Hello Gamers,
Moments ago, Adam Boyes introduced the latest addition to the Third Party Relations family at Playstation, a new group that I get to captain called Third Party Production. The Third Party Relations team at PlayStation is well known for developing solid relationships across this industry, and this new group will work closely with our publishing partners to bring their beloved IPs to some new places. This means you’ll see even more great games on PlayStation platforms, including new IP’s, ports, and localized products. In addition, our partners who are currently in production will have us as a resource to strengthen their development process, ensuring quality and consistency on all Third Party projects.
I’m really excited for our team to explore new opportunities on behalf of PlayStation. Even though we’re brand new to PlayStation, we’ve got years of experience in this industry already under our belt. We already have a project underway, the recently announced PS Vita version of Borderlands 2. We are extremely excited to work with Iron Galaxy Studios on this project and I cannot wait to show and tell you more down the road.
I will share more with you as our adventures continue and new games are made available. In the meantime, let me know in the comments what you want to see on PlayStation (PS3, PS4, PS Vita). Kingdom Hearts 1,2 or even just Birth By Sleep on the Vita would be much appreciated :D
still waiting for a vita exclusive bioshock or at least a port of bioshock infinite. Also okami hd and some kind of mirrors edge game please.

Portal 2 (perhaps bundled with the original Portal) would make for a great port to Vita. The touch screen would be useful for portal placement. Heck, why not bring over the Half-Life collection as well.

Definetly Final Fantasy Type 0 to Europe. Kingdom Hearts on PS Vita would be also very nice. Mainly JRPGs like Tales of Graces, Ni no Kuni would attract more costumers on PSVIta i think.
Keiji Inafune’s Mighty No. 9 would be another good pick for you guys to step in and bring to Sony consoles. PS4/Vita cross-buy, mmmmm.
Also have a look at Project Phoenix. Lot of big name developers for an indie game, including in my view, the greatest composer of the modern age: Nobuo Uematsu.

Last two are VNs so probably unlikely.
It’d be cool if you guys would consider collaborating with some localization firms like Xseed, Aksys, NISA, etc. in the case where their resources are exhausted and can’t take on more projects.

Have to add my vote for Final Fantasy: Type-0 getting localized, even as a PSP game (but needs to work on Vita). Tales of Innocence R and Tales of Hearts R would be nice too, and I’d love to see Bioshock on Vita happen as well. Trails in Flash also looks pretty awesome for Vita and PS3.
But just Type-0 if we only get one vote and I’d be happy. Its supposedly almost done anyway, hopefully it wouldn’t take much more and then Sony would get a huge JRPG exclusive for Vita.
What I’d love to see on Vita:
Let’s see. There’s WipEout 3(PSOne), DJMax Portable Fever(PSP), Skies of Arcadia, Toukiden, Rollcage 1 & 2(PSOne), Soul Calibur 2, Capcom vs. SNK 2, Street Fighter 3 Third Strike, Blazeblue Chrono Phantasma, Megaman X4-X6(PSOne), Ready 2 Rumble 1 & 2(PSOne), GunValkyrie, and most of all, Jet Set Radio Future.
Also, I’d like to see Scott Pilgrim, Skullgirls, and possibly Elsword on Vita as well.
I would like to see One Piece Romance Dawn on the Vita, even if it is just a release of the Japanese version.
The Vita also needs some more strategy games. Turn based strategy games would be great on the touch screen. What about getting Total War Battles or Great Little War Game on the Vita, or something similar to Advance Wars on the DS.
I still would like to see Bastion as a PSN/Vita game.

There are a lot of Japanese games I would love to support if they are localized but my biggest one is definitely Project Diva F 2nd. I bought the first one and I love it! It would be great if you guys can can talk to SEGA and localize this one as well.

Why has Castle Crashers -NOT- been made Cross Buy and Made Playable on the Vita.
I’d like to see Transistor on the Vita, unless it’s already planned. Also, if Supergiant’s other game, Bastion, made it’s way to the Vita, I wouldn’t mind.
I’d also like to see Phantasy Star Online 2 come to the vita, of course that’s a bit of a pipe dream if only for the fact that it hasn’t even launched in North America on the PC, even though it was already promised.

We especially need Steins;Gate.
There are a bunch of other RPGs I want to see localized but I think the best of them will get localized by ATLUS NIS and XSEED if the system get enough support. If you guys could get Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil saga ported too that would be nice.

I think there are some obvious titles that need to come to the Vita; Bioshock (at least a port of the first one), the Kingdom Hearts series ( a no-brainer), Shadow of the Colossus, Ducktales Remastered, Mickey Castle of Illusion remastered and at least a port of a decent COD game (blackops declassified was garbage). PLEASE MAKE IT HAPPEN!!! THE VITA HAS SO MUCH POTENTIAL!!!
I would love to see Demon’s Souls and or Dark Souls on Vita. It could also use a Grand Theft Auto Game or Red Dead.
The Sakura Taisen 1&2 PSP games would be wonderful to see on PSN!
