Starting soon, the PlayStation Network will be inaccessible for several hours for maintenance. The server maintenance performed at this time represents a crucial step in the full restoration for PSN, including the PlayStation Store.
During this maintenance period, users will be unable to sign in to PSN, though those that are already logged in should be able to remain online.
Resumption of full PlayStation Network service is still on track for this week in most regions.

I’m not bad-mouthing Sony(or you) at all. I love(d) Sony.
The free games are like a bottle to stop a baby from crying. It’s not about customer appreciation, but customer appeasement.
Plus, they are old games that nobody probably ever buys anymore anyway. Why not give us LBP2 if they love us so much instead of the first one? B/c nobody is ever going to buy a dl copy of LBP1 now. It’s not like they are mailing us a hard-copy of these games either. There isn’t a lot of money to be lost in all of their “free giveaways”, considering that they are all digital copies. I’m grateful, but I’m not naive enough to think that they care more about my well-being than my money.
Remember, you fund them. You don’t owe them loyalty, they owe it to you. Basically I’m saying don’t just forgive everything they’ve done wrong, just b/c you are getting a couple of freebies.
Oh and I see where you say you are pretending to be a sony employee. Maybe you should be. You are doing a better job at customer service than Sony has. At least you are replying. :P
