Starting soon, the PlayStation Network will be inaccessible for several hours for maintenance. The server maintenance performed at this time represents a crucial step in the full restoration for PSN, including the PlayStation Store.
During this maintenance period, users will be unable to sign in to PSN, though those that are already logged in should be able to remain online.
Resumption of full PlayStation Network service is still on track for this week in most regions.

Sony doesn’t need you to tell them to take all the time they need. Why does everyone keep saying that? They’ve been taking all the time they needed for over a month. They don’t give a [DELETED]. And stop thanking them for giving you a “heads up” or whatever. They’re only doing that because if they didn’t, every media outlet is going to spread rumors of another “hack” (oh god I am so sick of hearing that word).
There is NO way it’s going to be up by tonight or tomorrow. It’s not even going to be up by Friday. It’s going to be up on Sunday if we’re lucky, because that’s the absolute most end of the week possible for this deadline.
Just tell us when is it going to be fully restored and I´ll be happy

Should I get Dead Nation or WipeOut on my Welcome Back package? I have WipeOut Pulse already for my PSP and it’s okay, pretty fast paced, but I was never really into racing games though. Dead Nation looks okay but I wonder about trophy support, online play, and gameplay itself, although I never really liked arcade games in general… Is it just me or are the five games Sony is offering pretty much suck (besides LBP and infamous of course)?
