We’re currently experiencing an extremely heavy load of password resets, and so we recently had to turn off services for approximately 30 minutes to clear the queue.
As such, a large number of people are attempting to change their passwords at the same time, it’s taking longer than expected for all those emails to clear all of the ISPs.
If you’ve requested your password reset, please give it a bit of time to reach your email. Thanks for your patience as we work to get everyone back online.

it may be just me, but the store is really great and all, but to me as long as they got online play back up i am fine. I could probably go a couple of weeks without the store, but i’m not making promises. Anyway I seriously pondered getting an xbox the other day. I’m glad i decided not to.

Ok here it goes I own a ps3 and a pspgo I store my go games on my ps3 because I dont have enough memory on the go to store them all and nobody sells the m2 sticks over a measly 4 gb anywhere but the web so while the network was down I couldnt play any of the psp games I own because of the copy protection check that needs to happeb when you transfer from the ps3 to the go this kinda erks me but I lived with it but now that the network is bacjk I figured I could finaly have acess to the products I own but no it still wont let me I get a error code 80023016 isthis because the store is down sony please let me know I have 40 plus games I want to play and since I bought them legit unlike most psp owners I think I have the right to fix this issue let us play the ganes we own
