We’re currently experiencing an extremely heavy load of password resets, and so we recently had to turn off services for approximately 30 minutes to clear the queue.
As such, a large number of people are attempting to change their passwords at the same time, it’s taking longer than expected for all those emails to clear all of the ISPs.

so they lost our data, waited days to warn us and offer nothing but excuses and 1/2 baked apologies.
was logged out of psn 3 times yesterday, error message said another console was logging in as me. how can that be, i have never logged in anywhere else, could all of our boxes be compromised? if true, perhaps sony is withholding more info on the breach.

I have to say all tho we all have been without gaming for a few weeks. It feels pretty good to play online once again with our clans and buddys. I want to Thank Sony. SOCOM 4 and Mortal Kombat Along With Call of Duty Black Ops and Killzone 3 couldn’t be funner. Once you have the playstation store up with all the new stuff coming our way you shall regain your fan base.
any word on the ps store i have 5 games i need to download on my psp go that is sitting empty cause of this outage

i reset my password then tryed to sign in on the ps3, and its still giving me the message psn is undergoing maintenance. while my friend across town was able to sign in no problem. could it be because i got my playstation 3 used from a friend? im trying to play socom 4 and black ops zombies sucks i still cant sign in :(

Mr.Seybold if you read this i would like to tell That I am really thankfull for what sony did to make our info more save. It was a shame that it took almost 3 weeks but i know sony was working hard for us and i think those comments that people left you are a peice of S#!t because they don’t know how hard is it to fix something that You don’t have a idea of what it is. the new map pack wont come out until june 3rd its always a month after xbox, and the ps+ and store is were all ur more sensitive material is at so its gonna take some time to get it back up, and they wont roll out the welcome back package until it is up, since u wont be able to download anything with out the ps store. Be patient and happy we have something right now.

It feels realy good to get back on BLACK OPS. IM POPPIN TALIBANIS LIKE IM SEAL TEAM SIX. PS3 and Playstation network rocks. After being one of the hardest consumers on SONY, they have really exceeded my expectations. Right when all of us were getting ready to just toss the PS3 in the yard, Sony suprised us all with the POST of a lifetime saying they were beginning to turn it back on. Since then BLACK OPS, seems faster and a little more fluid. Thanks Guys. SONY ROCKS
