We developed the program as an expression of our gratitude for your patience, support and continued loyalty during the service outage. From all of us at PlayStation, thank you and welcome back!
This package will be made available to all existing registered PlayStation Network and Qriocity users in North America (US and Canada), and will be made available shortly after we have fully restored the service. More specific details about these offers and eligibility requirements will be posted as the services go live.
All PlayStation Network customers can select two PS3 games from the following list. The games will be available for 30 days shortly after PlayStation Store is restored and can be kept forever.

- Wipeout HD + Fury
For PSP owners, you will be eligible to download two PSP games from the following list. The games will be available for 30 days shortly after PlayStation Store is restored and can be kept forever.
- LittleBigPlanet (PSP)
- ModNation Racers
- Pursuit Force
- Killzone Liberation
- A selection of “On Us” rental movie titles will be available to PlayStation Network customers over one weekend, where Video Service is available. Those titles will be announced soon.
- 30 days free PlayStation Plus membership for non PlayStation Plus subscribers.
- Existing PlayStation Plus subscribers will receive an additional 60 days of free subscription.
- Existing Music Unlimited Premium Trial subscription members will receive an additional 30 days of free premium subscription.
- Additional 30 days + time lost for existing members of Music Unlimited Premium/Basic subscription free of charge for existing Premium/Basic members.
- To welcome users Home, PlayStation Home will be offering 100 free virtual items. Additional free content will be released soon, including the next addition to the Home Mansion personal space, and Ooblag’s Alien Casino, an exclusive game.

I’m with Enigma777. This would be a great “If You’re Still On The Fence About Getting a PS3” welcome package, but the fact is that I have the games from this package that I’m interested in. Seems more like a way to introduce players to titles or types of games they don’t usually go for.
How about this: give us a credit of, say, $40 in our wallet and we’re all square.

I’m just saying, all that was lost has been out in the world long before this information. Maybe not your CC #, the key word being maybe.
For anyone to believe none of their information was out before this incident is extremely naive. Most of the info short of your Birthdate and CC # can be found with a simple “Find your classmates” or google search.

newer games would mean a bit more, LBP2 or inFamous 2? or similar value. been a long few weeks, but i got an xbox out of the situation not a real tragedy. But being back to PS3 (Thor and LA Noire) is nice coming ‘home’ to. Can only hope that the time thats been put into this will stop more attacks in the future.

Amazing!Thanks for your hard work sony! And note to those who want something else (like map packs)- Due to the companys that help us get this, its they’re stuff. The map pack for Black Ops is from Threy.(not spelled right) they are not in the list (they are still helping tho!) which means Sony can’t just take the map pack and put it up for free.

Dude are you really that stupid or paranoid the only information they got was emails, names, address, and possibly cc info and passwords. 1- the old passwords are useless unless your stupid enough to use the same one again. 2- emails names and address you really can’t do anything with you can’t even get a drivers license without out some sort of mail from said address yet alone a ss card or birth cert.. 3- even if they got cc info they still don’t have pin or ccv numbers so again useless on many sites 4- they can track your i.p. if your offline so most of the stuff you said is irrelevent
And besides, this is just pushing aside the true damage from the whole case,
giving each member possible identity theft.
I don’t see any mention of that $1mil insurance program,
which as far as I could tell wasn’t even available to customers

@ infected, it seems you have lots of hate towards sony. To be honest with you i’m not as rich as you are, so i’m actually quite happy with what Sony is offering. Also you might want to understand the concept of running a company as large as Sony. If you were in their position i highly doubt you would do anything different. Remember it isn’t just one person who makes all the decisions, theres still people the CEO of Sony has to report to. So QQing here about how Sony isn’t doing enough won’t help, if you really have an issue give Sony a call.

don’t own a psp..but i got everything but LBP and the Fury portion of Wipeout HD..so ill knock those out..also if you dont own Wipeout, and own a 3D TV thats a good game to boast the 3D experience. Sony thanks..feels good to be back on the blog and post, lol.

most of us ps3 owners should already own or have played, beatin and sold/given away these games that are what $20 new? no i am not looking for brand new games but im also not looking to get the choice of picking a game i may have already paid $60 for and have beatin. yea these are great picks but only if you just started playing on a ps3. so i want to know what do we get if we already own these? cause this looks like sony is still saying too bad for you guys but all we have is a bunch of leftover sony exclusives that most people already own. its a cheap way to look like their doing something for us but not really doing anything. youre really letting me down sony, i choose the ps3 over the 360 and wii because you presented a solid product and didnt seem to want to screw your customers over like microsoft. give us some real game choices sony or offer us the equivalent in psn funds (non cash redeemable of course) to do with as we please be it movie rentals, downloadable games or digital comic books.

I have a problem with the idea that someone who got a PS3 on April 15th, owns one or two games, just signed up for a PSN account (maybe PSN Plus), is getting such a sweet deal, but if you’ve been around long enough to have all these games, you get next to nothing.
It’s true we aren’t ENTITLED to anything, but anyone gets compensated, then we all get compensated equitably.
