This months update is pretty stacked. I recently got a vita so I was looking forward to this months. Huge Metal Slug fan ever since the early arcade days, but the anthology would have been more of jewel in my book. And Jet Set Radio for PS3 has been on my to play list for quite some time! Once again PS plus saved me a few bucks. However, to be honest, was really hoping we would finally get MGSHD for the vita this month. Maybe next month?

Well done! Awesome update. This forces me to play through Battlefield 2 now out of the backlog. Definitely excited for Oddworld! If there aren’t plans for a RPG, can we possibly get Okami HD? Act/Adv at its finest… And I hate comparing PS+NA with PS+Eu, but in this case it shows that it could happen… Fingers crossed… Once again, great job guys!

I bought BF3 Premium Edition a few months ago, I hate it. A lot of people will like it. Yet, I hate it.
Is there going to be a July 4th Call of Duty DLC Sale?
I’ll probably plug $20 for a few of the on sale titles, but the freebies, I’ll pass (I absolutely hate games like Battlefield 3 and I’m not that into either Jet Set Radio or Oddworld). I don’t have a PS Vita either (too expensive for my budget) so there’s no enjoyment there, either.

I never posted before but i think this update is ok not great but ok only.
I dont like any of the game this month since i have most of them except Dokura ,and Metal slug which i dont care for.
The one thing that gets me mad is how the PS vita title is always updated at the end of the month like wtf!! please stop that. The first update usually is one game for ps3(bf3) which is unfair to the psvita people do one PS3 and Psvita game at the start of the month, but i guess sony doesnt care about the Vita since they only release like one good game for it a month(not just in ps+ i mean releases.) All others are small indie games that are ok but get boring fast.
forgot to say the one game that would make me love ps+ more would be any atlus game either Catherine or Persona 4 Golden

Metal Slug XX is pretty good, but why haven’t we seen any new N E O – G E O S T A T I O N releases in so long?
It was a very good emulated version of the Neo-Geo and blows away the quality of Tommo’s terrible Neo-Geo X.
This would be the next best thing to owning a Neo-Geo (Which I do), if only they would release more games for it.
I’d recommend this to SNK/Playmore
1. More games (Metal Slug 3, and classics such as Cyber-Lip, Neo-Turf Masters, Ninja Combat, Blazing Star, Pulstar
2. Add trophy support to new and old releases
3. Sell them for $5 a piece or packs of 3 for $12.
4. Add better quality netcode for online multiplayer
5. Add an MVS/AES toggle.

While I still via for the PSP slot to represent JRPGs, Metal Slug’s a series with some clout. On the Vita front, I’ll gladly add Dokuro to my storage, whenever the system becomes imperative to get.
Glad I held off of Jet Set Radio (yet another manual cross-rent for long-time subscribers), though with its alleged control issues, not sure if I’d catch on to it. And while any Oddworld title is welcome, I’ve still need to beat the first (got the second through Plus, back when Classics were a feature).
Overall, not that compelling an IGC for this month. Interesting, but no “must play”s (Munch’s would if I were caught up).
(Ah, Dokuro would contend as a “must play”, but I’m half blind to Vita titles for the time being.)

Eh, not the greatest update, but hopefully some PS+ buddies download it though, been playing BF3 on PC solo the whole time.
Battlefield 3 is going to be *real fun* (sarcasm) without map packs / Season Pass to play online multiplayer — seems crazy? Just wait until people get pretty bored with the whole 4 maps out-of-the-box.

It’s been mentioned a few times, and I see where your coming from, but look at it like this. Both PS3 and PSVita users wait 4 week between their leading title for PS+ to come into the PS+ release. PS Vita waits 4 weeks, PS3 waits 4 weeks. Sure Vita comes and the end and PS3 comes at the front, but it’s till a 4 week delay for that PS3 person.

Then subscribe to EU. There have been a few times I’ve considered it, but I like the US games better. Also back up the attack train there, Morgan is only the front man for PS+, I do not believe that he is the manager that makes the decisions. He’s mentioned a few times that he “pass the information to the PS+ team”.
Also if you have actually noticed in the comments and polls that the community is very much even on split for PS Vita games VS PSP games in plus. They are doing their best to try and please as many people as possible, sorry fi they didn’t reach you. If your better served by EU+, then buy it and go post games you want to see on their blog. In the end money to Sony for EU+ or US+ means the same to them a subscriber.

