Hi everybody – We are just days away from the launch of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and I wanted to let you know that the PS4 game is now available for pre-load in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America for those of you who pre-ordered the game digitally through PlayStation Store. For PS3 digital pre-order customers, you’ll be able to start pre-load at 10:30am PDT, Saturday, November 1st. You’ll be the first to the fight when Day Zero begins starting 12:00am ET on November 3rd. Just in time for a full day of Double XP! Here are your options for pre-loading Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare:
- Take no action; Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will begin automatically downloading, provided that “auto-download” has been enabled on your PS4 or PS3. Over the next few days, your system will check for updates and the game will begin downloading by Sunday, in time for the release on Monday.
- If you can’t wait until then, you can enable the download manually. In PlayStation Store, navigate to the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare game page and click the “download” button. If you haven’t yet preordered, you can preorder and then begin downloading.
In addition to the pre-load feature for digital pre-order customers, don’t forget that this game also supports cross-buy so you’ll get both the PS3 and PS4 version of the game. Happy gaming!

Make this Procedure to download the game if you bought the ps3 versión I figure out how to download it
1. Go to the PSN Store via WEB (Link) with the account you bought the game
2. Search for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare
3. Add to you cart every item you see free including again the version you bought
4. Confirm the order
5. Go to Download List on the Web Store
6. Check if you see the PS4 Version
maybe this function the other way
it all depends on what console game you bought. If for instance, you bought the ps4 version then you’ll receive that version on for zero day. Then your receive ps3 version tomorrow on the 4th. And vice versa.
When I enter the code from the day zero edition, it shows two add-ons to download but only let’s me download one. Anybody know why?
This is becoming extremely irritating! This game still isn’t downloading without charging 59 dollars again to my wallet.

Cross-Buy/Digital Upgrade Issues
If you do not see the PS3 or PS4 version in the PSN store, do the following:
For PS3 version:
Go to the PS3 PSN store.
Search for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare in the store.
The price will show “Free” or “Download”.
Click the”Free” or “Download” and you should be taken to the “Download List”.
Now go to the PS4 and the item is ready for download in the PSN Store.
For PS4 version:
Restore PS4 licences. [Settings] > [PSN] > [Restore License].
Go to the PS3 PSN store and you can now download the item.
Have been trying to figure out how to get the PS3 version all day yesterday.
I pre-ordered the PS4 version and want to download the PS3 version. The PS3 version continues to show the $69.99 CAD price.
The solution was to re-buy the PS4 version (don’t worry- it says the price is free). Add it to your cart (at $0.00), proceed to checkout and make the purchase. As soon as you do that, it will show in your download list for both PS3 and PS4 and can be downloaded to the PS3.
Overall, all good- but wish they documented that you have to re-complete the purchase.

I got COD:advanced warfare day zero on digital version for the PS4, I download the 42.40GB and the PS4 got it install, but when I start the game and choose a mission a notice box appears telling me installing content. Please wait. It starts a 10:32::43 remaining and starts counting downing sometime it starts at 03:25:53 remaining but it gets to a point were it gets stuck or keeps returning to a higher number of time , I already erased 3 times the hole game but I get the same thing, what can I do?
I got the BF4 digital version and never had thse problem.
Its still asking me to purchase the ps4 version for £55 on the ps store web version. I havnt got a ps4 yet and i never logged in to a ps4 with my account. Is that why it still shows up as that?
