This package will be made available to all existing registered PlayStation Network and Qriocity users in North America (US and Canada), and will be made available shortly after we have fully restored the service. More specific details about these offers and eligibility requirements will be posted as the services go live.
All PlayStation Network customers can select two PS3 games from the following list. The games will be available for 30 days shortly after PlayStation Store is restored and can be kept forever.

For PSP owners, you will be eligible to download two PSP games from the following list. The games will be available for 30 days shortly after PlayStation Store is restored and can be kept forever.

- ModNation Racers
- Pursuit Force
- Killzone Liberation
- A selection of “On Us” rental movie titles will be available to PlayStation Network customers over one weekend, where Video Service is available. Those titles will be announced soon.
- 30 days free PlayStation Plus membership for non PlayStation Plus subscribers.
- Existing PlayStation Plus subscribers will receive an additional 60 days of free subscription.
- Existing Music Unlimited Premium Trial subscription members will receive an additional 30 days of free premium subscription.
- Additional 30 days + time lost for existing members of Music Unlimited Premium/Basic subscription free of charge for existing Premium/Basic members.
- To welcome users Home, PlayStation Home will be offering 100 free virtual items. Additional free content will be released soon, including the next addition to the Home Mansion personal space, and Ooblag’s Alien Casino, an exclusive game.

Also, I am not angry the PSN was down. I lived just fine without out, except for being able to play NFS Hot Pursuit (Ah, autolog so annoying trying to log in every time you finish a race) so that came out of the system.
But the offer of games are great games – no doubt.
But making grand gestures and then offering old content is not grand, that is just a fail.
Some people on here have unrealistic expectations, they are giving everyone the best they can, they cant buy everyone a new game like L.A Noire or BRINK. but atleast they are giving us something, and the playstation network will be the most secure online gaming network between ps3, 360 and wii. The reason being that they can not afford for it to happen again. so before you rant “I deserve more then i get” just think of how fast they built a new network that is more protective, and more reliable.

I still think sony could do a better job to grease us over.. I’m not grateful for this, because i own 4 ps3 systems and 2 psp systems. I’ve spent alot of money with Sony, and this is how they thank us for not switching to the 360. Gears of war 3 comes out real soon. I dont know about these other nuthuggers that are thankful for sony to spit in their face. But Sony, if you want to keep me as a customer, then you will give us at least a voucher to get 1 game (Any Game) at a retail store.
Cough up the dough sony, Learn from your mistakes, and Keep your loyal customers loyal.
Question; If you have more than one PSP and use the same account for each can you download the games for each PSP or just one PSP? And thank you Sony for the free games as I do not own any of them, but have wanted tham for a while now.
it jus looks like alot of people are not happy unless theyve got somethin to piss n moan about. you peaple are sad and need to do somethin besides sittin around all damn day playin games and makin threats behind your freakin computer screens.

To anyone who thinks that this isn’t enough, just realize that this was caused by an attack by jerk hackers and that for Sony to give anything free to everyone who was affected is amazing. In all reality, the people who have the capability of doing things like this can make this or something similar happen to any major company anytime, no matter what security measures they have in place. I think people forget that although we were affected, Sony was the first victim here. Please don’t forget that. In addition to the costs of fixing the problem, with 70+ million accounts affected and up to four titles per person is an enormous cost that they didn’t have to do, but is nice for what it is. I applaud Sony for this gesture and thank them for doing what they could to get things back as soon as they did.
To be honest they should’ve just given everyone $25 per device in PSN money, but I guess it’s cheaper to give away your own products than someone else’s.
Great list of games, too bad I own them all, haha. At least I’ll get some free movie rentals and an extra two months of Plus.
And I was thinking about buying inFAMOUS the other day too. Definitely getting it now haha.
