As you may have heard during today’s Sony Electronics press conference at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, PlayStation and Netflix are teaming up again to bring tens of thousands of hours of movies and TV episodes from Netflix to the PS Vita for US customers.
The PlayStation 3 is of one the most popular devices for watching movies and TV shows streamed over the internet from Netflix. Now all those movies and TV episodes can be watched on PS Vita’s stunning high-def OLED front touch screen. The addition of Netflix streaming to PS Vita’s unique, powerful gameplay experiences gives users even more access and flexibility to the content they want, when they want it and where they want it.
Stay tuned for more exciting updates as we near the February 22nd launch of PS Vita!

I believe that Hulu will make its way to the Vita as well.
never hurts to have multiple options…
will this work in japan on my japanese vita?
@Budapesti
Skype is owned by Microsoft now and said they will continues to support every platform that actually support Skype but they never said they will support new platform and knowing Sony is a big competition to Microsoft i think the chance Vita get Skype is small.
Yay~ Not sure why you always exclude Canada though. Chances are it’ll work just fine for us, just like every single other app in the universe for Netflix does. Netflix is good about this kind of thing.
SWEET!!!!!!!!
Got mine pre-ordered yay!!
