Make sure you grab the right box that has the redeem codes inside. If you grab the wrong one Sony will not help you. Just chatted with support and they want me to return it to target. They can’t look up my serial number and give me a stinking redeem code and send it to my email? Sony sucks.
I entered the code and selected far cry 4 and when I went to my email to get the second voucher it says I selected destiny. Sony support told me there was nothing they could do. I didn’t even use the second one and they can’t do anything. It totally sucks.

anyone else who recently got the four games bundle having problems with the redeeming code mine says invalid and i entered it like 15x. Any feedback?
I just had the same issue with my 4 game voucher. It wouldn’t let me redeem it saying it was invalid.
I bought the PS4 bundle brand new and now when I go to redeem my “Pick One Game” code, it is saying it’s not valid. Sony this is very frustrating and concerning, especially after I just bought my PS+ subscription to then deal with the network being down the entire day. I thought these issues would be fixed after now charging customers to use online gaming? Please advise.
I can’t get my digital download either. Where do you go to enter the code? Everywhere I try it says invalid. Doesn’t help that the instructions coming with the code starts at step 2, not 1.
Wtf man I went to redeem NBA 2K15 and the code they gave me said “Undefined” wtf kind of code is that, its not even working we spend $400+ on this bundle only to be games less this is comical lol!

I bought this bundled, entered the code selected farcry4. checked my email cause it redirected me to do so. waited nothing. refreshed = nothing. checked junk and spam mail = nothing. Its now been over 12 hours, checked my email = nothing. Do i feel like im getting juked. of-course . so Contacted Sony about this issue, waiting to hear from them. For those that are having this similar problem you are not alone my friends.

Sony, Sony, Sony… Let me redeem my free game code. You see, I want Destiny. I thought getting this bundle would be good. But, your “under maintanence”. Even though PSN has been up for a god 20 hours or so, YOU DON’T FIX YOUR WEBSITE. Your bull leaves me pissed off and everyday I had to wait to redeem my code I got more pissed. I’ve been waiting and waiting and waiting. Guess what, I was able to sign in to the PlayStation.com today, but I COULDN’T REDEEM MY CODE. Is this false advertisment? People who got to the select part, say their code didn’t work. I swear to god Sony, Update the website to let me redeem my code, or I will destroy my PS4. Maybe I’ll smash it, run it over with my car? Or I’ll trade it into gamestop for 5 dollars. After all, why would they give more than 5 dollars for a bull crap product that lies to paying customers. Idk, Xbox would let me redeem my code.

This is super frustrating. Bought a PS4 and was finally able to make it though the onslaught of errors and redeem my Farcry 4 key. Now it’s in my library on my PS4 and under recent purchases on my store account, yet when I try to download it it takes me to the store to buy it for $60 then gives me an error. Not amused at all.
Same problem code doesn’t work…and this is after 3 days of trying to log onto freaking psn!….playstation really needs to be passing out some free games and subscriptions for this crap!

Playstation I bought the bundle downloaded my free game (2k15) and it won’t take me past the home screen it keeps saying x to play and when I click x if forces me to play a exibition game between the spurs and heat and it won’t allow me to access any of the other features of the game when I click main menu it takes me back to the 2k15 cover and says click x to play I can’t go into my player mode I can’t pick different teams I can’t do anything else please help me I thought this game was free it’s now saying I have to pay $10 or $20 to download some sort of update to access only two of those features of the game I’m confused please help me :(

Its a complete scam. They make it so that you eventually get do fed up with their ridiculous web layout and server issues that you just go buy the game. If your dumb enough to call tech support to talk to one of the folks who havnt been trained to do their job yet, you’ll most likely find that the lines are down due to technical difficulties (like the rest of their inane system. I personally returned it, and the four I bought as gifts and purchased xbones.

This is ridiculous how long it’s taking to download these games on the ps4 you guys at playstation have to install some update or create some device that will increase the download speed on the ps4 I downloaded 2k15 like 5 days ago I checked the progress yesterday it was at 11gb so I deleted it in the library and redownloaded it and it’s st 3.24 gb’s right now I’m going to try restoring licences because that’s the last option youtube has to offer me to fix this issue this is really frustrating you guys at Sony have to fix the network so downloading doesn’t take do long and so online play also improves because I bought advanced warfare and I’m struggling to play online I can only play local so please fix the network their aren’t really any great new games except maybe uncharted 4 to look forward to right now so use the time to figure out a way to fix the network so it can’t get hacked and process downloads faster please everything else is great but I don’t feel like I’m getting the full playstation experience right now I know you guys were recently hacked but that’s no excuse for promising people free games that people can’t even play because they won’t finish downloading at this rate I won’t be able to enjoy 2k15
Finally got Destiny to download, excited to FINALLY get to play my PS4. Got my drink, gamer chair and started to play…passed the firts level, got used to the game, pick up new weapons, armor and ready for the next level! Only to find out, if I wanna continue to play I must BUY the $19.99 next level….what kind of bogus nonsense is this! Very disappointed PlayStation..VERY disappointed :(
My code does not work, every time I have tried to call in it is a 50 minute wait. Also tried online help/ chat, got disconnected 3 times. This is ridiculous, have been trying for 4 days to get this set up for my son as it was his christmas gift, grrr. I do not have hours to deal with this, furthermore, having problem with our nintendo system, got through to them in less than 3 minutes, they sent me free mailing label and are fixing for free and it is 4 years old, WAY better service!!!!!!!!!!
