Pre-order Call of Duty: Ghosts on PS3
It’s T-minus six days from the launch of Call of Duty: Ghosts on PS3 November 5th, and we wanted to share a few cool things we’ve been working on as we’re gearing up for the big launch.
Pre-order Call of Duty: Ghosts on PlayStation Store and you’ll be able to start downloading the game any time after 3:00 PM PT on Sunday, November 3rd so you can begin playing as soon as 12:01 AM PST on November 5th. This feature will be available for both the standard game and the Digital Hardened Edition.
Then, after you’ve picked up your game, take advantage of the Double XP event during launch weekend from Friday, November 8th (10:00 AM PT) to Monday, November 11th (10:00 AM PT). You’ll earn twice as much XP on all of your multiplayer accomplishments.
Also, for those of you planning on picking up a PS4, don’t forget you’ll be able to upgrade your PS3 version to the PS4 version for $9.99 — get the full details on that program here.

I put that in but it destroyed my download speed it went from 18.7mbps to 2.8mbps and it didn’t work
@247 you can mask your dns from network settings you change it to manual

No you can customize it and have your ip at automatic too.

@APCEOFBREAD, changing the DNS isn’t going to help you it will only hinder you. DNS = Domain Name Server, it turns http://www.google.com into an ip address. If you change it from what your ISP uses, then you will have to use IP’s for everything.

@255 – This is a pre-load, not an early release. This just makes it so when the game launches on the 5th you can start playing right away.
Ive finished downloading and installed but just a message saying wait to release date this is just a preload 12.01am on the 5th its activated

Sooo…how do we download this? I pre-ordered last night, but the only thing I can download is a 11.7 mb dynamic theme.

279 go to work and 275 the offer for thee upgrade was until 10/31 so not sure on the hardened but it is still there to purchase just like the upgrade is still don’t know why but that’s Sony! They also said pre download on 111/3 too and look what happened

When they finally do fix this issue, where will I see the early download link in the store? Is it just a matter of going back to the game pre-order and re-downloading it (hopefully we get more than the 12MB No Man’s Land Dynamic Theme then)?

@288 its 6:30 because of daylight savings it would have been 7:30 without it.
As i said few pages back for those who missed it ghosts will be ready to play 12.01am on the 5th this is not time zone based so gmt 12.01am. Pt 12.01am. Ct 12.01am. Etc even if you are gmt +5 12.01am

AoH-PUNTANG how do you know? Sony said otherwise, exactly the opposite. The game will be playable at 12:00 AM PST, meaning 5AM here in Argentina.
