  • Pretty sweet sale! I’ll have to stock up on cards today.

  • Nice sale!

A physical copy of Tales of Hearts is pretty expensive where I live (Canada) so I’ll gladly grab the digital version tomorrow. Might also grab Sword Art Online at that price…

  • Definitely buying Sword Art Online: Hallow Fragment. I’ve wanted it for the longest time.

  • Somebody at Sony apparently found out I have a 64GB card and that it’s only half full.

  • FINALLY thank you, I’m grabbing up EDF finally, and hell I’ll see about grabbing valhalla knights 3

  • I just want some of the kind buds that whoever came up with the MSRP for ‘Angry Birds : Star Wars’ was smoking.

  • I’ll just get to it, the reason sony decided to promote this “sale” is because they don’t want to give us a 64GB Vita memory card nor do they want to reduce the current over-expensive and shameful 32GB price.
And, besides, OG Vita owners, this is for you: You’ve spent your hard-earned money to get the 1st Gen. PS Vita with GPS and 4G – sony is taking away the reason to use a GPS by removing “some” near features and Maps app for the Vita, not to mention Youtube will also be gone. As always, the only one to be punished for supporting the Vita are the very Vita Gamers who’ve bought and support the device.
If you’re happy with this sale, good for you. The real present would be an announcement from sony mentioning new alliances with AAA games Devs to support the device, so we could make sure we’ll continue to celebrate in 2016, before the platform dies out of the lack of decent games.
At least sony didn’t use the Vita’s 3rd year as an “opportunity” to promote ps now and remote play. I bought my Vita to play VITA GAMES, not the console ones.

  • YEAH!!!
Finally,i will have Project Diva F Series!
Thank You SONY! and Happy Birthday Vita

  • Wow, be draining my wallet again. Picking up Jak and Daxter Collection and Tales of Hearts R.

Great the Atelier Series is on sale, got the originals and plus versions already.

  • Great Sony! Vita keeps getting 2 year old stuff while 3DS gets the good, quality stuff. What would it be for vita if indies didnt exist huh… Vitas been doing so bad tht gamers feel grateful from price cuts on old stuff. to what we have come huh… Thts how much Sony cares bout launching new, quality games that actually use vitas potencial. blehhh

  • How to fix the Vita
    1. Make reasonable vita memory stick pricing or remake vita with an SD slot, so simple.
    2. Provide better app support on the vita, maybe make a appstore or something compatible like Google play store, vita should have just as much apps as ps4 or ps3 even.
    3. Provide better 3rd party support or start making dedicated games for it. (Soul sacrifice was good and also freedom wars and gravity rush.. etc.)
    4. Provide custom themes.. Also us to make our own themes.
    5. Provide both digital/physical copy games, at least give your customers a chose.
    6. Stop pretending that the Vita doesn’t exist, even if you’re not making games for it.

    7. Add Content Manager support (along with a slew of Vita-supported media and file types) to PS4.

    8. Let us pre-order and pre-load Vita games from PSN like Japan can, and like how we can on PS3 and 4.

    9. Bring the 64GB card over here and make it actually affordable.

    10. Stop putting so much effort into minor stability fixes*.

    11. No more of this “whitelist” **** when transferring Classic games to the Vita.

    12. Fix the PS TV.

  • You know what would be a cooler birthday present for vita? All those epic Japanese gundam games like build fighter or ace to get ported over

  • Sorry I meant breaker and seed

  • What a nice sale =) what about a DLC sale? ^_^

  • Great, more lame JRPG games. Wish Sony would support the Vita and release AAA games.

  • Happy Birthday, Vita! I just bought Danganronpa 2 from the recent sale but now I plan on picking up Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment and Muramasa Rebirth as well.

  • Happy birthday you under-appreciated bastard. I’ve stuck with you for 2 years, no regrets. Can’t wait for Shovel Knight, Axiom Verge, Severed, and Hotline Miami 2!

  • Is sword art online compatiple for ps tv?

  • dang should have waited more and could have saved alot of cash for mushic for project diva F 2nd Y_Y

    now im regreting it huhuhuhuh

  • Gonna get all the Atelier titles tomorrow! Yay! (now to clear some space in my expensive ass 32gb card)

  • thank you Sony :D <3

  • pls refund atleast $6 for 2 more songs on project diva F 2nd Y_Y want “Ai Kotoba” badly

  • All HAIL THE VITA!! Love mine, best handheld ever.

