  • Another hrorrible week for ps plus. Europe is so much better.

  • Wow, Ni No Kuni for $19.99! I’ve been wanting to pick Ni No Kuni since it released but I haven’t found the right time to go get it with all the games that keep coming out. I guess this is the perfect time to get it.

  • so… i pre-ordered GTAV, where’s the 75% discount on the other R* games? they’re all listed at full price.

  • Why am I only getting a demo of Urban Trial Freestyle on the PSV when I bought the game?????????

  • Good update, looking forward to playing Liberty City Stories on the (original!) gorgeous Vita screen, it will tide me over until I can pick up GTAV. And for those on the fence: Ni No Kuni is probably the best PS3 exclusive game this generation. At 20 bucks this game is a must buy for anyone, but especially anyone that likes a deep engaging RPG, Studio Ghibli movies like Howls Moving Castle and Ponyo, or a generous bit of Pokemon style creature collecting thrown in the mix. Potentially over 100 hours of gameay, it was one of the few games this ge duration I’d say was 100% worth full retail price, at 20 you can’t miss this. Hoping for a sequel on PS4

@10 “same here. no interest in GTA 5, especially after reading reviews. It seems like they have taken my less favorite aspect of side content in GTA 4 and shoved it into the actual main campaign of 5.”

LOL, I LOVE IT. This tool has no interest in what’s possibly the best game of the year. Haha, I’m loving every second of this.

Hey tool, I hope more types of these games fill the PS+ collection.

Its a good day today when this guy doesn’t like games like this.

Go play your dumb kiddie Japanese RPG’s.

  • PS+ EU PS Vita
July = Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus + Unit 13
August = When Vikings Attack! + Lego Lord of the Rings
September = Jak&D Trilogy + Urban Freestyle + Little king + Stealth Inc
October = Street Fighter X Tekken + Touch My Katamari

    PS+ US
    July = Dokuro + PSP
    August = Machinarium + PSP
    September = Rayman + PSP
October = let me guess, Indie + PSP right?

  • @6 no that distinction goes to The Last of Us, better than GTA in every way

  • Hey good night, I have a little problem, I bought GTA 5 in 75.49 dollars and I think that the correct price is 59.99 dollars, how can I get my money back?

  • @109 Have you even tried GTA 5 yet? It’s so cinematic and the voice acting is just as good as TLOU with alot more variety in the gameplay. I tried the TLOU. The intro was amazing, but I got bored quickly after that. I only played it for about 3 hours though. Maybe it gets better, but the first 2 hours was nothing but cutscenes and sneaking around. Glad you liked it though.

  • Is $20 a permanent price drop or a temporary sale price for Ni No Kuni?

  • Is anyone else having problems signing in on the psn? I can’t an I really want to download gta5

  • Hello, im from Mexico and i was checking my local playstation store to purchase GTA V but the price is insane… $75.49… its an error? i hope so.

    This is the proof:

    https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/#!/es-mx/juegos/grand-theft-auto-v/cid=UP1004-NPUB31154_00-GTAVDIGITALDOWNL

  • I thought that the expansion for M14 DotP was going to release this week. I must have been mistaken and it releases next week?

  • Not bad of a update for this week Waiting for the last map pack for COD BO 2 can’t wait for that last zombies pack. Also #2 love your Asuka icon :-).

  • Awesome price drop on Ni No Kuni, though I bought the physical version last week for the same price. Also, ICO is a great addition to the IGC even though I already own it on disc. Everyone who has never played it should definitely try it out…it’s fantastic.

  • @ioshi_US As long as that PSP game isn’t another fighter, then I’ll be ok with it. Not sure about you though. Gods Eater Burst and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories were great choices to me. Although I kinda do want to see the Vita version of Street Fighter X Tekken for NA PS+ since EU gets it and that I have no plans to buy that game. But then again, people said no more fighters so I can’t force them to change their minds.

@jadomino It’s permanent. If it was on the bottom of “Sales”, then the price would have been temporary.

