Finally, near and dear to my heart is the Final Fantasy X | X-2 Art Gallery Exhibition, running now through March 26th at the Gallery Nucleus here in Southern California. If you’re not local to the area, all of the art from the show is currently on auction. These prints are all one of one, and come with a certificate of authenticity signed by Producer Yoshinori Kitase. They will never be reproduced, and a few pieces are even original art by the development staff, including Art Director Yusuke Naora and Character Designer Tetsuya Nomura. All the proceeds from this art will be donated to the Typhoon Haiyan relief effort, so please consider bidding. We’ll ship anywhere in the world.
I’ll end this blog on a personal note to say that it’s been a blast working on Final Fantasy X, a game that I sunk more than 200 happy hours into and never regretted one of them. Not even when a friend saved over my game and I had to start over.

Confirmed I just purchased it from the store as well.

@Charly_Corr remember, the originals were on large discs, and then they have the international content, AND upgraded graphics AND music. Is it any surprise there’s a huge data usage?

I have 30 gigs free space and I’m getting an error message telling me I’ll need to free up 19 more gigs to buy this 23 gig game…

Why is it too much Charly are you out of space on your ps3?
@Donnywho You need double the free space. It downloads the game files first, and then extracts them. It’s always been like this, but it’s a pain with big releases.
Oh Ok, I see, I need double the space to get the game and then after it’s downloaded the extra space will be freed up again. Makes sense that I never had this problem before considering most games are about 4-11 gigs
No I had this problem twice before with GTA5 and Deadly premonition Directors cut. I’m just an idiot.
Is anybody else having trouble with the phys copy vita codes for X-2? Me and a lotta other people on gamefaqs are having an issue with our codes saying that they are invalid.
Could it be because the store isnt fully updated yet? Do any of the moderators here know anything I can do to fix this problem? Ive been waiting all day worrying about this not working, and its starting to get really frustrating :/
Hey I am having trouble using the redemption code for X-2 on the Playstation Vita. It says i’m not putting the code in correctly but I am. I’m assuming its because it hasn’t been released yet?
Mine is saying invalid as well. Going to try later this evening to see if it gets fixed

I really hope we get some final fantasy x/x2 hd avatars and themes soon.
If they continue to not work contact Sony or square enix customer service and let them know about the problems with the x2 voucher codes.
I played FFX non-stop for 4 hours on my Vita. Then I was like ok, I have to finish FFX-2s download now. I’m just twiddling my thumbs 1700/3394.
The PS3 version is up now. Thank you Square Enix and Sony. I’m still not happy that I have to get X-2. Yack on that game.
I’m not surprised it’s in the 20GB range. It is two games that are heavily remastered with added content.
Bit of a problem here, Sony people. Picked this up today for my vita, and the download code for X-2 refuses to work. Store keeps telling me the voucher is invalid. Any idea what’s up?
I am having the same problem with the voucher code. I know its the PSN because I purchased two copies…one from GameStop and another from Best Buy…same issue…same error code
@344 it could be cause it just updated but if it keeps happening call sony or square enix customer service and explain to them the problem you are having.
Of the people who were trying to download X-2 and couldn’t, have the code issues been resolved yet? Does anyone have a fix?
Is anyone else having issues with their redemption code when you got the game card? I think this may be a PSN issue, but who knows. This is for the Vita version by the way. I’m going to try the patience game and wait till tomorrow before trying again. But at least I got VII through X on my Vita now! I could really care less about X-2, but that’s not the point. Fortunate for Sony that I have the most problems accessing and downloading content via X-Box Live, with almost everything there. This is the first problem I’ve had in years with the PSN.
I just got off the phone with Sony PSN support and the guy told me he couldn’t do anything since it’s a 3rd party game and that I need to cal Square Enix support and I’m sure they’re closed already.
Polyhedron, if you call Square and get an answer, you’d be my hero.