  • What about multiple accounts os PS Vita? THAT would be a great gift, better late than never :)

  • YES! My favourite console is having a birthday sale, awesome! I’ve been wanting to get the Jak and Daxter Collection, and now there’s no way I can say no to that price! Thank you so much PlayStation, for all the gaming fun. :)

  • Nice sale! Looks like it is time to pick up SAO and EDF.

  • Is the Jak and Daxter Collection still being patched?

  • Will there be any big Western AAA games this year?

  • I’m glad that there’s a sale for the Vita going on, but I’m upset to find out that I purchased Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward last night for $12.50 only to find out that it will be going on sale even cheaper before I’ll even have a chance to play the game. I feel like I was deceived by thinking that it was only going to be on sale until tomorrow.

  • With games like Tales and Valhalla on sale, I really wish the new Ys game was on this list with them. Good sale though. There’s literally hours upon hours of gameplay available here. My other wish (to the list) is that they would have an asterisk(*) next to games that are PSTV compatible. I can google it, obviously, but it would have been a nice bit of information to the list.

  • probably gonan get COD: BOD anyone else gonna get it and play onlline?

  • OMG! This is an awesome PSVita sale, one I have been waiting for! My wallet will weep. I love my Vita so glad. Gunna need more space though. Wish you guys would release the 64gb memory card in America for a decent price. Finally I can get SAO on sale! All hail the PS VITA!!!!!!!!!!

  • +jeniPR yes, SAO:HF is PSTV compatible. Been playing it on mine for a bit. As is Freedom Wars if anyone was wondering.

  • No Tearaway? No Freedom Wars? Pathetic

  • Just my luck to buy one of these last week for $29.99 and now its on sale -_-

  • SONY IF YOUR READING THIS YOU OFFICIALLY RESPECT US AND U JUST MADE PLAYSTATION GAMING NATION HAPPY THANK YOU LETS CONTINUE THIS EVERYONE GIVE IT UP FOR SONY YEAAAHHHHH

  • Gonna get New Little Kings Story and Ring Run Circus on friday when I get paid.

  • Where did Muramasa Rebirth go? It’s no longer listed above!

  • After that bs with Oreshika, you guys seriously have the gall to say “Happy Birthday”?! WOW!

  • What happened to VLR and Muramasa? Guess I’ll just pass on this sale

  • It seems like when you leave a comment praising Sony or this sale, then you get a response, but when you ask a legitimate question no one answers. Wow!! Just……..Wow!!!

  • Muramasa???

  • This is an amazing sale, now if you just keep these sales up……

  • This is not the best of sales. The games on sale do not represent PS Vita. I do like the sale on Castlevania bundle, but that is a PSP game. I may just buy Ratchet & Clank Full Frontal Assault to celebrate Vita Birthday.

  • Wow, I don’t think I’ve ever seen NG Sigma 2+ on sale here before…I know it got mediocre reviews but I may have to pick that up anyway.

  • Wow surprised to find out that many who posted on here work for the psn csr network. Only a few people not related to the company posted. Amazing what technology can help you find out.

I agree with the some on the non related psn comments about what sony is up to. People who paid for a PS VITA were deceived at one point thinking it can play ps3 games using remote play without any issue boy was that a lie!
Now facts showing that certain apps are being pulled off for use on the PS VITA is another example of a failed product.
The PLAYSTATION TV an actual port of a PS VITA with a few component upgrades that were left out from the PS VITA intentionally now suffers from black and white listing with current firmware releases and future ones. Why on earth would this be a birthday to celebrate for PS VITA owners with all this going on?
At least with the current games available sony should release the firmware overclocking the Playstation TV or PS VITA so games that originally had 0 lag or framerate issues play with no problem because those patches are a waste of time.
Wish you a better Birthday next your PS VITA!

  • OMG thank you for this Sony now if you could advertise the Vita more I t would get more sales. This is the best handheld out there I hope it has a lifespam longer than that of the PSP which I still play and love

  • Guess I should’ve waited to buy SAO HF XD

  • I just bought a Vita yesterday, so this is great news to get me started!

  • Where did Muramasa and Zero Escape go?
