We developed the program as an expression of our gratitude for your patience, support and continued loyalty during the service outage. From all of us at PlayStation, thank you and welcome back!
This package will be made available to all existing registered PlayStation Network and Qriocity users in North America (US and Canada), and will be made available shortly after we have fully restored the service. More specific details about these offers and eligibility requirements will be posted as the services go live.
All PlayStation Network customers can select two PS3 games from the following list. The games will be available for 30 days shortly after PlayStation Store is restored and can be kept forever.

- Super Stardust HD
- Wipeout HD + Fury
For PSP owners, you will be eligible to download two PSP games from the following list. The games will be available for 30 days shortly after PlayStation Store is restored and can be kept forever.
- LittleBigPlanet (PSP)
- ModNation Racers
- Pursuit Force
- Killzone Liberation
- A selection of “On Us” rental movie titles will be available to PlayStation Network customers over one weekend, where Video Service is available. Those titles will be announced soon.
- 30 days free PlayStation Plus membership for non PlayStation Plus subscribers.
- Existing PlayStation Plus subscribers will receive an additional 60 days of free subscription.
- Existing Music Unlimited Premium Trial subscription members will receive an additional 30 days of free premium subscription.
- Additional 30 days + time lost for existing members of Music Unlimited Premium/Basic subscription free of charge for existing Premium/Basic members.
- To welcome users Home, PlayStation Home will be offering 100 free virtual items. Additional free content will be released soon, including the next addition to the Home Mansion personal space, and Ooblag’s Alien Casino, an exclusive game.

I’m so happy that Playstation’s back up! The day before PSN came up she told me PSN was working so I started to freak out and then she texted me and said “nevermind, it was just an update” after that I was so angry! Oh yeah and when the PlayStation Store opens back up will the new ‘Escalation’ map pack be avaliable? If so, can you you guys give everybody it for FREE? I love Call of Duty and LBP2! I know I’m starting to get off topic. That just happens when I’m happy! Oh yeah the game ‘Portal’ is a little [DELETED]. It could be better.Oh yeah this comment is really long. I bought my PS3 during the PSN down (April 22nd), and just registered now when it was back online.

Those of you “dropping hints” about free or discounted Black Ops map packs: IT’S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. There will not be any free DLCs, be happy that you got anything at all, I myself was perfectly satisfied with the “It’s back on!” message. I know for a fact that inFamous, LBP, and Wipeout are all awesome games, so you should consider yourselves lucky. Don’t rush them on the Store either, they’re not quite ready to handle payments yet, they’re likely putting in their last few security updates, and they’ll open the store when it’s safest for us. I do believe that at least a couple more game should be added to ensure those who have those games get two as well, other than that, well done Sony.
I NEED HELP!! Listen please. Someone please answer my question. I had the black ops map pack First Strike before the outage. Since the outage im not able to play the new maps. Is anyone else having this problem? Is it caused by the playstation store being under maintenance?

They havn’t said what South America is getting yet, or Japan for that matter. US and EU are the only regions to anounce what the package includes, as far as I know.

I do hope the PS store is up soon I bought MK and cant play online because I have to redeem the Kode. I am a hard working tradesman and have friends that are software engineers…. what you guys do is tought to begin with and I know that it became even more difficult givin the situation. All want to say is you guys are AWESOME! thanks for getting everything online as fast as you could. Since I was a child my electronics where sony. Today is no different every entertainment electronic I own is SONY. Just like my good tools you guys have kept my faith in your product. Its a really nice package and all for Sony loyalists but it would be even better if they actually got some of that Phantasy Star Portable 2 DLC from japan translated and made available on the America Playstation Network Store.

why cant i play madden. my ps3 signs in to see my friends online n stuff. but when i try to go to online in madden it doesnt work. says it cant get online pricing at this time. how come the entire country can play but not me. i updated ps3 and changed pswd. its says enable online pass but it wont let me and ive had my ps3 for years and never had this problem. help???????

Thank you Sony, Wow didn’t think you guys would welcome us back THAT hard! I kinda feel sorry for the people who actually traded in their PS3 in for an Xbox 360! they are so gonna miss out on the welcome back package, unlike us loyal Sony consumers!
