November 20th PlayStation Plus Update
Uncharted: Golden Abyss (PS Vita)
Free for Plus Members
Uncover the dark secret behind the 400-year-old massacre of a Spanish expedition and follow the murderous trail of an ancient and secret Spanish sect. Undiscovered temple ruins, vast karst caverns of Central America, legendary lost cities, fantastic action sequences, and of course, Mr. Nathan Drake himself bring this complete Uncharted experience to PS Vita.
Gravity Rush (PS Vita)
Free for Plus Members
Gain a new perspective as you take on the role of Kat, a strong-willed girl seeking the means to protect her future in a world that’s crumbling to pieces. Taking gravity into your own hands to deliver devastating attacks, uncover the secrets to your past and explore a mysterious world. One of my personal favorite PS Vita games is yours to play free with PS Plus.
WipEout 2048 (PS Vita)
Free for Plus Members
With PS Vita’s enhanced controls – including front touch, rear touch, and six-axis motion sensors, this entry into the venerable WipEout series is one of the best. Optimized for 23rd century racing, you can compete with up to 8 other players on 10 new tracks. Don’t forget to stay on top of those online leaderboards too!
Tales From Space: Mutant Blobs Attack (PS Vita)
Free for Plus Members
One of the most unique and hilarious PS Vita titles also happens to be one of the best. A side-scrolling puzzle-platformer about an ornery mutant blob that, after being held captive in a lab that can only be described as something out of a retro sci-fi movie from the early ’50’s, escapes into the world and sets out on a path to consume everything. Use touch and the motion sensor functions combined with traditional analog stick controls to defeat the pathetic humans. Eat your way to freedom. It’s that fun.
Jet Set Radio (PS Vita)
Free for Plus Members
Tag, grind, and trick to the beat in SEGA’s hit game Jet Set Radio on PS Vita. Free for PS Plus members the same day it releases; fight for control of Tokyo-to, mark your turf with graffiti, tag walls, billboards, and even rival gang members! Perform tricks and flips on magnetically driven in-line skates, but watch out for the local police force. They’re not nice.
Final Fantasy Tactics (PS Vita, PSP)
Free for Plus Members
Originally released in 1998 on the original PlayStation, this first tactical RPG in the legendary Final Fantasy series, enthralled fans around the world with its unique artistic style and intricate storyline, and it’s certainly one of my top favorites of all time. A sublime strategy experience with an ever engrossing job system, tactical battles, tens of hours of gameplay, and remastered from the original, yours free with Plus.
Dungeon Defenders (PS3)
Free for Plus Members
An addictive blend of Tower Defense and cooperative online Action-RPG, Dungeon Defenders gives players 4 distinctive classes to lead through action-packed combat while upgrading their statistics, gathering tons of loot and inventory items, customizing & upgrading equipment, and developing unique class abilities. Play it online co-op, or splitscreen, free with PlayStation Plus.

