A new nightmare in the iconic horror series is about to begin. The episodic experience Resident Evil: Revelations 2 arrives this week on PS4 and PS3, unleashing four weeks of chilling stories. Ready your nightlights.
The first episode of Resident Evil: Revelations 2, titled Penal Colony, launches this week. Claire Redfield, one of the few survivors of the Raccoon City incident in 1998, has since joined a non-government organization named Terra Save, which works to help victims of biological weapons. But during an event at Terra Save’s headquarters, Claire and her co-workers are kidnapped by an unknown force and moved to a deserted island. A really scary one.
Prepare for the staple chills, gore, and intrigue that come with the Resident Evil series as Claire and Moira Burton struggle to survive in this new chapter of evil.
If that sounds a bit too scary, fear not: there are plenty more games coming to PlayStation this week, including the highly entertaining (and hilarious) Starwhal, which pits friends together in epic narwhal battles. In space. Oh yes, it’s all too real.

Yeah, I can’t download it either, and I pre-ordered it 2 weeks ago. It keeps telling me to check the PlayStation Store for it, and takes me to the store page for it, in an endless loop. This is VERY frustrating.
I didn’t pre order DragonBall Xenoverse and I just bought it now and currently now downloading it. Will I still be able to get the pre order bonus SS4 Vegeta and the armor?

it’s false advertising, I preordered for the purpose of playing it preloaded and I can’t even download the crap let alone play the F’ing game at all.
I want to start a class action lawsuit against Sony, I can’t restore licenses, just get an error, I can’t download a game I preordered to insure playing it day one. I at least want a refund for this nonsense.

Sony, you’re really turning into a joke. What is the point of pre-ordering digital content for the extras and the ability to play at midnight if the game doesn’t download and can’t be downloaded because it keeps giving us errors? (Resident evil Revelations 2) What’s going on? When can we expect to play this? When the store updates at 5PM EST? What would be the point of me having pre-ordered the game then?
I hate to throw fuel to the fire, but Xevious 3D/G+ will not download either. It says the file is 224KB, and then give the Error Code 80010006 code. I guess the update is coming sometime this evening. As long as it is fixed I am cool with it as I have to work, but I know there is a lot of people that don’t and want to play now. I am not liking the fact that Sony did slip on the Pre-Order, Pre-Download for play at 12:01am bit, that was a slip for this weeks games and should learn from this slip up and make sure it doesn’t happen again. Calm Down Everybody and Play Something Else for a few hours!

Just curious why the PS3 PS1 emulation doesn’t support button remappings? I suspect you’d sell a few more digital PS1 games that way. Also, what a treat to read the manual and get all the Xevious lore! My used PS1 disc bought 10 years ago didn’t come with a manual and I had no idea what I was missing…
