Also, follow @HeyPlayStation for chances to win PS Vita games AND a PS Vita Borderlands 2 bundle at the end of the week.
Hope you’re excited as I am to play Oreshika: Tainted Bloodlines next week. And in case you missed it, make check out our big list of PS Vita games for the year ahead.
Nowhere near as good as the European store sale. Kinda bs imo. They got way better games on sale, twice as many on sale and the got it a week earlier than us. And I was really excited about PS Vita’s third birthday sale but now I’m just disappointed.
Perfect the one game I was interested in off this list was removed from it…
You could at least make an update saying for some reason some of the games have been taken off the list…
I am happy about his but I am also very upset. I just bought one of these games lask week? now it is more then half off? + Andrew Kelly is there anything can be done. Can i return it since it was digital and get it at discount?
Oh hell yea
Wait, is there a Vita port of Dracula X or is that just the PSP version? If it’ she latter, can you guys please properly label these things in the future, this isn’t the first time PSP games have been labeled as PS Vita games. While technically tire they can run on the Vita, it’s still incredibly misleading.
I really need a 128GB memory card for my growing library of Vita games. That being said, we also need current memory cards more widely available:
-64GB is the current largest memory card, only in Japan.
-32GB MC is supposedly the largest memory card available elsewhere.
-16GB MC is the largest memory card available in Mexico.
SCEA has some catching up to do, specially outside the USA.
Any idea if Jak and Daxter Collection is cross-buy or is that still EU-only thing?
Happy Birthday PlayStation Vita 3G. I still have not owned a better mobile device. No other mobile device offers the amazing games that PS Vita has, and no other mobile device has the propper inputs to ejoy games.
The best thing that could ever happen in the history of mobile PlayStations would be the release of a PlayStation Phone on the PS Vita OS. If I could by a 4G PlayStation Phone with full access to PSN (Remote Play, PLayStation now, PlayStation Vue, PlayStation Video, PlayStation Music, and PlayMemories) over the mobile netwrok, I would pay $10,000. A 4G PS Phone with a 1080p screen, 64GB of built in Storage + Expandable storage via PS Vita Memory Card Support, 4GB of RAM for the best multitasking, and the industry leading battery life of the Xperia Z3 would be so far and above any mobile device on the market.
Please Sony. Make this happen. Take back the mobile market from Apple, and Google. PlayStation should be the leader in home and mobile. A good gaming device can be the best at everything else, a gaming also device can never hope to do games justice, and will always be weaker at everything it does.
Now THIS is a sale! Thank you for acknowledging/recognizing the Vita on its birthday.
I already have most of the ones I’d want from this list but still a great selection.
I’m just extremely pleased/satisfied that our beloved little handheld got some love this week… huzzah Vita!
Also, like others have asked, if I splurge $100 on these titles after the update later today, will I receive the $15 credit back?
Welp rip my wallet
been waiting for a sale like this
rpg fans rejoice!
Yes sword art online!!!
why did zero escape get taken down? why announce the sale only to remove it?
Think they could have done something a little more, but I’ll accept this
From all that long (ok, not so long) what are the essentials that you would say are must have?
3 years with you babe. You guys should remember about the Vita often, not only on its birthday. And thank you, Urban Trial Freestyle at only 1.75 seems like a good deal.
#HappyBirthdayPSVITA!!
Why’d you guys pull Zero Escape. Was planning to pick hat up…
Thank you playstation !
congrats ps vita now ps3’s birthday should be next
*OLY ****! Call of Duty Vita is on Sale for the first time!
Now that’s a really good sale for my little friend.
The Destiny of Spirits instructions in the post are confusing. What is the intended meaning of “by midnight between February 24th 2015 and February 25th 2015”? Does that mean to play during the calendar day of the 24th (ie. 1201 am Tuesday through 1201 am Wednesday) or on the 25th (ie. 1159 pm Tuesday through 1159pm Wednesday)? And if someone has completed the tutorial in the past, do they have to do it again (or do they not qualify at all)?
Darn you, Sony with your amazing sales! I will get 3 games from this sales. I got too many Vitas to play as my backlogs. But this is great deal. Can’t wait until this sales starts!
ViolentPhlegm,
I guess it’s pretty clear about the timing. The tutorial must be finished before February 24th 11.59pm.
Not sure whether those who finished it a long time ago qualify. Although, logically thinking, they do.
I would buy sword art online hollow fragment but when
I go on the store its still full price
Has it actually started yet?
Suggestion: you know where the name of the games on the list are? How about having a link to the game in the PSN store? It would be helpful. ^_^
And I just recently (like, not even a month yet) got a Vita, loving it and it’s very good to see that Sony is working on it. I need MOAR GAMES, MOAR STUFF, MOAR PROMOTIONS, MOAR MOAR MOAR.
Thank you.
