We developed the program as an expression of our gratitude for your patience, support and continued loyalty during the service outage. From all of us at PlayStation, thank you and welcome back!
This package will be made available to all existing registered PlayStation Network and Qriocity users in North America (US and Canada), and will be made available shortly after we have fully restored the service. More specific details about these offers and eligibility requirements will be posted as the services go live.
All PlayStation Network customers can select two PS3 games from the following list. The games will be available for 30 days shortly after PlayStation Store is restored and can be kept forever.

- LittleBigPlanet
- Super Stardust HD
- Wipeout HD + Fury
For PSP owners, you will be eligible to download two PSP games from the following list. The games will be available for 30 days shortly after PlayStation Store is restored and can be kept forever.
- LittleBigPlanet (PSP)
- ModNation Racers
- Pursuit Force
- Killzone Liberation
- A selection of “On Us” rental movie titles will be available to PlayStation Network customers over one weekend, where Video Service is available. Those titles will be announced soon.
- 30 days free PlayStation Plus membership for non PlayStation Plus subscribers.
- Existing PlayStation Plus subscribers will receive an additional 60 days of free subscription.
- Existing Music Unlimited Premium Trial subscription members will receive an additional 30 days of free premium subscription.
- Additional 30 days + time lost for existing members of Music Unlimited Premium/Basic subscription free of charge for existing Premium/Basic members.
- To welcome users Home, PlayStation Home will be offering 100 free virtual items. Additional free content will be released soon, including the next addition to the Home Mansion personal space, and Ooblag’s Alien Casino, an exclusive game.

Sony you should offer a credit option as well. Some of us already have these games (again extremely old list of games….and most of them are…..well… lackluster) but I totally agree with Cipher1101 and multitude of others. Give us a a credit option and let us pick what we want. Some of us don’t use the home or want home items because its a complete waste of time. Some of us already have all these games or else don’t want these games. Let us pick from the store. Give us credit and an excellent idea to all of those who said it but I didn’t credit…. spread the love for a credit option!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A) Been on sale a million times already so anyone that is interested should already have it
or
B) Suck

Yay so my personal info gets stolen,associated with my username I have kept anonymous [Sony being the only company I trusted enough with that info everything else online is either just ChrispyCritter or my real name without my username] since being online [since 2004] and you offer me games that I would never play..I’m thrilled..thanks Sony :/
Still haven’t got an answer if my PSN can be banned when I remove all my personal info from your company and replace it with made up stuff? According to the ToS I must put the correct info in or my account can be banned otherwise I would have put in anonymous stuff to begin with. Sony will never get my personal info again and there isn’t much that probably could be done to make me trust Sony again…

I can’t get over the amount of whining here… you had a few weeks of not being able to play your games online. The only people that should have been a crisis to are those whose livelihoods were affected. The things they are offering are above and beyond what they needed to do, and I’m impressed with the caliber of games.
For Plus, if you actually BUY a discounted game during the time, you get to keep it after your membership expires. I believe you also get to keep icons and themes. You just won’t have access to the free games.
For Netflix, that was never down. We watched movies the entire time.
For people who are complaining that they are forgetting your country… this is the US blog, so that’s why they are specifically speaking to the US and Canada. Other regions have their own blogs, and that’s where you will probably find information regarding the specifics of what they are offering to you.

Whos going to pay for my Netflix?
I subscribed to Netflix for the sole purpose to srteam to my ps3, and 2 days after subscription the outage came. Im out $9.99, becasue playstation forces you to sign in to psn to view netflix. And the service was not available.
I beleive reasonable compensation would be 3-6 month promotional codes to extend Netflix service.
I already own every game except for one… Can we get more options? Wipeout HD has already been offered to PSN+ users.

I don’t think that’s true. I had no trouble with Netflix but from what I read there is more than one version of the Netflix software and people with one version couldn’t use Netflix.

Why didn’t you give games like MAG, Socom Confrontation or Warhawk? These are online games, this would of been a better welcome gift to get people back and playing on the network. The games you have listed are pretty old and most are going to own,.
