We’re currently experiencing an extremely heavy load of password resets, and so we recently had to turn off services for approximately 30 minutes to clear the queue.
As such, a large number of people are attempting to change their passwords at the same time, it’s taking longer than expected for all those emails to clear all of the ISPs.
If you’ve requested your password reset, please give it a bit of time to reach your email. Thanks for your patience as we work to get everyone back online.

Every single time I try and request an email to be sent to me to change my password it says error, but when i tried on my buddies profile on the same ps3, it didnt even say they were going to send an email it just let me change the password right then and there. why does his work and not meeeeee.?

Too all of you that are waiting for your email for resetting your password check your spam folder the one i got for a secondary account only took a few hours and it was in my spam folder sender was DoNotReply almost deleted it think i did delete it on mky other ones yeah this is freakin great oh how much fun it is and customer support did nothing for me but say i need to wait for the email