Well this is a GREAT update,but jet set radio… nvm! I alread have almost every game again… But one game for me! Metal Slug! Not interested in dokuro but it will worth a try… Btw! Secont month in a row! Almost nothing new for me! SR3rd I have on pc and bf3 premiun for ps3 and pc, the good news is “a lot of new players”. But I can’t deny, GREAT UPDATE!!!
BF3 is huge! That’s a game that I’ve looked at on the videogame store shelf since it was released, but every time I had a notion to buy it, there was some other PS3 title that was being released that I wanted just a little bit more. Glad I waited.
And I already own most of the discount games, but some of them are ps2 editions. Maaaaaaaaayyyybeeee I might buy Shadow of the Colossus again for ps3 so I can experience it in HD and 3D.

PS+ North America needs to step it up when it comes to the freebies for Vita. Dokuro? Are you kidding me. When are we getting some of the bigger games that Europe got: Metal Gear Solid HD, Unit 13, Rayman. They even got Mortal Kombat for free months ago while we have to pay $5 to get it.

Well, no surprises here. I’m not 100% excited about Battlefield 3, but hell, IT’S FREE! I’ll download it as soon as I can (it will take some time, though).
I think that is a good addition, gamers who are not interested in multiplayer FPS games (like me) now can enjoy the singleplayer for free, I’m looking forward to it :D (Also, a friend of mine who owns the game told me that now we can play the coop missions :D) It’s good to know that many people who wanted this game will get it.
I’m interested about the other 2 games for PS3, honestly I don’t know much about any of them so, who knows, maybe I’ll be amazed :)
Also, thumbs up for the sales, I’m very tempted for Mortal Kombat and Ratchet and Clank Collection :D But in general there are good sales.

Quite disappointed with BF3 on the IGC since I saw that one coming….with all those complaints…in the other hand the others 4 wil make it for BF3 ha…very glad since its 4 games that I dont have…also very disappointed with the summer sale…but I can’t afford to miss PoP The Forgotten Sands for $4.00…thats insanely cheap.Good update overall…thanks Sony.

Add me to the list of people who prefer 3rd-person, singleplayer experiences, and loathe 1st-person multiplayer shooters.
Overall, Plus is a good value for the year, but with months like this one where there is nothing for me, you guys need to make August and September that much better to make up for it.
Games I would like to see in Plus: The Amazing Spiderman, Tomb Raider, Kingdoms of Amalur, Max Payne 3, Far Cry 3, Infamous Second Son, Just Cause 3 (whenever it gets made), Red Dead Undead Nightmare (but not the original Red Dead Redemption, already have that), Hitman Absolution, anything similar to Rainbow Moon – I’m enjoying that one quite a lot
Thanks Morgan and Sony for your hard work, hopefully now that you’ve made the FPS fans happy this month, you can bring some goodies for everyone else next month.
What time does the ps store update?
I have to say I’m happy with this months games. I love PS+ and think it is well worth the money. I have been a PS+ subscriber for a long time now. I am a little upset that with the launch of the PS4 we are now being forced to be PS+ subscriber’s if we want online play. I think with all the time Sony spent telling us online was free unlike Xbox they should have stuck to it and left the basic online play just as it is now. Then updated PS+ online play with all the new perks like cross game chat. That alone would have made most people choose to buy PS+. Just my 2 cents and I’m sure many disagree with me.
Well whiners gonna get what they wanted x(. At least I’ll grab the Oddworld HD ^_^ cause already own JSR for PS3 and PSVita. And for sure Dokuro seems kinda artistic , maybe …

This is literally perfect… I was planning for the last few days to sell my copies of BF3 and ico&Shadow ps3 collection. So im TOtally downloading BF3 and getting shadow of collusus for VITA on the cheap i didnt know that it was available on vita and that way ill actually play it cus my ps3 version i never touched which is a shame
