  • Some really good sales but unfortunately I won’t be able to buy anything since I just bought The Elder Scrolls Online and now I am saving up for Fallout 4…those two games will keep me busy all winter and probably longer lol

  • Oh…boy, is it just me or old stuff that been on sale came back in same price? I see nothing on sale really except tomb raider, but afraid it might be on ps plus soon :/ Sony really blowing things up in a bad meaning. I thought ps+ members were promised to be amazed for e3 event but just nothing to say. I am sitting with “really?…Sony?” emotion on my face. I really would love to support ps4 since its best console but when I see such things I just want to get Xbox one and live happily ever after.

    • Igothuntergreens

I have an Xbox one and trust me, you would be more disappointed with their sales. PSN is always 5 or 6 steps ahead

  • Please stop offering all of the games which were given to us for being Plus members.
About 80% of these “Sale” games already show PURCHASED for me because they were already free.

80% off means nothing when they were already 100% off.

    • PS Plus IGC games don’t remain in the IGC forever. If you just bought a PS3, PS4, PS Vita or PS TV, joined Plus and missed out on any IGC games that were once offered for free, the chances of those games becoming IGC titles again are very, very slim. So sales on those games are the only way newcomers are going to save on those titles. In short, these sales are not just for you and you alone. Grow some perspective.

  • nothing is really even on is the king of this.making it look like a sale but really you just saving like 3 dollars on whatever trash thats always on sale anyways.

  • Thank you, Sony staff, for posting the sales prices. This makes things MUCH easier for us. Which means, more likely to buy. Thank you.

Regarding selling items that are on PSN+: please continue to do so. Not all of us want the service, but will do pay for the games.

And, yes, I think current PSN+ users *should* be able to access the sales if they choose to purchase the software.

  • The return of the sales table! Thank you, Sony!

  • Nothing for me here. I was hoping for some more 99 cent flash sales. We need more demos so we can try before we buy since there are no returns on digital games. Please bring The Evil Within, Alien: Isolation, Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare, Beyond: Two Souls, Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, and Portal 2 to PS Plus. Please give us a special to download all the past games that were previously on Plus for those who have missed out. These suggestions are all for the PlayStation 3.

  • I want to purchase things but don’t know if preorders or non-exclusives count torwards the $100 deal.

  • ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Shadow of mordor price for ps3 it’s wrong in the store !?!?!

  • I totally would have grabbed Tomb Raider, but I don’t like getting sequels on different platforms. Any chance that the next Tomb Raider is only a timed exclusive and will be coming to the PS4?

    • Yes. Phil Spencer, the head of Xbox, confirmed that Rise of the Tomb Raider is only a timed exclusive.

  • Thanks for bringing back the table of sale prices! Keep that up and I’ll almost certainly buy more games. I really hate fighting through the web interface to find the deals.

That said, nothing for me this week unless there’s a Flash sale over the weekend. I already own all the games I have even the slightest interest in on today’s sale.

  • Would love to see these PS1 classics hit the store:

    Saga Frontier 1 and 2
    Vandal Hearts 1 and 2
    Megaman Legends 1 and 2
    Die Hard Trilogy
    Jade Cocoon

And how about a sale on these:

    ZHP Unlosing Ranger
    Capcom Classics Reloaded
    Capcom Classics Remixed
    Valkyria Chronicles 2
    Parasite Eve
    Vanguard Bandits
    PSP Armored Core Titles

  • Forbidden Siren 2 on PSN, Sony!!! WHEN???

  • You know each week it gets easier to walk away from the ps4, Microsoft is crushing E3. I had ps plus for at least three years, maybe four, but I’m not renewing it now. I’m sorry there is just so much more that the one can do that the four can’t.

    • LOL like what? Run games at the lowest settings possible and hold every other platform back from utilizing it’s full potential because it’s company is too cheap to integrate RELEVANT technology into it’s console? Yeah, you’re right. Microshift (-f) is leading by a mile in that dept.

    • A good example is titan fall !! at first the game was Xbone exclusive months later the game was on sale for PC.

    • @YunGFLASHyy : Wow…you sure don’t know squat, huh? That…or so much F-boyism is just killing the few brain cells you have left.

      @jakekoloko001 : That’s dumb as hell. >_>
PC IS (and forever be) THE BEST GAMING PLATFORM. Ever. The PS4 is like a toaster compared to a truly Gaming Rig. So ANYTHING will be crushed under the PC über-might.

      …F-boys. SMH

    • @YunGFLASHyy : Was that really necessary man? The dude was just stating an opinion you didn’t have to be rude about it.

@ Orpheus_Aeons : Okay I know those two were being pretty ignorant but I don’t think responding with your own brand of hate and lets be fair here fanboyism (may I refer you to your toaster comparison exaggerating a bit aren’t we)

  • I might pick up Arkham Origins considering I never finished it. Might get Evolve too.
