@ MuthaFunkster
Uncle Bob sez:
“I could have taken you to Big Harry’s House o’ Hefty, but then you would have just complained that you already bought all the big stuff.”
… Can’t win with you guys …
Davora, thats not the point, they should have been, “I’ll buy you something, but please keep it in the reasonable price range”
So is anybody having trouble downloading game updates?
“u shuld let us get 1 free DLC 4 free”
As opposed to…? Giving us one free downloadable content for $5.99?
and those of us ppl that actually work and have the money we buy it our selves instead of begging for free stuff
when is play station store coming back may 31
we are getting 100 free DLC for ps home lol…
@Niz_Corvan
… I am not begging for anything. You are only reading what you want into my responses. :)
THATS SICK inFAMOUS here i come
umm did i say you were begging for anything? did i use the words “Vernieca guit begging”
@Saber02
even if they said heres 100 dollars people will still complain and say its not enough
@cmep yep cause not everyone can be pleased.
but how can I possibly do anything but THANK YOU! You’re the best!”
Um is that suppose to be insulting? If you are even thought about when it comes to giving you something you should be greatful. No matter what. What has happened to morals? It feels as though I’m in the twilight zone. It seems as though if you were poor and someone handed you a sandwich instead of money so you could eat you would be ungreatful. I mean SERIOUSLY…
Some one please help me. IS ANYBODY HAVING TROUBLE GETTING GAME UPDATES??
@ Niz_Corvan
I hope not, because my typonese is kinda rusty right now… LOL
Anyways, I am done here, have fun debating folks.
That’s great, thank you PS!!
heck they could offer every game made for free and people will complain cause others are getting games they paid for
idk mattdamon all my games were updated before the outage happened…it is quite possible that aspect is still down
man this is pretty useless man cuz i cant even download any games if is not even back up so i dont have much time cuz u can only download within 30 days n i cant even sign in…………….come on sony!
MW3 FREE!!! OR I BUY XBOX!!! GIMMIE GIMMIE GIMMIE SONY!!! or i will go to xbox where i have to pay to play!!!
haha, yea rite! imagin that… lol, pay to play…
@cmep
Yes, that’s exactly the point. If they said “[we’ll] buy you something, but keep it in the reasonable price range” people would be crying about the price range and how cheap Sony was.
I repeat, you just can’t win with some people…
I think this is pretty pathetic.
They plan on you having the big name games. Which means:
They plan on giving you two 10-15 dollar games (that suck) for free. Plus a weekend of movies (which won’t be that much). And… Playstation plus. which means you’ll be charged if you don’t cancel and other than that, not too much good stuff from that service.
Let’s be generous and say they give you 60 dollars worth of stuff (and that’s extremely generous)
But think…
If you file a lawsuit against sony because of the breach (any decent lawyer can find something to press against them), you’ll get much more than that.
Sony is taking the easy way out.
Make sure you read what you agree to every time you have to accept terms now.
Sony- you owe us more!
You advertised to hackers to breach your system and you got it. They got my info and millions of others. I’m sure our PSN id’s weren’t the only things that had to be changed since most online services use email is ID and most people don’t use many different passwords.
I don’t think it should be taken out on other companies like treyarch to give us free stuff. But seriously think of the major [DELETED] sony is spewing.
They didn’t get the network up because of legal issues. It wouldn’t take this long if they really were working on it all hours of their workday.
@Tony-Q
Either way you still won’t get mw3 so why bother…idiot.
THANKS XD sony great games for our picks we can make!
Gotta add my disappointment to the group. Of the PS3 titles, I own inFamous, LBP and Wipeout. Tried Dead Nation and didn’t like it, leaving S Stardust (not really my thing, but I guess ok). I’m not expecting the latest and greatest, but a larger selection of their older catalog would’ve been nice. Perhaps, something like Hot Shots Golf, Motorstorm (original and/or Pacific Rift), Mod Nation Racers (though it’s nice to have on the psp list, I’d rather have it on the PS3), Pixlejunk Shooter and/ or Monsters.
Thank You Sony never lost hope!!!!
thanks for ur gratitude, but wat about the ppl who had all those games already, like me
@ crazzzy_marabe go re-read the initial post ” The games will be available for 30 days shortly after PlayStation Store is restored and can be kept forever.” key words available 30 days after playstation store is restored
i was bein sarcastic. dumb A$$
thanks. I updated blackops Sunday night and it was fine, but my games after that have been haveing trouble.
Add cgmzombie for some cod mw2
Hmm, i played and beat Infamous, own LBP, Zombie nation looks cheesy, and super stardust looks , yeah, it just looks. So, y’know what? I will get INfamouse and Wipeout, cause I do not own wipe out, but it looks F@#%*%^ epic
lol MW3 wont be out till what november or december? no way in hell sony is giving away a 60dollar game for free to millions of ppl
So we have 30 days to pick two games then we keep forever right?
wipeout has awesome music
ok what if i never signed in on my psp can i still get the games? but i had psn account for more then a year??
jus like they wont give away anything else you dumb A$$es are askin for
duh
@neverforgetbl00d same thing i said to the other person that obviously didnt read the entire post “The games will be available for 30 days shortly after PlayStation Store is restored and can be kept forever.”
All I want is for them to reset my PlayStation 3 count so I can finally use the video store
i might be one of few ppl that wont ask for anything at all except return the psn and ps store back to what it was and im content
it’s a good list of games but I currently already had them… so kind of sad… wish it had been just and extra credit towards any two downloads and 1 add of your choosing… that would of made more sense… at least in my mind
$60 for MW3? not here, i”ll be getting the prestige edition, as usual :)
COD: Black Ops tonight would anyone like to join
well i say 60 dollars cause that is basic retail value just about everywhere lol
@Davora and Old_PopTarts
Come on now. Be serious for a second. At least there’s the slightest chance that I could find someting that fits at Big Harry’s. The point of the analogy is that it’s really easy to offer something, no matter how valuable it is at face value, if you KNOW the offer will not be accepted.
Old_PopTarts: my comments weren’t meant to be insulting. I presented an analogy. Changing the analogy changes the meaning, and so you’re version with the sandwich doesn’t work quite as well. Let’s try this: Have you seen Quantum of Solace? The scene where James Bond hands the guy a can of motor oil just before he abandons him in the desert in case he gets thirsty? The point is: if you KNOW (and that’s the key to this) I can’t use something, then why are you offering it to me?
Again, let me go back to the beginning: Sony has made an offer they didn’t (strictly speaking) have to make. Thank you, Sony. But, they did have to do something to appease the masses of loyal customers. They just seem to have gone about it a little wrong.
Thats really really good!!! Good Job!!
Come on Sony, why can’t you just give us a free down-loadable content and one of the games you’re giving us a choice on. You are being very cheap you should just give us a better choice of games cause these ones are not very good at all, except for inFAMOUS.
What can I do if the reset password emaildoesnt arrive at my email account?
Don’t have any of these games, so this is a pretty good deal!
inFamous for sure, but what else? I was thinking Wipeout HD or LBP.