And I just noticed that RidleysBox’s avatar is Asuka from Neon Genesis Evangelion. I didn’t know Sony sells those kind of avatars.

  • Believe me, there may be a riot(on the message boards, lolz) if there is another fighting game added onto the Vita IGC. It sorta reached a point of saturation a few months back.

Some of the selections have been interesting the past few months over here. We had Ninja Gaiden before that, Machinarium(albet split over two months) and the occasional just released title from three months earlier.

Personally I want Y’s to be on the IGC, any of em.
What with the new game being released this fall I can’t see not trying it.
Although I might get a laugh if they decide to double up and go “seasonal” the last two weeks of Octobers plus.
Give everyone costume quest(great game btw), maybe Dead Space 3 to shut em up for a day.

Final note: Ni No Kuni is worth it for $40 on disk(the current retail price). Paying $20(and the download size) is well worth it for this magical experience. Just don’t let the player AI’s let you down, they are really stupid at times.

  • I literally just bought the Ico and Shadow of the colossus HD collection on disc. Oh well, at least I’ll get GTA free.

  • If Ni No Kuni ends up in the IGC (it was on the European PSN I think a few months ago, not quite sure) in the next 2 months, I am never subbing to PSN+ again or buying anything digitally.

Same goes for Kane & Lynch.
Sleeping Dogs discount is okay, after its been on the IGC, but please, don’t pull a Rayman on your fans.

  • oyunları zevkle oynuyoruz.ps1 den bu yana çok değişti.hıza vaillantservisi-tr.com olarak biz bile yetişemiyoruz.

  • Ni no Kuni for $20? Anyone that doesn’t buy it now needs slapped.

  • Ni No Kuni for $19.99 is a sweet deal!!!!

  • when is rayman origins for vita gonna be on ps plus??

  • I was disappointed the new tables for The Pinball Arcade had no trophies added. Apparently they’ve used up the total allocation allowed for trophies. I hope they do get added later, as the game will be adding new tables for a long time to come yet. Trophies are always a nice extra incentive.

  • @103 – the discounts were available in the store via a special link, entitled ‘grande theft auto preorder bonus’ or something like that. it was supposed to be ended by 9-16. I got RDR, Bully and some other 75% free. but only when accessed with this link.

by the way, Aliens was supposed to had their sale ended yesterday, but i guess the sales where horrible it the sale is still on. geez. free game of next month?

  • GTA: Liberty City Stories is still showing as 19.99 for plus members on vita.

  • I just need to move to Europe. Why does it seem that they get better ps+ titles? Although, I guess we are getting the ps4 2 weeks before they are. I will just enjoy GTA V until Nov 15th!

  • Just bought Ni No Kuni for 30 bucks on Amazon last week. Still worth it thought, great game.

  • Ni no Kuni for $20???
Whoever hasn’t picked up this gorgeous Japanese RPG, go get it. IT is worth full price and now a steep discount. Buy it!

  • @111
I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy The Last of Us. I guess different people have different tastes. Me, for example, I have never liked Grand Theft Auto. I have played it, don’t get me wrong. But I don’t find it satisfying. I’m sure people who have 50 hours to spare, will love this game.
I agree its a great game, but not my cup of tea.
I bought the Last of Us last week and finished it in about 20-22 hours. Great story and great ending twist.

  • I love the plus, I got a increible collection thanks to the Plus
no matter how hard you try you never can saitisfied all the people
and this week two free games is awesome, now I waiting for october to buy my 64 gigas vita memory
because there are a lot of games that I have on my list pending to play thanks to every week I received a free games
so excellent week excellent games and on that price ni no kuni is a awesome purchase thanks to Sony for the plus

  • You know, not everyone is a fan of GTA 5. Should have left something for people who aren’t. This list is probably the weakest I’ve ever seen.

  • I love gta5. The only thing I don’t like is the story

  • I want fatal frame 3. any info if that is gonna come out?

  • What is the bull that horrible website IGN is talking about? GTA 5 on psn suffers from issues that the 360 does when disc 2 is installed? I demand answeres, I know the psp digital versions suffer from popup but say it ain’t so for gta 5. I demand anwers!

