A few highlights that didn’t quite make the top ten this week: Sid went hands-on with Evolve’s terrifyingly graceful new monster, the Wraith, Square Enix revealed a lust-worthy Collector’s Edition for Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, Supergiant and Roll7 (two of my favorite studios!) stopped by to wish everyone a happy holiday, and Road Not Taken got a new update that a) you can download for free and b) adds a bunch of new stuff.

I’m back on the Destiny grind since The Dark Below came out — see you in the Iron Banner? I also finally got around to checking out the first episode of Tales From the Borderlands. I already regret one of the decisions I made, but I will not go back and replay it. I will stand by my choices! I’m this close to logging back into Final Fantasy XIV after all the Heavensward announcements they just made at Tokyo Fan Fest (three new jobs, Alexander raid dungeon, new playable race), but once I do I fear I may not be able to log out. Maybe I’ll try the new Destiny raid one more time…
