Now that some PlayStation Network and Qriocity services have been restored and you’re once again enjoying online gaming and entertainment, we’re happy to provide details about the “Welcome Back” appreciation program for customers in North America. We developed the program as an expression of our gratitude for your patience, support and continued loyalty during the service outage. From all of us at PlayStation, thank you and welcome back!
This package will be made available to all existing registered PlayStation Network and Qriocity users in North America (US and Canada), and will be made available shortly after we have fully restored the service. More specific details about these offers and eligibility requirements will be posted as the services go live.
All PlayStation Network customers can select two PS3 games from the following list. The games will be available for 30 days shortly after PlayStation Store is restored and can be kept forever.

- inFAMOUS
- LittleBigPlanet
- Super Stardust HD
- Wipeout HD + Fury
For PSP owners, you will be eligible to download two PSP games from the following list. The games will be available for 30 days shortly after PlayStation Store is restored and can be kept forever.
- LittleBigPlanet (PSP)
- ModNation Racers
- Pursuit Force
- Killzone Liberation
- A selection of “On Us” rental movie titles will be available to PlayStation Network customers over one weekend, where Video Service is available. Those titles will be announced soon.
- 30 days free PlayStation Plus membership for non PlayStation Plus subscribers.
- Existing PlayStation Plus subscribers will receive an additional 60 days of free subscription.
- Existing Music Unlimited Premium Trial subscription members will receive an additional 30 days of free premium subscription.
- Additional 30 days + time lost for existing members of Music Unlimited Premium/Basic subscription free of charge for existing Premium/Basic members.
- To welcome users Home, PlayStation Home will be offering 100 free virtual items. Additional free content will be released soon, including the next addition to the Home Mansion personal space, and Ooblag’s Alien Casino, an exclusive game.

I’ve nursed and nurtured my credit score for over a decade (I’m 29) and I am in the process of purchasing my first home. I’d really hate for any blemishes or issue to pop up during this process.
Rolling out ID Protection should be easy, far easier than getting the network back up and running. Almost two weeks ago you promised to send out activation emails and I still have not recieved one. Judging from posts by other users, I’m not the only one not to get one.
Currently I am footing the bill for ID Protection on my own, so it’s not like my butt is just flapping in the breeze waiting for someone to kick it. However, it really shouldn’t be up to me to protect myself from Sony’s incompetence.
Get your crap together Sony. I could care less about you getting your network up and running and I am far more worried about my financial future. I think you know what you can do with your virtual trinkets.

Wipeout HD multiplayer with 8 players racing is going to be awesome . I’m very excited about this game and thankful for what Sony have given us already and also in the future.

some of you people are way too greedy..atleast sony is giving away free stuff..everybody is getting playstation plus atleast so you’ll be able to get more free things so if sony is wanting to give away free stuff, just let them..and if you dont like what you are getting, well then you can bend over and cram all your anger right into where the sun dont shine and just still say thank you anyways..psn is up and online gaming can proceed..isnt that all that matters?..its not like you are paying to play online and even if you have plus, you are still getting compensated for that as well..thank you sony and i look forward to what you guys will be rolling out this year for ps3

Just kind of wondering if the store is going to be up soon. Debating on whether or not to trade my ps3 version of Fallout for a PC one. At least that way I can enjoyy the new dlc. Also, thanks again for “giving” a whole bunch of free stuff, we can’t actually enjoy until you decide to turn back on the store. Please, an exact date would be nice. I’ve spent more then enough time and money on you for games, a little basic information is all I ask.
