Helloooo what the heck is the issue with getting to download our “welcome back” 2 free games? error error error,ive tried and tried and now i go back today and theres no free games to download only three welcome back these movies on us! you can stick your free movies where the sun dont shine! sony what is the deal with you guys can you get anything to go right? error error error error!
People, for the last time (yeah, right) it SI NOT the PSN Store that’s causing the problem. It’s the 20 million+ people who are all trying to access it (including you) at the same time. It’s like being on a line of 20 people at McDonald’s and blaming the cashier. Blame the 19 million people in front of you all screaming “I want this game!”.
I really can’t believe I had to post this.
Oh, and for the PITA’s who are complaining about the free games, figure this: Of the 77+million accounts, let’s assume each person has three (on an avg). That means 25 million PS3ers are looking at the free games. I don’t think Infamous or LBP sold 25 million copies (let alone 77 million) so everyone DID NOT already buy these games. Just because you don’t want them…too bad for you. I bought Infamous and returned it cause I wasn’t overly in love with it. I still have LBP. Now I have Infamous and LBP on my system so that I can take another look at Infamous and pass my LBP disc on to another PS3er who may not have had a chance to play or wasn’t eligible for the WB program. Stop complaining about things you’re not even paying for. How selfish can a man be? I guess you’re showing us.

I went to the playstation store and saw i could get two free full games so i went to the first on and got little big planet and its downloading fine then i went to the second one and it disappeared i dont know what happen but i wanted to get infamous but it wont let me, too many errors smh. i traded my xbox 360 for a ps3 to get hacked and just be fully dysfunctional i know playstation is better than that. come on guys get it together, maybe you guys need to hire more people so the problem will get fixed faster cause all this waiting is not good at all. xbox 360 is having fun and we all sad. i dont like to complain but sheeesh.

Hello i just have one nitpick about the store. As you know the welcome back package involved 30 days of psn plus, which i am highly pleased with i will most likely buy a year subscription at the end of 30 days, but as you know it was a tad buggy on friday and now i could no longer get one of the games promised. If you check my downloads you will see that all i have is Dead Nation from it and not anything else. So if you could fix this problem i would highly appreciate it. Thank you
Hmmm can anyone help? PSN will let me log into the main site but I cant seem to log in to the store to get the games I bought before it wet down. And even media go won’t sign me in. It keeps telling me to change my password but whenever I try it sends me to a downed maintenance page. Anyone know why this is?

I keep trying to log in and get my free stuff. Tried once and store crashed, tried a second time and crash again. My transaction history says i downloaded stuff, but I never got anything. I would like to know how I can get my free downloaded games. The store keeps crashing and I am running patience. Please Sony help me.

If I get the free PS+ subscription and download a free add-on that non-PS+ subscribers have to pay for (such as the MAG add-ons), will I be able to use that add-on after my free month of PS+ is over, or will I have to re-subscribe in order to use the add-on?
COD: Black Ops Escalation Map comes out June 10th. It is on the Call of Duty Website. I was excited about it coming out yesterday, but I understand the reasoning for the change in date. If the servers are this beat up with just the Welcome Back Program imagine adding the Map Pack DLC to that. Nobody would be able to Download anything. And the servers would probably crash. *would someone from sony try to de-escalate(pun intended) the situation and agree with me*. lol

i have a question…but first, im on my 6th ps3 i didnt realise about the activations until my 5th ps3, they broke down so i never had the chance to go back and deactivate them so when i try to download some content it tells me its activated on 5 ps3 already, now the question…how do i get those activations back

OK, SO YESTERDAY WHEN I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD MY TWO FREE GAMES ON THE PS3 IT KEPT ON GIVING ME AN ERROR… NOW WHEN I GO BACK TODAY TO TRY IT AGAIN. IT DOESNT SHOW I HAVE THE OPTION TO GET TWO PS3 GAMES AND ONLY PSP GAMES…. HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE? CAUSE THE GAMES ARENT DOWNLOADED ON TO MY PS3 BUT I STILL CANT GET ANY OTHERS……IDEAS?
