W-w-whaaat? Aww… Okay…. I heard t would be back today…. Well, guess not. Whatever, thanks Sony. At least your doing your best with everything.
watch them delay it again by the end of the week, sony can eat one
Well, i caught the update just after it was posted but now just returning from work and am posting to say that this is atleast good news. I have no issues waiting a few more days for the store as i work long days anyway and it will be nice to resume service as it was before the outage. This whole outage has been a nightmare to everyone and it will be nice just to get past it.
@1435 Hey, good news! 1430’s mother? She thinks that you’re such a big legend, that she’s having your kids! That’s right, you’re gonna be a daddy! Welcome to parenthood, ass.
(continued)
sony is a bunch of japanese idiots
In totally unrelated news, IGN is reporting the NGP might be renames PS Vita.
Kinda odd name if you ask me…too close to Vistas and we all know how that went ;-)
@Sony, Not this again…I’m looking at the forums (which I can’t sign into for some reason), and all of the playstation staff and volunteers are directing people to this blog for answers, but really, so far the ETA of the Store is “Just a few more days, honest!” from today, when you said “Oh, it’ll be up by the end of the month, honest!” up until today. If you’re expecting a delay, please let us know sooner, and not 5 seconds before you say it’s gonna be up. I’m not saying give daily news about the store, just let us know that there might be a delay the as soon as you find out it’s very likely to be delayed. Fallout 3, Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion and Prototype are keeping me satisfied, but, please, please try and get the store up before E3. If you do, I’ll get $100 worth of PSN cards and use it on the store on either June 10th or 11th. If not…well, I’ll still get some PS3 games, but probably mainly to keep myself from strangling someone over this long wait. You guys are saying by the end of the week, don’t let it become by the end of the year.
No it didnt it isnt working on mine WTF
what about our wallets..i had funds in there are we going to get our money back in our wallets…i had money on there before it went down
I remember when u want to play video games you had to use batteries.. Wonder what it was like when my batteries died and i had no replacements.. Oh yeah now i remember i went and read a book. Good thing I grew up without PS3 or this would be unbearable it seems. Everyone is at each others throats over a company that was hacked, earthquaked, nuclear threatened what not. Dang back 10-20 years ago just one of those would have taken down a company for good. Well they may not be fully up but they seem to be coming slowly back. Can’t learn from your mistakes if you don’t make em. So good luck SONY. What with everything you have had happen and the mistakes you have made you seem to want to make it better so wish you all the luck in the world. Now go get em and Show em you can do it.
so what? we don’t get the escalation map pack for free!? soooo GIGA LAME
so…………….any word for when the appreciation program starts in the United States???
@allentrill
You’re reading my mind!
To me one of the most depressing parts of the outage is how it’s turned players against each other. Man I can’t wait until it’s restored and we can start putting all this behind us.
Come on sony! Hopefully this one week time frame is the last. I’ve had this PSP Go since may 16th and im dieing to use it. untill the store is up it will continue doing a good job as a paperweight on my desk.
thank you very much. but are we going to have to pay for online game play or will that still be free unlike Xbox 360?
si se puede1!!
I’m waiting!!!!!!!!! I’m the legend of your mom!!!!!!
@1408 GunSm0ke1209
No kidding, they are playing their new Xbox 360’s…
WOOOT…CANT WAIT
@LionsguardAgrias….I don’t think it’s due to the outage…it’s just a part of gaming these days..ppl trash talking for the hopes that it may prove who has the biggest joystick lmao..I’m glad i was born when Pong was invented or i would sound like some of the tards that give gamers a bad name lol
yea about time i had put in codes the day it went done
this is getting ridiculous get the store back up there r things i need to redownload
sony i want you to owned e3
I’m seriously getting sick of coming home everyday, turning on my PS3, logging in, and always finding the store “under maintenance”. I definitely won’t be surprised if the store is not back up by the end of this week…
How bad is LBP?
wow, just reinstalled battlefield bc2 cause of ylod and all my online rank and weapons are gone, wtf?
@Deathspear666
You may be right. I grew up on Atari/Intellivision and nothing even close to this sort of trash talking ever went down. Probably why I’m 90% singleplayer.
I remember the day computers could talk if you typed into them. I almost died of shock. Guess sometimes different generations see things differently. Spent forever trying to dream of the future and there it was knocking on my door. So what if SONY went down? They aren’t the first or the last.
I’ve been a PS3 member for 4 years. I missed the store and everything else. I hope they take care of the faithful customers. Hurry please.
@LionsguardAgrias…I am w/ya there and don’t forget Collecovision too lol The days of playing those and games on the Commadore 64 and Apple II and IIE lol

I do the same thing as my hd is full. I feel your pain man
Hell even games on the TRS-80 lmao
My PSN went down, and I can’t re-sign in. Must be putting the store up :DDD PLEASE.
Oh yeah Commadore 64 I forgot about that one. My friend had that one and it blew our minds. Can’t believe that when I look back on it. Great memories though…
colieco vision, e.t. was the shiznit :)
Now that’s a name I totally forgot about! I remember back with the Commodore 64 and Vic 20 if you wanted to play a game you had to type in all the code in BASIC and save it to a cassette tape!! Man those were the days! Closest thing to the internet was a BBS!
You guys are such bad liars, if it goes down one more time I will actually burn my playstation and throw it out a window and buy an Xbox 360 and bad mouth your company
My dad loved Crazy Miner on C64. Me i just loved everything. Omg BBS’s i forgot about them….Before internet..lol
God i feel old….
too bad the free games suck
Other people remember all this stuff? Awesome!
I don’t feel so old all of a sudden!
Wow. Sony went down and was hacked…could have sworn this happened with alot of Microsoft products and many others…it does take time people to fix this sort of thing so it won’t happen right away again! It’s not sony’s faults…blame these boring hackers that have nothing better to do…trash talk them! They’re the ones stealing identities and anything else they can hack their way into! Anyways, I grew up with the Atari, NES and the others, and I enjoy playing a game single player and a two player party-at-home game. I do occasionally play online, but i don’t like hearing the premature people talking like they’re in middle school and hitting on people that they don’t even know. If it was a more friendly enviornment, I’d play it more, but come on…would you let your kid in the future play that game online if the kid was 4 or younger and having to hear that? It’s nice to buy cheap downloadable games and television (especially since we canceled cable over a year ago), but give sony some time! I know there will be a lot of people on hear bashing them if the store is not up by wednesday morning.
@RMorr50912…Exactly lol
And to X666anonymous…the 360 has gone down many times too.
Add me if you want, anyone….JLPfreak
Remember dialing up just to hope i could connect to the local BBS. Then going around reading stuff then playing empire for my daily limited turns. My dad used to say it was like him waiting on the Saturday serials at the cinema.
@LionsguardAgrias…It’s not about us being old..it just means WE are the TRUE gamers here lmao
@Deathspear666 Hey aren’t we the generation who made the term gamer? lol or is that accredited to the younger people?
@LuiguiPR
Yea i hope you get banned. Also good nice thing for you to say, you know you cant delete comments? You just said to millions of users that you hacked it. Hmmmm…. Interesting to know.
is it coming back up tomorrow?
i have a game to buy…
