New on Music Unlimited and Video Unlimited

Take a listen to some great new content added to the Music Unlimited service! You can get the entire download on the Sony Entertainment Network blog, but here are this week’s highlights:

Atlas Genius – When It Was Now

After Gotye’s massive breakthrough last year, the next to carry the torch for Australia is Atlas Genius. While “Somebody That I Used to Know,” was a slow-jam anomaly, Atlas Genius’ smash track “Trojans,” is an upbeat, infectious, perfect song. Their pop rock sensibilities (think Walk the Moon) coupled with big, booming moments (think Imagine Dragons) is a recipe for a multi-single success story.

  • I like how you are recommending a track from Atlas Genius. I really like the music you mentioned so I’ll give it a listen.

    Thank you.

  • Dear Sony Please Bring hed kani to the usa sever tyvm

  • Yes thanks for the recommendation I’ll give it a listen right now.

My biggest hope for Music Unlimited now is that Sony buys Pandora or something. Their algorithm for suggesting music and adapting to tastes is far superior so far.

I also hope they eventually make all of their MU apps on various products as good as the Vita version.

  • I just wanted to say that the increased audio quality is really noticeable. We now are using Music Unlimited to play music when guests are over instead of our older Squeezebox.

It would be nice if the Facebook integration would track music our friends are listening to and give us the ability to queue up tracks locally from that incoming list. It also would be great if it could log into our Pandora, YouTube, Amazon, iTunes, and/or Spotify accounts to import thumb-ratings and playlists.

  • The Music Unlimited App on PS Vita has been broken for over a week for me now. I keep getting the “An Error has occurred” message.

  • Sony team can you also put new spanish releases also i would appreciate if you do thank you.