  • Bought Ni No Kuni first time at Gamestop. Sold it for 14 dollars like a idiot. Wanted it back again for $30 was thinking of buying it until- now its 20 dollars sold on PSN. This is why I’m a PlayStation Nation gamer. XD

  • Your a snake in the grass charging for download content $59.99! This is no deal for even Plus Members Sony! And I don’t care if its a full game that’s still a ripoff Sony! After all its not the Blue Ray Disc and that’s why Sony Plus Plus sucks with your so called update??? No its garbage to me Sony change or fade out is all I can say to your slacking off Corporate or CEO because plus is nothing new for anything short unfortunately! And your updates?? there junk to me!

  • I looked at the update that the Europeans are getting at there now finally getting that game from 2012? Far Cry 3 nope not here what a joke and your picking late to the party yet again Sony shame on you and your Gamer Indie Plus developers have a nice day but it is not over i’m filing a complaint with your lazy slacking off company peace

  • Yep thats a good update overall….Warriors of the World pack 2,GTA for free on PSP,real boxing, capcom fighting evolution and some awesome Ascension avatars.

I’ll begin to ask this here every week because is something much needed:

Sony…PS3 needs an update to show our friends that are playing on Vita to be shown online on our PS3’s friend list and the game they’re playing.I still can’t believe you guys didn’t make this since the beginning…quite a shame hu?….Please.

On another problem…I’m still having problems downloading things on my Vita. Will that ever be fixed?..I ain’t the only one.

Also how about: Jackie Chan Stuntmaster and Apocalypse

to the PS1 classics?…please make it happen.

Other than that Soul Sacrifice team is amazing….how can they offer so much DLC for free?…way to go guys…I have much respect for you guys.

  • GTA V for $75, DAMN! X_X

  • Oh Sony I gotta ask something…

Please bring back PULSE….yes I miss Christina Lee…come on you can do it.

Bring her back with PS4….that would be a total win.

  • Dunno if this is the right place to ask this question, but I just read a sponsored ad/article over at Kotaku about Day1-digital psn downloads and was wondering what games, other than those listed there, qualify for the “Spend $50 get $10” promo, and is there landing page for said promo with more info? My handful of searches yielded nothing current :p Interested in picking up a title or two.

    The ad was this one:

    http://kotaku.com/download-tomorrows-hottest-games-with-day-1-digital-n-1286332240

Thanks in advance for the help!

  • @ 6 rabidninjamonky – Game of the decade?….next-gen started yesterday?….I’m yet to see so much bull**** in only one comment. Are you sure your vision is ok?….next-gen is all about graphics and thats that and you’re saying GTA 5 with those crap graphics looks like next-gen…oh please.I wont even comment about game of the decade…thats beyond the meaning of insanity.

  • Hey, Morgan someone needs to tell Sony that Assassin’s Creed 3, Far Cry 3, Street Fighter X Tekken (Vita), and Dragon’s Dogma need to be coming stateside for PS+ members. I feel like we Americans have been getting the shaft as of late when it comes to quality games being added to the Instant Game Collection.

  • Hey, wasn’t there supposed to be an expansion for Magic 2014 that should have come out this week?

  • @ 145 Welmosca Sorry, but you’re wrong. Next gen is not about graphics, it’s a combination of graphics and revolutionary gameplay. The quality of GTA 5 is so high it makes Saint’s Row the third feel like a PS2 game. The writing, voice acting and the amazingly crafted world are so far ahead of anything else I’ve ever played. That’s why It feels next gen to me. You go ahead and play COD 17 or whatever number they’re on. I’m sure it will look pretty.

  • Great news. Is this ico the hd version? I was waiting for it to be on the plus for “free” xD

  • There is really no reason Pinball Arcade should have used up their trophy allocation.

    1. Uncharted 3 has 105 trophies
    2. Spelunker has 2580 trophy points used.

Games like this where DLC makes up for more than 90% of the game shouldn’t fall into the same category as those that have little or no DLC planned. Makes no sense.
