Nothing for me this week. Though I’m tempted to pick up TMNT: Out of the Shadows for $10 even though I’m sure it’s not great; I just am really pumped for Turtles now that the movie hype is in full swing and all the trailers & ads are looking great! But I’ll hold off since I’m still playing things I own, some from recent PSN sales (Wild ARMS 2, Dino Crisis 2, Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysey, Malicious).
I hope Oddworld: New n’ Tasty does well though. That series really needs to be revitalized, and this new HD remake looks fantastic. Man, I miss Oddworld Inhabitants’ cutscenes and art. Heck, I miss games where “talking” can be a gameplay mechanic in this world of ours where it’s mostly “shoot or stab everything that isn’t you”. Hope it does well!

want to ask, i’m planning to buy a vita system, and i am interested with the ps+ offer, what i want to ask is :
1) in every months there will be a new instant game ? for vita ?
2) if my subscription of the ps+ expires can i still play my instant game ? or the instant game can only be used when i’m still subscribed in the ps+ ?
3) if i buy a ps+ and buy a discount game in this case let’s say i buy the Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate, at 4,20 $, then when my ps+ subscription is over (i planned to buy the 3 months) are the game still playable ? or is it only when i’m still subscribed at ps+ ?

BTW, they could just put “N/A” (meaning no additional Plus discount) in boxes where that was appropriate. So it would work just fine and be a lot less cluttered.
@kamille_B1dan: Under the current system, there will be 2 games added to the IGC for the PS4, PS3, & Vita on the first Tuesday of each month. The ones from the previous month will be removed at that time, so add the ones you want early to avoid missing out. BTW, the games will be playable even after they’re removed *IF* you added them to your download list while they were in the IGC.
Anything purchased is yours to keep even if your Plus subscription ends. The “free” games you get from the IGC are yours only as long as you have Plus.
Now, buying DLC for IGC games is fine. The DLC is yours forever since you bought it. BUT…the game goes away once you don’t have Plus, and then you can’t play the DLC since there’s no game (unless you purchase the game, of course).
I probably could have worded that better, but hopefully it clears things up for you.
@kamille_B1dan The vita is awesome get it. If you have plus you get 2 vita games a month. You do not need to download them, you just need to make sure you go through the steps of “purchasing” them for free on either the web store or on the vita itself.
EVERYTHING you BUY with PS plus will be yours to keep forever. Like Batman Arkham Origins Blackgate for the vita at 4.20 will be yours forever. However all PS plus instant games such as this months Muramasa (amazing) and Doki doki will be unplayable when your membership expires. You will however be able to play them again when and if you re-subscribe in the future.

Regarding these sales…they’re very nice, actually. Very tempted to get Arkham Origins PS3 and LEGO Marvel Super Heroes PS3 at $8.40 apiece. But I probably won’t. Got too many games already. I see LEGO Batman 2 is $4.20 this week. I bought that for $7.50 during a sale quite some time back, and I still haven’t touched it. XD
So it’s not that I care about having spent the extra $3 and change. There may never be a better sale on these. I’m just betting there will be at some point.
Might pick up Backgammon Blitz ($2) and/or Sound Shapes ($8). Need to try the demos this week.
Have to admit, those Superhero game prices are pretty solid. I wept a little inside to see titles I picked up 2-3 months ago during a previous sale, now being on sale for 30% of what I paid at that time.
$10 for Lego Marvel on PS4 is great considering I paid $30 in April, same for Injustice Vita, I paid $18 now it’s $4. Don’t even want to think about Arkham Origins and Arkham Blackgate, bought those day one (~$100), can get both now for under $13!
Great sale for those who don’t already have these. Hard to look at for those who do.
My only complaint would be about Sony putting the same items on sale for increasingly lower prices every couple of months. It’s somewhat disheartening to see a game you bought on sale in May offered for a fraction of what you paid only a couple of months later. Understanding that prices drop, but that’s a pretty significant drop in a very short period of time.

I was happy to pick up the Injustice Ultimate Edition for $8.40. I looked at Lego Marvel and Batman Origins, but Injustice was the only one I feel like I would have regretting not getting during this sale. I’m a sucker for getting “Ultimate Editions” at a great price.

I’m a jerk because I’m not afraid to speak my mind? Do you know my situation? How is it being a jerk saying how hard it was for me to find unexpected cash for a game on the spot? Not everyone has EXPENDABLE cash every week. My point is, I didn’t have to do anything and wait till next week if they weren’t ignoring and giving no info on Ratchet Trilogy.

Criticism is what companies need when they do that. I’m not even usually annoyed by a 1 week delay, the problem is,
– Last second Reveal and ignoring all questions towards the game
– Not releasing a Physical copy in NA, but in EU they have and they had the game announced unlike us
– Not taking any form of time to explain if it has cross-buy (I doubt it if they’re ignoring the questions)
Point is, if they were being straight about the game in the first place I wouldn’t be bothered.

Being a big fan of teh Injustice game for the 360 I bought yesterday the Ultimate Edition for the PS4.
The color look really washed out…Am i missing an update?
Some of these prices are great. My only concern is to see them for free a month down the line.

Macabro: I really doubt that Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe will ever be a free Plus game unless they can patch online back in somehow, what was programmed into it went down forever with the loss of GameSpy several weeks ago. From what they`ve said, it`s too hard to do and will never happen. At $4.20 it’s a fun and worthwhile game but without online there is no draw to put it as another fighting game on Plus.
Lego Marvel, maybe, but most all of the Lego freebies have been in Europe and not on this side of the pond.
Thanks for the Injustice sale on PS Vita, except for the fact you charged my account with the non PS+ $14 price tag. Now I’m probably going to miss the sale by the time my refund goes through.

I am under the impression that the sale is supposed to be on, so why am I not seeing any of the discounts on the games. I am logged in and a PS+ member yet games like Lego Marvel is still at full price.
I must having bout Injustice for the Vita version, it really is worth the price it is at now. Graphics were terrible.
