I hope you’re ready for Soul Sacrifice — the demo will be available this afternoon on PSN!
Your first reaction to the demo might be, “Holy moly, this is a LOT of demo!” …And you’d be right! The entire first chapter of the full game is included, all of which is playable with up to three other friends via online or ad-hoc multiplayer. Inafune-san made it a special point for the demo to be quite substantial, as you can read in his comments below:
Soul Sacrifice is a long adventure, with dozens of hours of gameplay. The demo is not only a great way to sample the full experience, but also to let you get a head start on that adventure before the game releases. To that end — this part is important, pay attention! — the save data will carry over to the full game! Not only that, if you do carry over demo save data to the full game, you will receive an exclusive bonus item: “Spirits’ Heart”! It summons a powerful stone golem that will fight for you!
Trying the demo and carrying over your save data is the ONLY way to get “Spirits’ Heart,” so why not give it a shot if you’re already interested in the game?
The Soul Sacrifice demo offers a single player mode AND a multi-player mode. Multi-player can be played via both ad-hoc and online, but please be aware that multi-player and all online features for the demo will be terminated and will no longer be available on April 30th, 2013. After this date, you will still be able to play the demo offline and ad-hoc. Of course, that’s not a problem, since you’ll all be picking up the full game when it launches on April 30th, right? *wink*
Don’t forget to pre-order! Not only do you get three exclusive Magic Offerings and two exclusive costumes, but you’ll also get the Japanese voice-over audio pack for free!

You all know that Injustice was not a day one digital title, a day one digital title you can pre order on the store and download it at midnight the morning of release. Injustice was supposed to be available yesterday when they updated the store.

I could of sworn last week I saw Injustice under the Day 1 Digital on the store. It’s still sucks for the people who only wanted the digital copy to not get it day one. It’s Sony’s loss in the end. You bet sony is going to do something about that. Not for a demo, but they will about that.
Oh well, I’m gonna go play Persona 3 Portable. Will somebody update when the blasted update is available?!

I think that everyone really should start demanding for a set time for PSN to be updated. That way, if we don’t get the update by that time (and I’m talking about a window of an hour) we know something is wrong. Instead of waiting and waiting, only to be told hours later, because they have the comfort room of many hour to even inform us that something went wrong.

wow…. it’s still not updated? I mean, I can see going past 10pm last night, but we’re already at 10am the following day… This is really pathetic, especially for such an integral moment in Vita gaming. Really shows us consumers where Sony’s priorities are…. and they’re not with the Vita.

We’ve had to put up with BS for the past few years, its time we get a proper fixed time for when store gets updated instead of them taking their sweet time every goddamn week. I think they should do these ‘Maintenance” days on Wednesdays. That way they’d have 6 days to fix it before the Tuesday Game update. Doing this might postpone movies & music when there is a problem but then again, you can get movies from Amazon or somewhere else also. And, if you listen to music then you probably have a huge library to listen to while you wait anyway. =p