PlayStation Plus Update 11-19-2012 Frequently Asked Questions
I pay for Music Unlimited using auto-renew every month. How do I go about getting the special offers? With the 11/20 PlayStation Store update, there will be an option to purchase the one-year subscription, so you’ll need to select the one-year subscription package option to get the deal.
What time with the firmware update for PS Vita be live? It will be live at approximately 9:00pm PST on 11/19. The Instant Game Collection for PS Vita will be available after the PlayStation Store updates on 11/20.
smh i was trying to join playstaion plus on my vita but its said “there no content items. plus when i check the app store i still aint see these five games ex: gravity rush is free for playstation plus member so please i need to know whats going on, if can only join playstation plus via my ps3 nd if im really gpoing to get free games. thank you
Ok so my PS3 is being repaired and shipped back to me. Let me guess i can only download the PS Vita stuff on PS3 and then download from cable or wireless from there?
Can I access plus games via the web and download to computer and then download to PS Vita – like an update?
Why cant I play Sonic 1 and 2 on the vita -.- that is just silly. cause the vita can obviously play sonic 1 & 2 with no issues…so why cant i play any of my genesis classics on my vita??
Am I missing something? On my PSVita the store wants to charge me for the free games. I’m signed in to my account, and no where in the store does it say anything about PS Plus. Is the store on the Vita just not updated yet?
The Store has not updated yet. It usually updates between 11a – 6p PST on Tuesdays. The PS Blog will always post an update when the Store is live. Watch for that post.
It’s 12:37 (CST) on the 20th. I’ve updated my vita and i believe my PS got updated also. Am i missing something? I can’t seem to find out how to find PS+ games on my vita, and they aren’t listed on the Ps3.
I am thinking about getting the Music Unlimited deal. Does anyone know how the offline mode works? My gym doesn’t have internet access, so will I be able to listen to some of the music offline with Music Unlimited? For only 12$ versus 100$ that’s a great deal…
well my vita updated to 2.0 at 6 am this morning …is there a settiong or something i need to change to find playstation plus on my vita..or is it just a waiting game for ps store to updatwe and then it will just be visible for everyone when it does??
I have a 32g Nexus 7….so I should just be able to chose songs I like that get saved to offline mode? And I hope the sign up will be easy with the 12$ purchase lol. Cuz I already downloaded the app on NY tablet and ps3 lastnight to prepare for today lol. Thanks a lot for the info… Very much appreciated!
Hopefully, I can put it on my game collection just in case I end up going out and buying an vita. but I was thinking how about this:
For me, the PSN store updates about 8pm at night ughhh its annoying not much time to download and play before i have to sleep. I don’t know the process putting an game on the store takes, but How about starting the process Monday evening and finishing it Tuesday morning so we can at least get them downloaded and play that day…
A great update indeed, and I made up my mind, I will finally buy me a nice Vita 3G model :).
I have a question though is there any chance that you will return to giving up free PSX games? I really loved it when you gave us 3 PS1 games each month.
Or, can you please relaunch some of the PS1 games that newer Plus subscribers didn’t get the chance to download for free? something like Resident Evil 1,2,3 I would love to see it for free some time in the future.
Come on Man, why you make us pay the FULL PRICE , when we can wait a couple of weeks to get it LESS THAN HALF PRICED ???? i bought JET SET RADIO FOR 8.99 $ and NIGHTS for 9.99 $ and was glad that i bought them till today.
I won’t buy a thing from PSN STORE FULL PRICE CUZ LITERALLY U MAKE IT WORTHLESS.
@28 vanwinkle, Morgan, you can just touch and hold on home screen to enter edit mode. Once there choose the bubble of the game, then Update History. It shows the log of every change made in every patch released.
I have to say that the advantages Playstation offers versus the competition are incomparable and ridiculous -in the most awesome way, of course! It’s deals like this one that tells me Sony really loves their customers. As I see it, you are giving us the opportunity to play 2 of the VITA’s best games for free. Yes, we must subscribe to Playstation Plus but when you do the math, a year’s membership costs less than buying these games themselves. Thank you so much!

For at least three months granted you keep your membership active ;)
If you pay in full for the game, you have it for life, or as long as the cartridge or BluRay last.
But I hear you, it’s a sweet deal. It’s more like a rental, a “Netflix for games” if you really think about it, but it’s worth every penny!
@377 It’s PST… and it wasn’t even 2PM when you posted your message… and Morgan said it more than once during all these impatient posts that it will be between 11am-6pm PST… why are you people like that?
my playstation store app on my ps3 just updated is that what is going to happen before the store itself updates, as in download a new version of the store?

| why I can not use MU in Brasil?
We better ask our legislators, their law is so different from elsewhere that online music stores have to do crazy adaptations to fit our laws and tax payments. At least that’s what Apple said back then.
Good update! “Unfortunately”, i already own Dungeon Defenders, but it is a great game indeed. Sure thing i’ll get the sonic games though.
Hey Morgan, can we expect new free PS3 games coming to plus next week or the free games are over for November?
