Starting today, PlayStation Network and Qriocity account holders in the United States can begin the enrollment process for the identity theft protection program by visiting http://us.playstation.com/news/consumeralerts/identity-theft-protection/. We are also notifying customers of the enrollment landing page via email, which you will receive in your inbox this week.
As previously announced, Sony Computer Entertainment and Sony Network Entertainment have made arrangements with Debix to offer the AllClear ID PLUS identity theft protection program to PlayStation Network and Qriocity customers who are concerned about identity theft following the criminal cyber attack on the network. AllClear ID PLUS is a premium identity protection service that uses advanced technology to deliver alerts to help protect you from identity theft. The service also provides identity theft insurance coverage and hands-on help from expert fraud investigators. Sony has arranged, at no charge to eligible PlayStation Network and Qriocity account holders, for twelve months of this service to be provided by Debix to those who choose to enroll.
In order to be eligible, account holders must be residents of the United States with active accounts as of April 20, 2011.

If you mean like a software update, then yes. But add-on content, then no.
I have a 30 mbps internet speed i think sony only pumps out around 1 or 2 mbps too download from a 145 megabyte shouldn’t take 5 minutes, its sloooooooow, while live is way faster, seems almost instant for a update around the same size

Ok you want to talk about people with no lives. Two of my roommates fight over their pc to play Rift. One didn’t eat or drink anything for 36 hours because he was to busy playing World of Warcraft. So someone wanting maps is nothing.

You just had to mention six flags. i used to have a pass for Six flags: magic mountain I grew up in southern California, know that i live in Wyoming i have to take my kids to Six Flags in Denver, Colorado. man I miss that s**t

One thing I love about Sony is that there are alot of great games geared towards the older folk. You know anyone over the age of 13. I like my dsi but sometimes I want blood and guts over cartoony stuff.

I would like to say that I have been patient (and I have… ) but it is getting frustrating not only for me but I can imagine that stockholders for the company, and the vendors that sell merchandise through the Playstation store are a LOT less patient than we are. WE can wait to spend money(although going through Playstation Home and talking to people some are less patient than others), but they are probably wondering why they haven’t been able to earn money through the PSN. I imagine there is considerable strain on you guys to get this up and running. I believe I am speaking for many (on both sides of the retail fence) when I ask, “Can we get a more definite and/or specific date than “around the end of the month” (and I hope you are meaning this month, May of 2011). I do enjoy your services and am appreciative of the fact that I have access to my online gaming and to Playstation Home, but the question still stands.
I would also like to address the RUMORS (emphasis on the word rumors people) that the Japanese Government has told Sony that they need to wait on the reactivation of the remaining services with the PSN. Is that an issue, and if so, is Sony working towards a resolution for this?

HD is way better with anything. Bought a Blu-ray player when they first came out. Have over 100 blu-rays now.

want the store up. I have a scorpion fatality and outfit I paid for by pre-ordering Mortal Kombat and this waiting has become obscene. I cant even play it online cause I cant redeem my key code. I do believe I have been patient and understanding of the troubles the scumbag hackers caused but it is wearing real thin. I am not going to lie and say I will go to XBox cause I really dont trust Microsoft to do anything well without first breaking it a hundred times yet still I am annoyed at how long this is taking. I haven’t seen anything more on the Japan issue but then again they only restored part of our services. In terms of the frustration yeah it’s wearing thin. Asking for an set date right now would be like asking your neighbors to be quite. It’s not going to happen. And the devs may be loosing money right now on download but when the store is up you know they will start making it back.

ok i posted earler about Dead Space 2 DLC thats droping on June 2 on the PSN Store for free and that the store will be up i HOPE and some people think that they know everything im not claming to know when the store will be up but this is what EA as SAID
EA has announced that the upcoming downloadable content for Dead Space 2, dubbed Outbreak Map Pack, will be releasing for free on both the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Marketplace.
The Outbreak Map Pack will include two new levels called The Academy and The Concourse. The Academy will see you face off against your foes in the schools of The Sprawl, while The Concourse will see you fight in The Sprawl’s shopping centre.
The content will be made available on the 31st of May on Xbox Live Marketplace, while PlayStation 3 owners will have to wait until the 3rd of June

I know its not the 31st, with that said if you miss your deadline yet again I will have lost what little faith I have left in your company. it will prove to me that you have no clue on what you are attempting to do..not that any of us know as you choose to keep us uninformed. with this outtage and the fact that ps3 seems to get dlc weeks to months after others is fustrating. I would just like to say that we are talking about personal information (consumer data), and here you are so willing to hand it over to another corporation that you know nothing about.

Identity Theft Protection seems like a very smart way to go IF, IF IF IF, you are in such a position as that you have thousands and thousands of dollars available through your line of credit and/or you have reason to believe that your possessions raise you to some sort of elevated “financial genius” of properties who has more than they need, and plenty to steal. Most of us struggle just to make ends meet, some are over-extended all across the board. I guess I’m a bit more humbled, and can’t imagine anyone wanting to be me.
The rest of you children need to S T F U and stop whining, the adults are busy working, and talking this thing out. Think before you speak… and be resourceful and informed before you hand your info to ANYBODY!!!

LA NOIRE is GREAT!! No problems on my end, besides one freeze up on the initial release date. I think that problem was patched by rockstar if i’m not mistaken.
