  • What happened to the PSP section? Slowly cutting off support eh? Gungir, the SRPG from Atlus, is coming tomorrow!

  • Gravity Rush It Is, lol.

  • Show Quantic Dream some love and bring “Indigo Prophecy” to the PS3.

  • Will the US Store download of Gravity Rush include the pre-order DLC for free (limited time) like is being done on the EU store?

  • Might pick up Dirt: Showdown!

  • Wait so does this mean there is gonna be a digital release of Dirt Showdown on PSN the same day it’s released on PS3?! if so Im definitely getting the digital Copy instead of the disc copy.

  • So, when it coming up?

  • Lollipop Chainsaw and Babel Rising for me today! Most excellent.

  • Gungnir should be on this list. Shame on whoever forgot to list it, as not listing it costs sales.

  • I am so excited that Batman Arkham City is not available digitally! I upgraded my HDD to 1 TB and have been buying as much digital content as possible. Love the digital revolution! Keep them coming!

  • Finally! I’ve been waiting too long for Gravity Rush *sniff*

  • I don’t understand why Sony is trying to offer both the physical copy and the digital copy as a matter of convenience…..but the digital copy isn’t available until later in the night. I guess it counts for something that both are at least released on the same day, but for those avid gamers ready to purchase the moment the game becomes available…..well the physical copy will be available all day long before the digital media is updated on PSN. I’m of course referring to Gravity Rush. This is the first title I actually decided to buy digital instead of retail. And here I am several hours into the release day of Gravity Rush, with retail copies available for pickup at this moment at Walmart, Best Buy, GameStop, and more. And on the digital front, it’s everywhere BUT the PS Store.
I guess what I’m getting at is if Sony really wants to start pushing the digital market, or at the very least, the offered convenience of both physical and digital mediums, then they need to assure both versions are available at the same time.

  • And it’s not out of the realm of possibility to do so, a simple upload to the server is all it takes, just a few clicks. My guess is they don’t want to deviate from the standard Tuesday afternoon/evening Store Update time, so as not to have people missing out on the updated content due to multiple store update times. And to that end I can agree, but when it comes to digital/retail copy releases on PSN, that should be the one exception, as the consumers that are intending to purchase the digital copy from the store, will be there and waiting at 12:01am release day. Only to be disappointed when it’s more than 20+ hours away before the store will update with the digital copy. I bet Mass Effect 3 was updated on the store at 12:01am. Why would you do it for that game, but not for you Vita exclusive Gravity Rush?

  • @RenderMonk

Couldn’t agree more, they need to put those titles up at midnight.

I guess that’s what they want to do with the preorder on the PSN for the PS3 on certain title where it was announced that you can download them before and they will become playable on release day. If it’s already on your PS3 or Vita they could just put the date when it become available to play instead of waiting for a store update.

I know it’s first world problem and it’s not that big of a deal, but it still defy logic that you can’t get the product before 5-7 PM EST when you can walk in a store at 8 AM when there’s no midnight release in your area or midnight when there is one.

Of course I work in the day so it’s not that bad, but I still finish earlier than the store update and I can’t even pre-download it so it’s ready when I am.

  • Gravity Rush for me between that and the LBPVita Beta I’ll be busy for awhile.

  • I must be one of a few people who don’t get the whole digital copy agenda. Sure I have a 500gb HDD But it’s not for digital content of games available on actual media that’s for sure. I want the choice of being able to sell said game if the time ever came that I no longer wanted it. Whatever the current going price is a lot better than having the delete option only. All In all it looks like I’m saving big money this week for the lack of interest in any of the releases. The Gravity Rush demo was… OK. Not fun enough to warrant a payment from me of any kind.

It’s Tuesday, Got money in the pocket, The sun is beating down on an awesome day. I guess it’s time to head outside and enjoy life with friends and family. This weeks release will surely be on a shelf somewhere a year from now. Peace \ /

  • Well i tried to buy Dirt showdown today, and they told me it wont be out until the 15th… I did pick up Lollipop chainsaw, and that game is outright amazing! In fact, it’s the best game i’ve purchased this year. They did EVERYTHING right in that game. Dont look past this game guys, go buy it, or atleast rent it somehow. It’s that damn good!

  • @123 Personally for me its because it eliminates the possibility of loss or damage. Ive lost so many games due to my ps1 or ps2 eating it up so badly that it wouldnt play anymore so yeah. To each their own but thats why i prefer digitals

  • I definitively will give Lollipop Chainsaw a try. Probably will rent or lend it from a friend.

As for Arkham City, I’ll get the GotY edition. Anyway, it’s good to see it on PSN.

  • METAL GEAR SOLID HD COLLECTION FTW, DOWNLOADING IT TODAY

  • Just found out Lollipop Chainsaw only take 4 hours to beat, not sure how much fun you can pack into a 4 hour game. At $60 you’d expect more.

  • Why can’t they release new downloadable games in the morning?

  • So what time does PSN update. I wanna get Gravity Rush and MGS for my Vita already!!!!!!!

  • Is the Playstation Store still scheduled be updated today? It’s almost 9PM here on the East Coast and no update.

  • Almost 9PM Eastern time. Where is this update?

  • Gungir and Gravity Rush please!

First time commenting; love how most here are PS+ haha

Feel free to add me: Saugeen-Uwo

  • Gosh guys slow down a little bit. Youre working too hard to get this store updated.

  • 9:15 p.m. est still no update….. really?

  • Error #80023017 every time I try and access the store.

    What’s going on guys?!

  • Yo wheres the update? whenever there are NO BIG games coming out in a week, its always SUPER early as 3 pm chicago time!

  • 10 P.M. East coast an still no freakin update WTF!!!! I know why, its because grace chen is a lazy @$$ who has no business being the director of the PSN Store.

  • I’m still waiting for the update what the hell it’s going on if there isn’t gonna be any update or not gonna make it in time then why do you post them, at least tell us how long are you gonna keep us waiting.

  • Gravity rush comes out today on psn?
    ya coulda Foool’d me

  • You know it’s one thing if you’re having a technical issue and can’t update that’s fine. But it’s another when you can’t inform the consumer of what is going on. I said it before on here and I’ll say it again, we are reason you have the jobs you have, we are the reason the CEO’s get the big bonus and we are the reason the Playstation brand is what it is today. And we get rewarded by waiting times with no explanation, I had off today and spent it playing my PS3 waiting for todays update to get once again disappointed.

Again thank you for ruining my damn Tuesday…

  • Creeping up on midnight on the east coast and still no update. What a waste.

  • Still no update

  • The update is live but you have to search for everything

  • Anyone else notice when you enter the store the little clock on the top right fast forwards? I notice when this happens I get that error code I mentioned above.

  • Still no update, please just tells when so we don’t have to be waiting

  • Hey you guys, does anybody allready has acces to the games or is it just me =(

  • You can do a search for the content and its (finally) there they just havent updated the main pages yet apparently

  • Ummmm I guess it’s only me but I can’t find the new content anywhere, what a crapy tuesday….=(

  • 1:06 AM EST……still no update ._.
